Opposites Attract- Zetta vs Alexa[D]!

*Much to Zetta's chagrin, it seemed as though Alexa wasn't even fazed by her impromptu attack. However, the crowd was brought to a standstill from the shock and amazement of the tiny titan's tenacity. The Phoenix Queen wasn't about to let that deter her however, and before she allowed her adversary a chance to capitalized on her stunned state of mind, Zetta took a quick step backwards to try and evaluate her current dilemma!*

"Hmm..." *She pensively thought for a second, before realizing that Alexa was trying to press her advantage with a surprise cranium bashing of her own! Nearly staggering backwards in fear, Zetta took a quick sidestep before subsequently swinging her leg around to connect with a devastating shot to the back of Alexa's head, connecting with a sickening* "THUD!" *That sent a crackling sound throughout the arena!*

"Holy shit! Holy shit!" *The audience collectively chanted in unison, baffled at the insane levels of speed and agility Zetta displayed. If nothing else, Zetta thought as her body soared through the air, this would destabilize her foe long enough for her to try and swing the momentum in her favor!*

The kick hit straight on the mark. She couldn't make a better connection with a kick, even if she tried. A huge THUD rang out as Zetta's foot hit the back of Alexa's skull. The crowd popped hard as Zetta landed another huge devastating blow. Surely, this had to make some kind of dent.... but it didn't. Alexa, once again, didn't even flinch when the kick landed. Her eyes simply shifted to Zetta position, her facial expression making no changes.

The crowd's pop immediately died down again, becoming confused silence, as before. How was this possible? How could a move that devastating be shrugged off so easily? This was lunacy! But Alexa wasn't waiting for the information to be processed. Tucking her shoulder under Zetta's kicking leg, the girl in blue grabbed onto her opponent's raised leg, before flinging the Phoenix over her shoulder and head first towards the center of the ring!

*While Zetta had personally grown accustomed to watching formidable adversary after formidable adversary dropping like flies at the business end of her lethal legs, Alexa had quickly proven herself to be cut from a different cloth- Something that sent chills through the Phoenix Queen's spine. Before she had the chance to fully recoil her leg, hopelessly flinging it towards the tiny titan in a fruitless attempt to stagger her, she was instantaneously caught and punished for trying to impede the manic monster's rampage!*

"Uuwwaah!" *Zetta cried, as her body was easily lifted and hoisted across the arena, causing the petite princess to soar through the skies before inevitably crashing against the canvas! A reverberating* "THUNK!" *Bounced off the inner walls of the stadium, but fortunately for Zetta, it sounded much worse than it actually felt. Her pride, however, had received an indelible blow to it that would demand she seize victory in this altercation, if she had any hopes of redeeming herself. For now, however, she was licking her wounds while trying to return to her shaky feet.*

After Alexa had thrown her opponent across the ring and damaged much more than just her physical body, she slowly began stalking towards her downed foe. Rolling the Phoenix over, Alexa mounted the girl in red and raised her deadly arm. Her next chop was ready to fly, straight at the chest of the girl underneath her.

But if Zetta payed close enough attention, she might be able to tell that Alexa is moving a bit more slowly than before. Is this purely coincidence, or did her kick actually do some damage to the impervious girl in blue?

*While her senses may have been temporarily discombobulated, Zetta's mind was as sharp as ever. She refused to be taken advantage of so easily, especially if it could potentially cost her a victory! Alexa managed to trap The Phoenix Queen against the canvas, but something unusual caught her eye- The Blonde Terror appeared to be noticeably slowing down, something that rejuvenated Zetta's hope in herself. Unfortunately, before she had the opportunity to capitalize on Alexa's weakened state, she was viciously assaulted by a sickening slap across her breasts!*

"GGGRRHH!" *The miniature hand sent a merciless shockwave throughout Zetta's diminutive form, causing her to hiss in a guttural tone. The entire crowd appeared to be invested in their tussle by this point, and before long, they were unanimously chanting* "Slug it out! Slug it out!" *However thrilling that might be, it would have been to the severe detriment of the asian sensation. In a desperate attempt to stay out of harm's way, she bucked her hips sideways to try and shake Alexa off of her!*

"Why are you not unconscious? Are you not tired?" Alexa asked, sounding so genuine that it was almost unbelievable. She raised her arm up a second time, this time straight up in the air, directly above Zetta's head. "Perhaps now, you will sleep?"

But before she could send it downwards, the Phoenix bucked her body up, causing Alexa to lose balance and fall off of her opponent. Her face remained stoic, but Alexa was starting to feel an emotion that she had never experienced before. It felt like she wanted things to be over with, to be done with this so she could do something else... what was this feeling?

Alexa made it to her feet and got into a battle stance, bringing her impenetrable arms up to guard her face and upper body.

*Too caught up in the moment to fully hear what Alexa had asked, Zetta rapidly scrambled to her feet in a desperate effort to prevent any more harm to cross her path. It was finally time for her to redeem herself in the eyes of her fans, but before that could transpire, she needed to address the inquiry from her opponent first.*

"No..." *Zetta squinted across the ring at her target, finally beginning to realize how she could potentially subdue her adversary. Zetta bounced on the balls of her feet, attempting to keep Alexa guessing as to what her next move might be, all the while gaining ground. The Asian Sensation would feign a right kick towards The Tiny Terror's ribcage, hoping she'd take the bait.*

*Once her foot had fully extended, Zetta would dart behind her and try to capitalize on her confusion, ensnaring her arms inside of a uniquely shaped triangle choke! This might have been a precarious decision on the Phoenix Queen's behalf, but she was out of viable strategies and needed a miracle to save her!*

As Alexa was dealing with the inner turmoil in her head, Zetta was already starting on the attack again. The Phoenix aimed a faux kick towards Alexa's rib cage. Thanks to being slightly distracted, Alexa fell for the feint, hook, line, and sinker. Her impervious arms came down to block the kick, leaving her neck wide open for Zetta to come in and capitalize.

As Alexa was wrapped in, she flailed around in an attempt to get free. Soon, it was becoming hard to breathe. *COUGH! HACK!* It was yet another unfamiliar feeling that she was going through, and Alexa did NOT like this new feeling. She continued to writhe around, her movements becoming slower and slower the longer she was unable to get out of the hold.

*Alexa's disgruntled coughs and wheezing was like an angelic choir to her weary soul- She had finally caused the seemingly impervious predator to show just a hint of weakness in her form, which Zetta intended to exploit for as long as she possibly could! She was beginning to secure her lock in deep, and just before she could finalize her attempt at taming this savage monster, she felt a rippling tremor crawl up her backside!*

"GUAAAH!" *She wailed aloud, nearly collapsing to the ground from the unprecedented pain. She glanced behind her to locate the source of what caused her the immense anguish, and was quite mortified that it was an adjacent ring post. Through all of her tactical strategizing and planning, she hadn't taken into account adequate distance or space. While she would typically be able to brush off such a minimal shortcoming, this time, it costed her a substantial advantage.*

Alexa took a huge breath in as Zetta was forced to relinquish the hold early. She created some distance between herself and her opponent. It was clear to her now that the Phoenix was much more of a threat than she had originally anticipated. While it seemed as though her foe had been injured in the back by something, Alexa kept her guard up.

The girl in blue began to make her way over to the girl in red. Her body was feeling more difficult to move as she trudged her way over to the writhing girl. If she was able to make it over to her opponent without any counters or counter-attacks, Alexa would let rip another chop to Zetta's chest. Like the one before it, this chop would be slower than her earlier ones, but no less powerful, should it hit.
