Things were going amazingly well for Alaina so far and she pumped a fist into the air as she got up... but saw Ambre on the ropes instead of against the cage wall. Minor setback or so Alaina thought as she lumbered over reaching out to grab hold of Ambre. She was going to take hold and...

Alaina's head whipped back and she stumbled on limp legs as a headbutt out of nowhere crushed her face! Alaina was in an immediate daze as her nose as smashed and she could already feel that it was broken. It may happen now, it may happen in a short time but she knew she was going to be bleeding from her nose at some point. The daze she felt, the fuzzy vision, the sound of that impact and crack... she had dealt with it before and knew what was coming. Unfortunately for her right now she was still in a haze and Ambre was fighting back hard!

It was a cage match, violence was the norm in this kind of match... And even though Ambre wasn't used to hitting with all her might to defeat her opponents for fear of hurting them too much, her headbutt gave her a clear head. Alaina wouldn't give her any favors, so she had to quickly recover and give it her all.

The headbutt was enough to push the champion back slightly, giving Ambre time to unleash another attack. The Black Pearl climbed the ropes to stand on the top rope, and if all went well, she would lunge forward with a knee strike right to the champion's nose, continuing to strike the Amazon's face to destabilize her and gradually gain the advantage.

Alaina tried to blink away her fuzzy vision but that didn't help at all. She was blind to the flying knee right to her nose! Alaina's head snapped back as a top rope face-first knee strike absolutely crushed her face. The amazon fell back, landing on the mat. If she was questioning a broken nose before she was absolutely sure now that it was broken as she felt her nose leaking at this point and her upper lip was stained red. She groaned and kicked the mat her hands covering her face as she was down on the canvas.

It was a rather violent match. Ambre wasn't yet used to injuring opponents until they bled, but strangely, she didn't feel sorry for herself this time. After all, Alaina didn't seem to be giving anything away either...

She found herself standing behind the prone champion and grabbed her legs to lift them as high as she could while remaining standing, trapping the Amazon in a Standing Boston Crab!

Alaina thrashed about stuck in the Boston crab as her legs were folded over. She shook her head wiping some of the blood away from her nose and upper lip. Ambre had her stuck and Alaina had to get out fast as the pain was quickly mounting. Alaina widened her hands planting them against the mat. She grit her teeth and thrust hard to the side trying to power her way out by toppling Ambre off balance and sending her to the mat landing on her side.

The Standing Boston Crab was one of the Black Pearl's moves, more painful than a simple Boston Crab, but with a less secure grip. Alaina, with her experience, must have known this and struggled, moving from left to right, quickly making Ambre's Standing Boston Crab less effective until the Amazon's legs slipped from her hands.

The Frenchwoman sighed slightly at the end of her move and ran towards the ropes, trying to use them again to bounce off them and lunge at the champion for a Big Boot to the face!

Alaina shook her head. She couldn't let Ambre get going. She already wrestled her once and knew how badly things could go once Ambre built a full head of steam. She slapped the mat and pushed herself up determined to stop the freight train of momentum that was the challenger.

Alaina grit her teeth, staggering up as she heard the footsteps rumbling. She saw Ambre coming and as Ambre raised her leg up Alaina stepped to the side and reached out with one arm to trap Ambre's leg while her other hand reached out to grab Ambre by the throat. With her leg trapped Alaina would now try to use this position to lift Ambre up and spin before choke slamming her down to the canvas as hard as she could!

Ambre bounced back to the ropes to throw herself at Alaina, wanting to continue weakening the champion on the ground with a Big Boot to the face! But Alaina suddenly stood up, grabbing the Frenchwoman's leg and slightly sliding it to the side before fully standing up, grabbing the Frenchwoman by the neck and lifting her into the air.

The Black Pearl was surprised and couldn't escape; she was doomed against the Amazon's powerful grip! She still tried to push away the hand on her neck, but Alaina spun around before throwing the Black Pearl to the canvas with a powerful Chokeslam, leaving the Frenchwoman breathless and speechless!

"KAAAaarghhh!..."

That impact sounded loud, and for Alaina it felt satisfying. Sending Ambre down hard like that was something of a message that Alaina wasn't going to just let the younger challenger steamroll her once she built a head of steam. "You are a damn fine wrestler Ambre but I can't lose this today." Alaina said as she jumped up into the air extending her legs and crashing down on top of Ambre with a leg drop! Alaina wanted to keep softening Ambre up before trying some more grounded offense to sap the challenger of some of that stamina, strength and fight.

Ambre lay on the ground, out of breath after such a full-on chokeslam. She gasped slightly as she listened to the champion exchange a few words. She could only half hear, but knew that a lot of pain was coming... So she braced herself by clenching her abs and shielding her face behind her arms.

"Gahh!..."

Despite her protection, the champion's leg drop was suffocating and crushing, no pun intended. The Frenchwoman had no choice but to move away, rolling to the side to find herself near the ropes and leaning on them to get up and breathe a little, looking ever so slightly at Alaina in front of her with a half-closed eye and long sighs. The champion was completely dominating her... Ambre had to quickly pull herself together, but she didn't know what to do !...
