Lynda thrusts herself against Karah, their bodies almost colliding as the German wrestler tries her hand at forcing the woman to back down as she applies as much pressure to her hands as possible while attempting to push Karah downward. She pressed her fingers and hands against the black-and-white-haired woman's, trying to overpower her with every fiber of her being as she grinned eagerly. Some would think Lynda had it out for Karah, but it was QUITE the opposite...Simply put, Lynda wanted to show Karah that she was holding nothing back, that she respected her and only wanted to be met with her absolute best. So, the question remained. Would Karah fold, or would she surprise the beautiful blonde German grappler?

The struggle began at the two woman pressed forward, it was like two solid walls colliding neither willing to back down until Karah began to buckle under the pressure and slowly started to give way, it was clear as Karah was pushed downwards that neither woman was holding back and with that thought in mind Karah grit her teeth and began to press up, slowly pushing back against Lynda until she was upright again. From there Karah would attempt to overpower Lynda pushing downwards on the German woman attempting to bring the blonde to her knees. If successful Karah would then attempt to send her knee into Lynda's chest, a blow designed and intended to hurt and wear the woman down but not risk injuring her.

Lynda believed that she was overtaking Karah, seeing the woman being forced down to her knees, causing her to make a slight miscalculation as she lowered her guard. "A fair and honest effort, Karah-...but I'm afraid it's not going to be enough~." She teased, smirking as her soft blue eyes sparkled with a passionate fire. However, this hasty overconfidence would lead to her downfall, as Karah managed to fight her way back to a standstill before slowly overpowering the German blonde. In a flash, Lynda's eyes widened slightly as she misjudged her opponent's resilience. As the saying goes, it's not over until it's over, and as Karah was about to demonstrate, you should never celebrate too early...Lynda was forced down slightly, giving Karah enough leeway to send a swift knee to the chest of the German grappler. "GUH-!!!" She grunts, wheezing as her legs buckle, giving Karah more of an advantage.

Lynda's overconfidence lit a fire inside of Karah and a desire to humble her not caring if they were friends or not, she was going to show she was not to be underestimated as she forced her way back up before overpowering the blonde and sending a knee into her chest. Seeing her opponent buckle Karah thought of a follow up attack quickly before getting an idea. Karah would quickly try to send another knee into her opponent's chest hoping to stun her before releasing her grip on the woman's arms and quickly moving behind Lynda attempting to lock in a sleep or choker hold. If successful Karah would fall back bringing the two down to the canvas, wrapping her legs around Lynda's waist. Karah did however feel really bad about choking a friend like this so she did lighten up on the hold to let Lynda breath very slightly though every breath would likely be a struggle.

Lynda was left heaving and wheezing after taking a direct hit to the chest from Karah's knee. However, the black-and-white-haired woman wasn't finished, quickly assaulting Lynda with another stiff knee smash to her chest. The German blonde erupts with another sputtering cough before falling back onto her side in a daze. She groans as she clutches her upper chest just above her breast, her body aching as she tries to draw in some air into her lungs. Oh yes~...THIS is what she craved. A proper FIGHT. She felt Karah wrapping herself around her, coiling around the woman like a snake...how very ironic for Lynda~...However, the blonde could feel that her newfound friend's hold wasn't as tightly locked as it could be. Lynda popped a wry smirk despite her troubling situation. Using this moment of hesitation, she fought to gather as much air as possible with every breath. It could've been far harder had Karah cinched in a tighter lock, but for some reason unknown to Lynda, she wouldn't...So the German blonde would use this to her advantage, quickly turning herself and Karah over so they were lying on their sides. This gave Lynda a little more freedom with one of her arms, which she used to slam into Karah's side a few times to try and weaken her grip.

Karah truly didn't want to cause a ton of pain or threaten to put Lynda to sleep since this was merely a spar and they were both friends, though Lynda was all too eager to take advantage of Karah's hesitation. Karah had unknowingly let Lynda breath as much as she needed, and soon she was on her side attempting to tighten her hold though this was about to be proven fubar as there new position granted Lynda more control and soon pained grunts were escaping the black and white haired woman's mouth as the blonde's elbow repeatedly connected with her ribs causing Karah's hold to loosen as her instincts wanted her to grab onto her now sore ribs but her mind wanted to keep the hold locked in with her instincts slowly winning the battle as the hold loosened with each consecutive hit she took.

Once Karah had been shaken up enough, Lynda would escape the shackles of her opponent's hold, rolling away to put distance between herself and Karah...much to her dismay, in reality. Oh, Lynda wanted NOTHING MORE than to be snuggled up in those arms, even if it meant taking a short nap due to being choked out. She simply adored Karah that much. Even in a spar, the German blonde just LOVED the rush she felt from fighting. And so far-...Karah was pushing ALL the right buttons. Lynda dusted herself off and beckoned Karah to come at her once she's recovered, sparing her a moment's respite as she teased her with a wink.

Karah would stagger back as Lynda escaped her hold and put some space between them. Karah couldn't deny it though the woman's head against her body and arm made her feel warm and fuzzy in a strange way. Karah raised her eyebrow at Lynda's wink and beckoning. Karah may have had no issue with Lynda and even liked her but she planned to show who was the superior one in the ring! Karah charged forward aiming to hit Lynda with a brutal spear to the stomach! If successful Karah would actually feel bad realizing she may have hit Lynda harder than she needed or meant too. 'Hey are you okay?" Karah would ask.

Lynda grunts as she is spear-tackled right in the midsection, crashing down against the canvas with a hefty thud. She groans in pain and clutches at her stomach, but the rush of intensity only fuels her to get right back up as Karah comes closer to check on her. With a wicked, enthusiastic smile, the German blonde would blitz around Karah, grabbing her from behind and whispering in her ear. "Never felt better~!!!" She would say before lifting Karah up and SLAMMING her into the mat via a perfect German Suplex!!! Blood and adrenaline pumped through Lynda's veins, exciting her further and further as her heart began to beat at a more rapid pace.

Karah felt bad about the move she just did as she got back up to her feet and approached Lynda who got back up though Lynda was quick to take advantage of Karah's dropped guard. Karah gently grabbed Lynda's wrist as the woman's arms wrapped around her though before she could realize what Lynda was doing she couldn't raise her guard, and instead her shoulders hit the canvas and her teeth grit in pain before she thrust her body to get out of Lynda's grip, flopping onto her stomach before slowly pushing up onto her hands and knees. "Gonna play it like that huh" Karah said semi annoyed as she attempted to get back to her feet.
