What person who's attracted to women wouldn't like what he saw?

Oh, she likes that idea? Alright, Terrell, ole boy, you can't fail now!

He stepped forward, meeting her look of confidence with one of his own when he shook her hand. He was going into this thing with a game plan. Not the deepest game plan, but a game plan nonetheless. And this past month has given him the confidence to believe that he could execute it. "You've got a deal."

With the stipulations set and the wagers made, he stepped back and took a stance that was in between bladed and squared, with hands that were left open instead of being closed into fists. Terrell wasn't sure how Sylva would open a friendlier contest; would she still strike him, or would she try to grapple? Either way, he wanted to be prepared.

"First move's yours."

Sylva got into the corner and waited for the match to begin. As she heard Terrell say that the first move was hers. She smirked. This was more of a friendly contest, so she did not have to get as aggressive, but she would still make him work for what he wanted. She raised her hands like a boxer as she came close to Terrell. She make some mock strikes, mainly to see what reaction he would make.

Okay. Boxer stance. He expected that. Let her swing, see what she does.

A few quick jabs. Terrell got his head moving and...Those aren't quite coming close to his face anyway. She had the same idea. Wanted to feel him out.

He shifted his stance to match hers. Threw a few feints of his own, both of punches and shoot attempts. That was his intention: To get her moving in a way that would open up an opportunity to go for the legs and take her down. She was strong on her feet. Athletic, even. But how good would she be on the ground?

He had the feeling that her strengths might be neutralized there.

Sylva noted that Terrell was making a few feints of his own, with some punches and shoot attempts. She speculated that he may want to set something up to catch her off guard. She was not going to let him get that number so easily.

Instead of moving back, Sylva would bring one leg for a strong kick; but this was more to push Terrell away from her; hence why she did not go for the legs and did straight on aim to nail him in the gut.

Came close to it, too. Terrell had overcommitted in coming forward that one time. One time, and she saw it; he wasn't going to be fast enough to dodge. Getting his arms in the way, though? Different story. It was still a good kick that he could feel in his bones, like a hard bump into a wall. He fell back into a roll after stumbling those first few steps. A strategic move to give himself a little more time to react if she moved to capitalize.

Sylva felt her blow connect against Terrell's arms as she then saw him roll back to gain better composure over the situation.

"That the best you got?" Sylva asked with a playful tease, "You wanted that number, let's see what you got." She moved in to go for a few basic strikes to pressure him on the defensive; if she could.

He responded with a smile and a shake of his head. Even without the motivation he's got right now, he wasn't about to say uncle that easily. And with it? Well..."Nah, I'm just warming up. Seeing what you had."

When Sylva took that first step forward, Terrell moved to meet her halfway. Guard up, eyes primed for any movement. From those hands, in particular. The first punch that came his way would be deflected downward, and he'd get his arm in the way of the second to set up a collar-and-elbow tie-up. He knew that the lady was strong, but so was he. She wasn't too much bigger than he was, and he hadn't seen her doing a lot of grappling in her match against James; maybe he'd be able to work out an advantage?

He started with a good push towards the corner.
