For Saori’s relative inexperience in the ring, the Camel Clutch she had on Geneviere was pretty good, as Geneviere was in obvious pain from the hold.

However, that also means it was far from perfect, and as soon as Geneviere started applying pressure to Saori’s legs, around the upper thigh area, the young lioness started groaning, and she was brought down to one knee.

What a rookie mistake, Mary would have never let this happen.

Genevieve would use her free hand to elbow Saori in the gut. She would do this a couple more times before eventually freeing herself and sliding out from under her.

Genevieve was back on her feet, putting her smile back on her face. She then went for a quick sleeper hold as she held on Saori’s head. Genevieve really was learning from her mentor and watching her grandpa as how professional she had the hold in.

Saori took a few elbows to the gut, as saliva spit out of her mouth each time. “GAH!” She yelped out after each elbow, eventually fully letting go of the Camel Clutch on Geneviere.

While on her knees recovering from all the elbows she got hit with, holding her gut in the process, Geneviere managed to get behind Saori and lock in a Sleeperhold. “AAH!” The young lioness yelled, knowing how dangerous a Sleeperhold can be.

Saori also knew how to get out of one, as she would attempt to slowly force herself up to her feet, and then attempt to back Geneviere into the corner, hoping that would force a release of Geneviere’s grip.

Genevieve had the sleeper hold locked in as she held Saori on the ground. However, it seemed like her opponent had a lot of fight left in her as she was lifted off of the ground and slowly was backing up to the corner.

Genevieve had great leg power to fight off and suspend Saori from backing her up into the corner. That was when the French star got a plan. She would push Saori back to build momentum and after a few seconds, she would release the hold and move out of the way to make Saori crash into the corner. On the rebound, Genevieve delivered a superkick that sent her back into the corner.

Genevieve: "L'élan vers l'avant, puis le superkick entrant." (“Forward momentum and then the incoming superkick.”)

Genevieve then started working on Saori as she delivered chops to her in the corner. She was a natural at chops from watching her grandfather in the ring as they sounded like they hurt a lot.

Saori attempted as hard as she could to push Geneviere into the corner, but seemingly her tiny amount of strength and nonexistent muscle was clearly failing her, as Geneviere managed to stop her in place. “Come…. on!” Saori said, panting from how much energy she was putting in.

Unbeknownst to Saori, Geneviere managed to maneuver herself, and managed to superkick Saori in the face. “GAH!” Saori yelped as she stepped backwards into the corner.

“AH!” Was the next thing Saori yelled as she was getting chopped in the chest repeatedly by Geneviere, if it was visible, it would be bright red.

Saori then crumpled to a seated position in the corner.

Genevieve looked at her opponent and decided to do a little heel thing her grandpa did when she was younger. She would point at Saori before running to the corner next to her. She then climbed up onto the top rope and balanced herself on it. Once she stood up, she went for a coast to coast and attempted to dropkick Saori in the corner.

If she were to fail, however, she would pay the price as her head would either bounce off the mat in a very bad way and hold the back of her head in pain.

Saori was laying in the corner, basically out of it. Her head slowly moved left and right, but nothing was going to get her to move, all that pushing around really made her expel most of her energy.

Even if it did take Geneviere a while, Saori never noticed that Geneviere was flying at her feet first.

“AAH!” Saori yelped as she was hit with Geneviere’s feet and crumpled onto her side in pain, groaning and moaning.

Genevieve held onto her head since she does not have that much experience doing that move before. She took a few minutes to recover from that move. Once she recovered, Genevieve stood up and dragged Saori to the middle of the ring and went for the pin.

Saori had messed up, and now she was getting pinned. There was general thoughts from the shy, shut in Young Lioness to just eat the pin and end her suffering right here and now, it was clear to her that she was outclassed by Geneviere in basically every way she could, both physically and mentally.

But if there was something Mary taught her, it was to keep fighting, until her body quits on herself.

So right at 2.9, Saori attempted a forceful kick out. If she managed to, she would attempt to roll towards being underneath the ropes.

Genevieve would groan but also smile for her opponent kicking out of the pin in 2.9 seconds. However, she needed to get back in the game and seeing Saori roll underneath the ropes, she gave herself an idea.

Genevieve would get up and look at Saori, checking to see if she was still underneath the ropes. She then ran towards the opposite ropes and bounced off them. On the return, she attempted to deliver a brexit slide tackle to the back of Saori.
