L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

As soon as the bell rings, Haruka dashes towards her opponent, slipping her hand behind her opponents neck, trying to grab Aika's head so that she could put her into a DDT. It was quite a surprise with how easily it went, since there was not even a single retaliation from her opponent. Haruka taps lightly on Aika's back, signaling her to sell the DDT properly. It was quite working, as the thud from the canvas had actually riled up the crowd which makes Haruka starting to be proud of herself.

Her opponent would easily return back to her original position, smiling at Haruka defiantly. Haruka find that what she assumed a 'smug' was quite intimidating and it really made her wanting to initiate for another type of assault, but she knows that she has to hold her ground and keep her guard up.

"Come on pussycat! We're just getting warmed up! I know you'd want this piece of meat!"

Haruka starts to taunt her opponent, with an intention of trying to bring her into the ropes by grabbing any of the Mandalay's hand. If she succeeded once again, she will proceed with a clothesline, but anything could happen right?

Aika knew very well how being a debutant felt like, the hesitance that could take hold of one’s movements so the new wrestler could be frozen in place and miss not only a chance to show themselves in a cool first match, but also lose the chance to enjoy a wrestling match. That was the reason behind her more carefree approach to that day’s match. She didn’t want to go all out on a debuting rookie from the very beginning because as Aika saw things a debut was a chance for the newly arrived rookie to show their skills. Of course that didn’t mean that the Mandalay was just going to let Haruka do as she please, and the redhead was just about to learn that.

Just after being hit with the DDT Aika groaned from the impact but recovered quickly. When she noticed Haruka dragging her back on her feet she let her do so it wouldn’t be her the one making the effort. Being a veteran of the ring Aika knew what was going to happen and knowing that she could form a counterplot. When she was whipped against the ropes, Aika played along and gained some momentum, but when Haruka went for a telegraphed clotheslike the Mandalay showed her reflexes when she ducked under the movement and stopped on her tracks, gaining Haruka’s back on the process so she could throw her in a suplex move!

The taunting clearly made the pussycat thinking about a quite cunning solution in an intention to make Haruka fall right into her trap. It seems like the red head was fired up after all from the first successful move, as adrenaline rushes through her body, wanting to put more devastating moves to impress the crowd. Though all this delusional thoughts would make her eat her own words. Soon, she would drag her opponent back to her feet, trying to throw the pussycat to rebound from the ropes, for a clothesline. It seems successful, considering she managed to the first step.

"Got you! Ah.. wait! NO!"

As she dashes towards Aika who's sprinting right to her extended arm, she never thought that the kitty would easily dodge and retaliate. Eventually, karma would hit her as Aika starts to grab her waist and wraps her arm around it, pulling her back from the direction she was dashing. Haruka tries to get back her footing, as she tries to squirm from the hold, trying to take Aika's hands off. But all of that would go to waste, as she finds herself thrown backwards, catching the glimpse of the bright ceiling before she crashes on the canvas, legs up in the air. After her opponent releases her, she rests her palms on her back, enduring the pain, allowing her vulnerable self to be exposed towards the pussycat for a follow up move.

Aika could see how Haruka was willing to start her career in a flashy way. The redhead had the appropiate mindset and that was a more than promising start, but she still had to prove that she had the right wit and the physique to whithstand a full wrestling match. That didn’t mean Aika wasn’t going to help her find that place, the veteran was more than happy to push Haruka to the limit of her skill so the newcomer could make a promising first match.

Unluckily for Haruka that implied the veteran teaching her a couple lessons on the basics of wrestling and how a match worked in terms of rhythm and pace. Getting the first move landing in a match meant something, but a proficient rival could always flip the tables anytime and that was just what Aika did with her clothesline. “You have to be ready for any comeback, Haruka! Always have a plan B is my advice. Now, you also have to keep in mind that your rival is going to follow up her moves, so try thinking always ahead!” As she said this, the Mandalay got a hold on her pained and dazed rival, dragging her back on her feet in a quick way to make her unable to respond before she would set Haruka for a new impact against the mat with a belly to belly suplex.

Haruka tries to ease the pain that she just received, grunting a little before lying back flat on the canvas staring at the ceiling. When was the last time she was thrown like that? She couldn't even remember. Somehow she couldn't endure this pain even though she used to be someone that was experienced and talented on this field. What happened? But with all of those existential crisis aside, she would find her hair pulled and dragged as she unwillingly stood back up to her feet while her opponent gives quite a good advice for her to listen to as she tries to regain herself before entering the combat again.

"Ggkk! Not again!"

The muscular kitten would try to follow up with a belly to belly suplex while the red head still tried to squirm and take Aika's hands of her hair, which eventually would wrap around Haruka's body into a hug. Haruka thought it's an attempt to squeeze the air out of her, but it turns out that the pussycat would eventually throw herself along with Haruka to the canvas as Haruka would first receive the devastating crash to the canvas. She curls up writhing in pain, touching and caressing her back as she grunts and sighs

"Nnh.. Ghhn.."

Aika smiled to herself when she was done executing the last suplex. Feeling like she still had it physically, her morale was getting better and better, her doubts about her skills fading while she turned around to look at Haruka. The debutant was now having a rough time, but one she would surely learn from as the Mandalay was doing her best to make it so. Haruka looked ready to take the challenge on, but still needed a little help getting used to the wrestling arena and Aika was more than willing to easing her in that world.

Not giving Haruka any time to recover, Aika dragged her back on her feet knowing that the debutant would feel now weak and defenceless. “You have to create your chance to get some oxygen since your rival won’t give you any room, so get to it!” As she said this, Aika would make a run dragging Haruka with her to make her rival land face first with a running bulldog. She really wanted her rival to gain her footing and fight back, but Aika was going to make her earn it.

This is totally looking rough for Haruka. It looks like even though her opponent is a debutant, she's way more of an expert in landing hits. Moreover, she hasn't dealt with a lot of pain since the collapse of the underground arena. Now hitting the canvas repeatedly, her heart beats faster, scared if she could lose the match shamefully from an opponent that wouldn't give her mercy. She wasn't even given time to stand up, considering the pussycat 'helped' her by grabbing her ponytail to get back up to her feet for another set of beating.

"N-No! You don't understand, I- AHH!!"

With Aika's fury overcoming Haruka's speech, the Crimson's head would be wrapped around by Aika's muscular arms, before she was forcefully dragged as she sprints along with Aika. Bracing before the impact, she had a second to think, while her mind plays the same words over and over.

"I don't want to get hit, I don't want to! Please!"

Instinctively, at the very last minute before Aika jumps, she would try to sweep Aika with her legs, wanting Aika to fall forward instead of backwards. In the midst of falling, she would try to counter, grabbing the sides of the pussycat's head to crush it into a jumping cutter.

Aika was pressing Haruka against a tough spot, but there was no ill intent coming from the ring veteran. She had a knack for judging wrestler’s characters and she could see that this debutant had it in her to be good, so in some way what Aika did was taking the mantle of a mentor and start easing Haruka into the wrestling world by pushing her against a corner so she could find what she needed to shine. The Mandalay was certain about this: if she kept pressing Haruka she would eventually let her fighting instincts take over and she would start fighting back.

This became clear not so much after, and in a way not even the Mandalay could expect. When she was getting ready to set Haruka for a running bulldog was the moment Haruka sprung into action in the most unexpected way. With a sudden sweep the Pussycat was surprised and her footing slipped, making a fall forwards but then the redhead would catch her and execute a jumping cutter! Landing on the mat face first Aika writhed a little as she wasn’t expecting something that intense. “Not… bad...”, she said in between grunts of protest, fully aware of the fact that she was open now.

Haruka knows that there are no bad intentions and vibes coming from her opponent and she knows that Aika just wanted to be serious in a match just like what she expected and wanted. She knows because she has went through what she could say the entirely the same thing, to the point she had to be the strongest in order to reach her goals of not having to endure pain, no matter if it results to a humiliation of another human being. After the counter hit, she takes a breather, standing beside of her fallen opponent, wiping off the sweat that's dripping on her chin.

"Huff.. How... did I even do this back then..."

Not wasting the time that she had left before her opponent would get up, she tries to kick her prone opponent on the canvas a few times to roll her opponent so that they would lie on their backs instead, before attempting a knee drop targeted towards her opponent's stomach!

"Take this!"

Up to that moment Aika had dedicated her efforts to push Haruka against a corner, not in a literal sense but by pressing the redhead debutant to a point she would start showing her true potential. And the sudden snap she had was pretty amazing for the crowds and not that great for the veteran who got to suffer it in her bones. After impacting against the mat, Aika remained quite open and Haruka wasn’t willing to let that oportunity to follow up just go.

Just when the Mandalay thought it was about time to start getting back on her feet to teach her rival a new lesson it was Haruka the one who decided to take the initiative by kicking Aika a couple times to make her tame, just before the debutant would make a kneedrop on top of her stomach. “Uagh!!!! Uuuuungh” The hit let all air Aika had out of her body and she squirmed a little as this was now real pain, rolling on her side cupping her stomach while trying to hold on.
