L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Just before she could escape back into the ring, Rosie dragged Aoi back out by the ends of her baggy pants, forcing Aoi to lose her grip and fall face-first onto the rough outside below the apron. She landed flat on her body face-down, but she was conscious and able enough to roll away. The count had been reset and Aoi needed to get back up to her feet, and fast...

"THREE!!!"

With a loud splat, Aoi landed on the padded outside hard. Knuckles scowled down at her opponent seeing her trying to roll away. With a caustic laugh, Rosie shook her head. "Ooooh no, you asked for this, you're getting all of it!" exclaimed the brawler before rushing right at Hoshino and nailing her with a clubbing blow to the back before she could get up fully!

With a yell, Rosie would then bully Aoi into a headlock before starting to pepper the girl's skull with fists, trying to wear her down and lay on some more pain to her while she had her down. Rosie Knuckles was relentless, and she wasn't going to let Hoshino have a moment to breathe if she had anything to do with it.

Aoi rolled away far enough but she took too long in getting to her feet. Of course, Rosie would be on her. She was also a lightweight...meaning she was probably light on her feet just like the deep blue-haired wrestler. She attempted to get back up after taking a harsh clubbing strike to the back, but Rosie was still on her and quickly trapped her in a headlock, pummeling her face with numerous punches. Aoi tried to out-muscle her opponent and wrestle free from her hold, looking for something to use to break free. She spotted the ring post and she planted her feet, shoving backward, trying to drive Rosie into the post to hit either her backside or her head.

"SIX!!!"

Rosie kept pummeling Aoi for as long as she could, vicious and relentless as she laid her expert fists into her with no sign of stopping. However, Hoshino eventually got herself an idea to stop the endless assault. Her spine was smashed back into a ring post and Knuckles let go, arching her back.

"Ahhhhh... Shit!" exclaimed Rosie, falling to her knees as she continues arching her back. She grit her teeth and put one hand on the ring apron, fighting through the pain.

Aoi would clutch her head, staggering a little as she struggled to get up to her feet. She was already a little lightheaded and dizzy, her vision blurring intensely. She was able to make out the sound of the referee's count over the ringing in her ears. She turned back to Rosie and quickly delivered a side kick right to her head to knock her over before making a mad dash into the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and securing her safety.

"EIGHT!!!"

Just as Rosie was beginning to push back up to her feet, she was nailed with a kick right to the head, knocking her back down as she slumped against the apron, clutching on the fabric with a groan.

Shaking her head clear, she heard the referee shout:

"NINE!"

Rolling her head in annoyance, Knuckles then said, "God damnit..." and willed herself to roll into the ring, one hand on her hurting back still as she sat up on the mat. Pushing herself through that pain took a lot out of her, leaving Rosie still trying to recover.

Aoi spotted Rosie getting back into the ring, and she wasted no time in running over and trying to perform a mighty Stomp down onto the back of her head and neck, attempting to take down the woman so she could continue to work her over and soften her up. This stomp was just another ploy to whittle her down and tire her out. The more damage, the better...and so, Aoi charged in...jumped up, brought the heel of her foot down and-...

Rosie was being stomped on the back of the head, covering up as she grunted and groaned, starting to roll away as she grit her teeth. Knuckles knew this was a bad place to be and needed to find a way out, but Aoi was wanting to put a beating on her almost as much as Rosie was ready to do it to her. Eventually, another leaping stomp came, but Rosie was prepared for it with the brief break. She rolled forward instead to avoid the stomp narrowly.

And then Rosie turns on her knees and pulls back her arm before throwing it directly towards the back of the knee of Aoi's closest leg with a yell. "Grrrrah!" She aimed to punish that leg and take Hoshino down a peg. She didn't want to feel any more of those stomps, and she for sure wanted Aoi to be just a little bit slower for her to batter.

Aoi got in a few good hits, she was managing to keep up with Rosie as best as she could. All she was focusing on was the fact that she was HURTING Rosie, even if it was just a little. Still, she maintained her sights on only the positives, it gave her enough spirit and hope to keep on fighting, she couldn't lose her will to fight in a situation like this. She ASKED for this, and dammit she was going to go until she couldn't.

Rosie, on the other hand, was seeking to tear her down and return the favor from earlier. Aoi whiffed one of her stomps, leading to her leg getting taken out, forcing her to drop to one knee. Now on an even playing field with Rosie, she tries to fight back against her by trading blows, grabbing hold of Rosie and punching at her head, meeting her head on, and returning punch after punch in a continuous series of strikes.

Rosie Knuckles was more than happy to engage in another fist fight as both women were on their knees, sending blow after blow to one another. Teeth gritted, muscles tensed, and full of adrenaline, Rosie fired back with expertly trained punches, firing at Aoi while blocking as many of the punches she could in kind. Eventually, the Pink-Haired Pugilist would start to rise, prompting her opponent to rise with her.

Then, the brawler would duck her head and begin sending stiff jabs towards Aoi, trying to wind her and simultaneously get her to back off of her. This sort of brawling wasn't uncommon to her--in fact, she doubted many in LAW could match her in it. But she knew she needed to find an opening against Aoi here before really coming hard at her.
