L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

"Huh? Your ex?" Hiro looked at Helen before remembering the trash talking Christina said as the Filipina woman mentioned Alexios.

"Oh...umm...yeah im wrestling Alexios..." Hiro would scratch his head unsure what Helen's reaction to this news was going to be.

Meanwhile Alanna sat next to Emma who was busy snacking. She accidentally placed her hand on top of the French woman's hand as she quickly pulled her hand up.

"Oh sorry eh..." Emma embarrassingly scratched her head and looked away from Alanna.

Helen found herself launching into a full pre-fight briefing. "Yes that guy... Listen it won't be easy. He's really good at submissions and is equally good at body slamming you down on the ground to then apply those submissions. He taught me the sleeper I used to put Christina away... I can get you some tapes from developmental, even the Olympics... back when we were together... if you're interested." Helen stopped herself after realizing she was talking so fast.

Alanna locked eyes with Emma after they reached for the popcorn bowl at the same time and touched hands. ""It's okay. No need to be nervous. You're... very sweet for such a ruthless business."

"Well I've already been watching a lot of his films already and I'm already training in Takedown defense. Also if I remember correctly Christina said your sleeperhold was insufficient and she told me she purposefully let you have the submission and she also told me not to tell Helen about it....Oh...Oh shit!"

Hiro smacked his forehead.

Meanwhile Emma looked at Alanna and smiled. "Aww...you think I'm sweet? I know there are a lot of killers here in L.A.W. but I'm here to bring entertainment. I don't think I'll win a champion belt to be honest...but everyone I hear my home crowd cheering me on...that feeling is something I live for..."

"Well I'm glad you're finding enjoyment out of it. But you won't win with that attitude. Remember how you won? How you ruined my debut? You found your fire! So maybe you need this... me... more than you realize," Alanna said slowly becoming more serious as she spoke.

"What. WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?! No way. No way that FUCKING BITCH..." Helen was hopping mad as she shouted at Hiro.

While Helen was screaming Hiro tried to calm her down.
"Did I say Christina purposely let you win? I misspoke! What I meant to say that...umm....uggghhh..." he was trying to think of a quick lie.

"What I meant was Christina purposely let you have that submission because...she...didn't think you'll...pull it off?" Hirp nervously laughed as the way he phrased that sounded sketchy and dumb as hell.

While Hiro was trying to calm Helen, Emma and Alanna were having a deep conversation as Emma peaked up at her former opponent.

"Yeah...I remember in the match how much this meant to me. The work I put in and the so much faith Hiro had for me...I guess I should stop doubting my abilities and just keep working..." she looked at Alanna.

"I'm sorry I ruined your debut...is there anyway I can make that up to you?"

"I don't know which is worse, that she let me win or that my move 'WAS INSUFFICIENT!' You tell me, is this sufficient?" Helen snap kicked Hiro in the nuts.

"Don't worry, chère. You will." The two women were suddenly snapped out of it by the commotion from Helen and Hiro.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHNNNNN!!!"

Hiro was on the floor as he held his poor aching nuts that were kicked hard by Helen!

"Why? Why did you do that?" Hiro's voice went up a couple octaves as he started to sound like a chipmunk.

"Hiro!" Emma stood up and tried to push Helen from behind.

"Hey! What was that for!?"

Seeing the chaos unfold, and with Emma having her back turned, Alanna came up behind her, turned her around and punched her in the face. The Frenchwoman would deliver several more punches before grabbing Emma and throwing her against the lockers. "What are you doing?! You were supposed to wait for the song!"

"He said my victory was a lie! I'll show them. I'LL SHOW HER! WE'LL DO IT LIVE! FUCK IT!"

Alanna, ever the lover of Medieval and fantasy things, clicked the music player to play song that would have signaled the ambush.



She then walked over to Emma. "Time to pay your debt, chère.". Alanna then kicked Emma.

Emma was completely taken by surprise from Alanna as she got punched in the face for trying to step up to Helen who just nut kicked Hiro.

"Emma..." Hiro tried to stand up as he was on his knees and could hear the music being played.

"We've been ambushed!" Hiro tried to yell out as Emma groaned in pain from being kicked by Alanna.

"Alanna...stop please stop..." Emma was not ready for the ambush as she was getting cramps from eating snacks.

"Oh shut up." Helen picked up a steel chair and smashed it down on Hiro's back.

Alanna picked Emma up. "You should have stayed down when I had you pinned. You ruined my moment! There's no second debut! This is justice!" She then kicked Emma in the gut and hit her with a stunner.
