Failure to communicate- Lex vs Amelia!

*While caught in the hypnotic trance that was Amelia's ineffably enticing derriere, it seemed as if an eternity had passed within the blink of an eye when she brought him back into the reality of his situation with a powerful boot to his solar plexus!* "Guuaah!" *Lex coughed, instantaneously dropping to a solitary knee to try and cope with the unprecedented amount of agony he felt. Unfortunately for The Silver Bullet, she wasn't about to abdicate her offensive onslaught, leading to a subsequent smack to his dome, courtesy of her weaponized shin!*

"GGUUHH!" *He howled in anguish, his taut frame tumbling backwards before finally colliding against the canvas with a thunderous* "THUNK!" *That brought a humungous round of applause from the surrounding audience. Witnessing someone get obliterated was certainly something they considered entertaining, but watching a promising rookie bring about the untimely demise of a chauvinistic womanizer was considered the highest level of entertainment.*

"D..damn..t..that's smarts.." *He mumbled under his labored breathing, trying to dust the cobwebs from his attic while trying to refocus his eyes off of them flickering lights above him. If nothing else, Lex found solace in the fact that he caught a glimpse of such an immaculate rear up close and personal.*

Amelia was a prudent woman. Not to the highest degree, but no less so than any normal woman of her age. To top it off, she was very innocent. If she had been aware that Lex was having such thoughts about her and her posterior, she would have been absolutely mortified. Perhaps, then, it was for the best that she was unaware of his unadulterated thoughts.

With momentum on her side, and Lex on his back, the girl in pink quickly jumped on top of him and hooked his leg up.

"Fall!" she called to the ref, signalling that she wanted to end this match early. To any veteran fans, this would clearly be a futile move, but Amelia did it anyway. She might get lucky, after all.

Either way, the majority of the crowd was all too happy to count along with the referee as she begun to count Lex out.

*While continuing to swim in a raging torrent of faint thoughts and worries, Lex heard the boisterous shout of his adversary and quickly pieced together what was transpiring- Amelia was attempting to score a quick victory over him! Despite this, he felt his body shiver with glee when her plump yet conservative chest pushed itself up against his body, causing an audible* "Gghh!" *When she body splashed against him. Just as the moderator had reached* "TWO!" *The self-appointed genius flung a shoulder skyward, breaking the count along with any hopes the audience had of counting him out early.*

"Ambitious...I like it." *Lex remarked, giving credit where credit was certainly due. While not the most flashy combatant, Amelia certainly had a distinct nature that he couldn't deny. However, he wasn't about to let her headstrong attack go unpunished, and decided that a knee across the side of her face would teach her not to trifle with him!* "But I think it's time I repay you for earlier, don't you agree?"

The tall Carnival Girl went from hopeful to frustrated in a mere second as Lex kicked out at two. She knew better than to dwell on it, and was looking to move on to the next offensive set of moves.

But that was not how this match was meant to be, as no sooner had she grabbed for his head to pull it up did she receive a knee to the side of her face!

"Ngh!"

She went down on the canvas beside him and clutched her now-red cheek. She scrambled as best she could to get back to her feet, a bit dazed, before he had a chance to do something while she was down. However, that did mean she wasn't guarding very well outside of that.

*As he felt the reverberating impact of his knee cracking Amelia in the side of her cranium, Lex finally created some breathing room for himself. Although, he wouldn't have complained if she had lingered for a bit longer, perhaps sliding her healthy melons a little closer to his mouth.* "I'm much too talented to be taken down with a mere kick, babe~"

*Crawling sideways while watching her like a hawk, Lex began to strategize on the best course of action. She wasn't too remarkable or outstanding in any particular field of combat, but perhaps she was potentially concealing her true talent for sometime later. Whatever the case may be, The Silver Bullet knew he had to strike, and hard!*

"Now, let's see if I can get my point across with this." *Steadying himself against an adjacent rope, Lex dashed across the ring, weaving from side to side before attempting to drill Amelia with yet another knee strike to her skull, attempting to build upon the damage he had previously done!*

Amelia had risen to her feet, much like her opponent had, but much more worse for wear. She knew she had to get back in the fight somehow, but was unsure of what she could possibly do to really secure the lead here. Her opponent was bigger, stronger, and faster than she was. She had no intent to give up, but was at a loss of how to really deal with this situation.

Nevertheless, she could not afford to give up just yet. As long as she was a Carnival Girl, she needed to do everything in her power to make her sisters proud.

As she was clearing the cobwebs, Lex was making his move. He was charging at her with full speed, and she looked up to see him coming. She wasn't fast enough to dodge him. So, she did the next best thing: she put her arms up. The knee strike came in and smashed into her arms. They blocked the majority of the attack, although they did recoil backwards and hit her in the face a little.

"Urk!"

She stumbled back towards the ropes, hoping to get the ref to step in between them and give her some breathing room. Her arms were now bruised and in a lot of pain.

*While securing a strong foothold in the fray was no easy task to accomplish, The Genius of the ring was making relatively short work of his opponent with the devastating assault he had launched. As his knee sunk against Amelia's protective guard, he watched as she toppled against the mat, coaxing out a triumphant chuckle from the silver bullet.*

"I appreciate the target practice." *Lex began, casually ambling towards her with a condescending grin encroaching across his face.* "But I would have preferred a more competitive match." *While the witnesses continued to verbally assail him with their complete disdain towards him, Lex embraced their detestation, using it as a catalyst for his next move.*

*Stopping a mere, handful of inches away from the subdued performer, Lex planted the base of his bronze boot against Amelia's throat, reaffirming his status above her.* "Hey, at least now you can say you choked in a literal sense." *Atrocious pun aside, the reality of her situation was quite dire. Lex had no intentions of easing up on Amelia, looking to force a submission out of her by way of a stranglehold!*

As Amelia fell onto her butt and leaned against the ropes, Lex was quick to throw more trash talk her way. Yet again, the girl in pink had no good ways to throw those taunts back in his face either. She was most definitely not a trash talker by any means, as she felt the ring was a place to settle things with actions.

Regardless, the taunts kept coming, and Amelia's situation was continuing to get worse and worse. Lex even decided to give her a solid bit of choking for her efforts, courtesy of his boot.

"Cough! Hack! Blegh!" sputtered out of her mouth as she squirmed under his choking foot. Her dire situation, which seemingly couldn't get much worse, was now doing so in excruciating fashion.

If there was any reprieve for her, it would be the fact that Lex's arrogance had caused him to make a mistake. Instead of bringing her away from the ropes, he simply decided to choke her out here, where it was considered to be an illegal hold. The ref came over and began counting the hold out:

"One!... Two!..."

Lex only had three more counts to let go, or he would find himself being disqualified!

"Still? I was under the impression that you could handle a little pressure~" *Continuing with his derisive comments, despite stern protesting from the surrounding audience, Lex had completely disregarded the rules of such a sanctioned bout. Within a condensed amount of time, he had nearly reached the dreaded* "FIVE!" *Before finally recoiling his leg, turning towards the audience while giving them a nonplused shrug.* "Hey, if she didn't want to feel the wrath of The Genius, then perhaps she shouldn't have stepped int he ring with me!" *Regardless of how valid of a point he made, The Silver Bullet certainly wasn't earning him any new supporters with his callous disregard for the established guidelines.*

*While continuing to passively gloat about his nearly effortless domination over the otherwise unknown Amelia, it was becoming abundantly clear that Lex hadn't been taking his meek opponent too seriously. As he casually glanced towards her while she clasped her throat in agony, Lex strode towards her in a deliberately torpid manner, attempting to make a mockery of how atrocious Amelia's reflexes were!* "So, are you going to lie around all day, or should I declare myself the winner right here and now?"

*Arms crossed with a smug expression that seemed to be permanently plastered across his mug, he disapprovingly shook his head at the cowering woman near the edge of his bronzed boots.* "Tsk tsk tsk. And to think, I was actually looking forward to this little brawl of ours. I supposed I should start to lower my expectations whenever new blood is the catalyst for my entertainment."

*Before Amelia knew what was going on, Lex started to do a little shimmy as a way to ridicule her even further, shuffling his feet from side to side while maintaining his shrugging shoulders.* "At least I can count this among the easiest wins of my career, and for that, I thank you~"

Come on Amelia! You need to get your act together! What would Satsuki say? She would never give up in this situation. She would rally back and take this match by storm! Your sisters need you to look good! Your sisters need you to do your best!

While Coughing and hacking away, Amelia watched as her opponent emulated multiple pop culture idols with his dance moves. It was both embarrassing to watch, and to suffer from. The fans were also clearly outraged at this spectacle. She knew what they were expecting from her, given her match with the British Bunnies, but the fact that she couldn't deliver was haunting her more and more.

She had to take back control. She had to out maneuver him. She had to make him eat his own words.

While Lex was still doing his Jig, Amelia quickly swept her leg out under him, attempting to sweep him off of his feet. "Haiyah!" If that was successful, she would get to her feet as quick as she possibly could and would go for a double knee-drop directly onto his stomach, sending all of her weight into those two sharp points of her body to crush the spot she attacked.
