Michiko Shimizu vs. Hinoka Taiyo

Michiko was happy that she could count on her opponent to give her advice even in the middle of the match, and she would have to keep it in mind for the future. She wanted to do something to acknowledge it, to nod her head in Hinoka's direction or to thank her. Unfortunately, that wasn't something she would have the time to do. Not only was she left in too much pain from the kicks to do much more than wince, but more importantly, she was soon thrown headlong into the mat, letting out a cough as she landed.

She looked up to see Hinoka getting into position to launch an attack on her, but Michiko was too alert to fall for tricks like that this early in the match. As soon as Hinoka looked as though she was about to leave the ground, the lilac-haired woman went to roll aside, hoping to make her opponent only hit the canvas beneath her.

She had no issues making a backflip. It was something coded into her memory. However making a perfect landing wasn't in her complete control. As she was airborne, the redhead looked only to see the bare mat beneath her. Michiko was able to make a quick recovery. "Oh crap" Hinoka muttered as she knew that she was in for a rough landing.

"ARGHHH..." she grunted as the ring shook from the impact. It was probably a better tactical move to try this after stomping or throw her opponent around a bit. Gritting her teeth and holding her stomach, Hinoka lied on her front leaving herself vulnerable from a counterattack.

"Hah!" Michiko gave herself a little cheer as she looked back over her shoulder with a smile to see that Hinoka had landed flat on the canvas, floored by her own momentum as Michiko had gotten herself away in time. Now the redhead was on the ground, a position that was sure to be much more favorable to Michiko's preferred style. While Michiko was flashy in how she played to the crowd, she was still good at inflicting her heavy-hitting power moves when she was on the ground. Which, at the moment, she was.

In fact, she didn't even need to get back up to counter. Still laying on the mat, rolling onto her stomach, Michiko kicked out behind her, aiming to grab Hinoka's head between her legs. If she could catch it, she would push herself up off the ground and arch her back to put even more pressure down on the side headscissor.

It was back to square one for Hinoka as she lost her momentum by making such a blunder. She pressed her arms against the canvas, raising her shoulders and head up. Her plan for was to make her way to the ropes, rest for a bit and try to engage Michiko again. This would only work if her opponent didn't make a quick recovery. The lilac haired wrestler locked her legs around Hinoka's neck squeezing it tightly. Despite only being in the hold for less than a minute, Hinoka's face was already turning a bit read.

With a submission in place, the referee came around to oversee the situation. "Do you submit?" asked the official. "No!!!" the redhead yelled immediately. She kept her fists closed, not wanting to accidentally tap out and part of her means to escape. "Let go!" Hinoka ordered by punching Michiko's legs. Maybe the pain will cause her opponent to relinquish the hold.

Unfortunately for Hinoka, Michiko was still rearing to go, and the red-haired girl was about to feel that. Michiko kicked her legs out to hold down on her opponent's throat, and right from the get-go Hinoka looked to be struggling with it. It would appear that Michiko had, without really planning on it, come upon a weaker point in her opponent's skillset, one that she would have to make use of going forward...

However, being caught in the submission wasn't going to put a damper on Hinoka's fiery willpower, as she was determined to force her way out of the hold. Michiko felt her fist smack against her thigh, and she hissed at the sensation. The first couple of blows she was able to withstand, but soon the site became sorer and sorer with each impact, until Hinoka was attacking an already weakened point of her body. Soon enough, Michiko was forced to let go, rolling onto her knees.

The headscissors was draining her oxygen but her willpower was unaffected. Her determination allowed the redhead to take quite a bit of punishment but still fight through sometimes. "Cmon cmon!" she ushered while repeatedly landing blows on Michiko's leg. Hinoka's lack of awareness to danger may work against her as someone crafty enough could work circles around her.

After a few more blows, Hinoka hit the jackpot by landing a punch in a weak point. She was now free from the hold and rolled onto her back. "Finally" she muttered before coughing shortly after. Her neck was a mixture of colours after being worked over by the headscissors. Despite her opponent being right in front of her, Hinoka decided to withdraw for now dragging across the ring to one of the corners. She needed some room to breath and possibly some rope to make use of for later.

Her hold finally broken, Michiko got to her knees, turning herself around to look back at Hinoka as she caught her breath. Rising to her feet, she could see that she had done a number on her opponent. Not only was her neck bruised to the point where even Michiko had to wince at the sight, she was now in the corner, trying to gather her strength once again before she engaged Michiko with her next move.

Unfortunately for the redhead, Michiko was a lot more prepared to go again after that. Her thighs were sore, sure, and they started to show red marks from all the impacts, but all in all, Michiko could still stand after that. She could also go for her next move - which was to charge straight for Hinoka in the corner with a clothesline. "I've got more of that coming!" she cried.

Sure the headscissors was agonising but Hinoka wasn't going to be taken down so suddenly. She would arrive at the corner, grabbing a hold of the middle ropes as she raised herself to a crouched position.. Then the redhead head a cry from behind and froze. With her back turned, it only came to her attention that her opponent got up first and was ready to strike.

Not wanting to be put between a rock and a hard place, the redhead tried dropping down to her knees hoping that Michiko would run past her. It israther likely that Michiko would hit the turnbuckle, something that the hi flier would love to capitalise on. Bringing herself to an upright position and then turning around, Hinoka made a few steps before running towards her foe in the corner. "I also got more in me!" Hinoka exclaimed before jumping forward hoping to impact Michiko's back with a dropkick,

Michiko was sure that her hold had weakened Hinoka's defenses to the point where she'd be lined up perfectly for her next assault. With a smirk on her face, she raised her arm for a clothesline, charging back in ahead in the hopes of sending her opponent right off her feet before she could recover. Already anticipating the blow of her body against her arm, she called out with a "HAH!"

However, Hinoka proved to be faster than Michiko had given her credit for, and she just charged headlong into the post as Hinoka swerved away. With a groan as the air was forced from her lungs on impact, the lilac-haired woman doubled over the turnbuckle, clutching her stomach as she staggered back. But she wouldn't go far - as she was backing right into her opponent's outstretched feet, as Hinoka caught her suddenly in the back with a dropkick! Michiko was hurled onto her face, landing with a thud in the corner face-down.

To her relief, she was able to duck the clothesline in time and respond with a counterattack. "It is too early to celebrate" Hinoka said to her opponent referring to her opponent's previous words. She returned to her two feet and arched her back. Afterwards she walked to where Michiko's body lied and grabbed the lilac's wrestler's arm and leg, dragging her away from the corner so a rope break wouldn't be possible.

It was time to take the match to even greater levels as the redhead went to one of the corners and climbed the ropes. Once she claimed to the very top, Hinoka stretched out her right arm and tapped an elbow signalling what was about to happen next. "HEYAHHH!!!" she yelled before jumping off the turnbuckle hoping to cause some further damage to Michiko's back with a diving elbow drop.
