The Dreamer and the Mermaid - Layla vs. Kokomi

Layla's lips curled into a slight smirk as her blows landed. "How's it feel to get pummeled by the newbie, hm?" she teased. It felt like her opponent wasn't even trying to defend herself, eating strike after strike. She even started to underestimate her - perhaps the mermaid's skills had been exaggerated.

She placed a hand against her hip, looking over Kokomi for a moment as she struggled to pick herself up. An idea came to mind, and Layla would begin to approach her opponent, reaching out to grab her by the shoulders. Her action was quickly cut short, however, as Kokomi's strike impacted her stomach. "Gah!" Layla winced as she was hit. She was forced to take a couple of steps back, leaning down as she held onto her stomach in pain. She was completely vulnerable if Kokomi decided to take advantage.

Luckily, the rookie didn't take advantage of Kokomi's condition to continue kicking him, which could have been very difficult for Kokomi. Instead her opponent decided to walk over and grab her shoulders, Kokomi wasted no time in delivering an uppercut to her stomach and letting her back down.

"You're really stupid..!"

Kokomi took advantage of her opponent's state to lunge at her giving a clotheline, hoping that was enough to knock her opponent down with it.

Just having recovered, Layla had just risen her head to return her gaze to her opponent. The first thing she saw was the sight of Kokomi charging at her, and then was immediately smacked across the face in a clothesline. A small yell escaped her breath as the attack caught her completely off guard. While the impact itself wasn't incredibly painful, the sudden force of it caused Layla to be sent off her feet! She landed on her mat, back against the ground.

Layla remained laying for a second as her back recovered from the impact. She knew she couldn't let her opponent catch her in this state, but it might have already been too late. The blue-haired fighter started to sit up, but there was plenty of time for Kokomi to make a quick follow-up.

Kokomi's clothesline was powerful enough to knock her opponent to the ground, it was perfect. By dint of fighting in quite humiliating matches, Kokomi has developed a rather sadistic side, enjoying humiliating her opponents in a rather special way. She took advantage of her opponent on the ground to do so, lifting her foot to land on the blue haired woman's face to smash her face with it, glaring at her sadistically.

"Lick my foot and maybe I'll give you a chance to win this game~"

Kokomi didn't want to let her opponent doubt or think, so she crushed her face harder and harder to force her to give an answer quickly.

Layla had just barely started to lift her back up, before being sent straight back down against the mat as Kokomi's foot forcefully met with her head. "AH!" she cried out as a sharp pain washed over the side of her face, accentuating as her opponent continued to grind her foot in more and more. A wave of excitement roared throughout the crowd, who seemingly delighted in the act of humiliation.

"N-Never!" Layla called out in response. She had wrapped her hands around Kokomi's ankle in a tight grip, in a desperate attempt to lift the woman off her. However, she was too weak, and for the time being she was at the mercy of the mermaid. She already felt so vulnerable. "I'm not going to lose to the likes of you!" she yelled, attempting to save face in this humiliating position.

Kokomi took pleasure in stomping on her opponent's face, especially with the crowd cheering and clamoring for more. But the new recruit didn't seem to want to give up, she refused Kokomi's proposal which made the mermaid sigh with disappointment.

"We'll see if that's what you say after the match."

Kokomi took her foot off her opponent's face and simply kicked her opponent in the stomach to weaken her. Following this, Kokomi runs to the nearest corner to climb it and find herself standing on the corner. She would try to make a splash on her opponent already on the ground, if she was still there!

Layla recoiled back in response to the kick, sending her rolling onto her side a short distance. She groaned in pain, wincing as she held onto her stomach. The blue-haired woman seemed dazed as Kokomi made her way up to the ropes. If she was just going to let Kokomi have her way, this was going to be over within minutes. Layla collected herself, returning to her backside as her opponent finished the climb.

She could see the move coming from a mile away - she wasn't weak enough yet to become a victim of such a blatant move. Kokomi had left herself completely exposed mid-flight. To counter, Layla would kick both of her legs upward towards Kokomi's midsection, with what might have been a surprising amount of force, given how quickly she seemed to bounce back.

Kokomi, convinced that her opponent was too weak to recover after the last blows she had given, decided to use one of her signature techniques to end the match faster than expected. She climbed onto the corner and threw herself directly at her opponent, body forward. She noticed in full flight that her opponent was not completely knocked out and was still able to fight, she was even in position to counter the mermaid.

"GUWAAARGH!..."

A powerful moan of pain was heard from Kokomi's mouth, the blow she had just taken was extremely painful. She then fell lying next to her opponent, continuing to groan in pain while clutching her stomach. In addition to having lost her advantage, Kokomi was completely defenseless for long seconds.

Layla watched as her feet painfully redirect Kokomi off course, sending her down into the mat next to her. While she was no sadist, it was admittedly satisfying to watch the mermaid's overconfidence suddenly crumple as she was met with the weight of her heels. How much did she underestimate her, to think that she could end this so quickly?

"You aren't very bright, are you?" she taunted. Wasting no further time, Layla quickly rolled to her side into a kneeling position above Kokomi, delivering a quick slap across the mermaid's face as she did so. The weight of her legs would mostly pin Kokomi's arms against the mat. However, her legs mostly remained uncontested.

Looking to press her advantage further, Layla would clench her fists, attempting to strike her opponent's head back and forth, with the hope that it would quickly wear her down.

Kokomi suffered enormously following his failed splash. She had lost all of her edge and now found herself lying on the floor panting in pain, rubbing her stomach with one hand before her opponent slapped her. Kokomi groaned slightly trying to get up before her opponent pinned her to the ground, blocking her arms at the passages thanks to her knees.

"Gnaaah... Stupid bitch!..."

Kokomi gritted her teeth trying to force her arms to push her opponent away but it was useless because of the blows she received, making her moan in pain as her head banged hard against the ring carpet. Normally, the referee would have intervened to push Layla away from the mermaid but it was a KO match, Kokomi had to find a way to free herself. After taking a number of punches, Kokomi growls in rage and raises her hips to lift her lower body and hopes to knock her opponent down in front of her with it.
