Close encounter with Blades

He would keep this up for a bit until he decided to bring a couple of kicks into the mix. One was a standard kick to the midriff, which was followed by a spinning high kick.

Jack was expecting Geun to either block or dodge them. In either case, he was ready to grab her and throw into the ropes and getting ready to seize her in a bearhug.

Geun kept outside of the range of the punches, backing out and sidestepping to avoid them before taking a big step back to avoid the first kick. When the second one came she ducked under it and as it was about to pass, raised her arm to catch it. Following this she would push up and press forward to take him off his feet which would be shortly followed by stepping in between his legs, retaining the control she had with her arms and wrapping her legs around one of his, and falling down to lock in a kneebar.

Jack found himself in the kneebar hold before he knew it. He pulled back his right leg, which was caught in the hold, in an attempt to keep Geun from stretching it out too much.

"Getting the leg up on me?" Jack teasingly asked Geun as he was resisting her hold slightly, "Didn't know you wanted to hold me so close, so soon."

Geun could keep pushing, having her entire body against even a stronger person's leg was not a contest really. Still, the bending of the leg could work in her favour after all. She would now shift her body while maintaining the hold and when she was in position, quickly changing her grip to get in position for a heel hook before driving her hips down to create the appropriate pressure.

"It's rude to make people wait is it not? And besides, we just started." She replied

Jack would smirk in response as Geun would adjust the hold to a heel hook. He would feel a bit of pressure on his leg from what Geun was doing. It hurt a little, but Jack had been through worse. He would let her put down some pressure for a bit before making his next move; which would involve exploiting a potential weak area in her grip.

"Since we have started, how much do you like gripping?" Jack teasingly asked Geun, as he remained composed and straight as to not let Geun hurt him too much.

"You talk a lot for someone in a heel hood, let me fix that." She said with a devilish smile, isolating his hip with her thighs and twisting her body to add another angle of pressure to the hold, this time relying on how bad the joints took the rotation which in this case would target his knee.

Jack grunted a bit slightly from the hold, but simply smirked.

"Sorry, my dear," Jack teased, "but I'm afraid that you will need to do better than that if you me to squirm." He resisted the pain, as he tried to pull his leg up; of course that would be easier said than done. He had to admit that Geun got him in a good position. So much so that for the time being he was unable to work on prying the hold.

"I'd say it will be worth the effort" Geun said with a slight smirk as she felt him try to lift his leg up. Heel hook was a mean hold when someone had it locked properly, getting out of it like Jack was trying now was hurting even more than just being in it and Geun had to give him that his pain tolerance was really high. If she allowed him to keep it up much longer he might just slip out so she would swing her weight to the side and try to turn him on his belly while she would release her legs from around his and pull back to try and get a single-legged Boston crab.

"Looking forward to you working up a sweat." Jack said, amused by Geun's claim.

Of course, releasing Jack would be a potential mistake, as he quickly swiped Geun with his legs, intending to trip his opponent up. If successful, he would intend to use the distraction and seize his opponent in a bearhug.

Jack proved to be quite quick, managing to trip Geun for long enough to get up and wrap his hands around her. She managed to turn just in time to face him. She expected it to be a throw, he just lifted her up and started squeezing. 'Seriously?' she thought to herself, still grimacing in pain as her body was being constricted. Luckily for her, bearhugs, were not hard to escape from if you only did not panic and knew how to react. And so, knowing that she would lean back, putting her hands under his jaw and pushing up and away, this should make the hold unsustainable or at the very least make the pressure on her core obsolete.
