Gil's flailing didn't let up for even a second, she knew it was futile, but giving up wasn't something she was willing to do, even in a sparring match!

"But... I don't want to hurt anyone, so I don't know what other moves I can use...!" Gil tried bucking up and down next, another fruitless effort, Gil was quickly tiring herself out from this simple, and mildly embarrassing position.

Letting out a loud sigh after hearing the small woman excuse. Shaking her head before taking her foot off of Gil chest, reaching down with her hand and lifts the woman up by her hair.

"Well good today your going to learn some new moves... Your going to be my training dummy." Thereisa says lifting the woman over her head before tossing her down to the canvas with a body slam.

Gil felt like a cinder block was lifted of her chest once Thereisa mover her foot, she sighed in relief, but soon found herself being lifted up by her hair, causing her to whine again.

"Woah-oh-oh!" Gil shakes her legs and arms, swimming through the air as she is lifted over the obviously stronger woman's head! "Please let me down...!" Gil would get her request, however not in the most comfortable way, she was get slammed onto her back, Gil tried to break her fall, but landed hard on her shoulder, taking the most of the fall!

Seeing the way Gild landed and shakes her head at the woman. "That was a terrible way to take that...Your lucky I'm not trying to really injury you and you would be screwed." giving out cold and harsh tough love to the smaller woman, scooping her back up and holding her above her head again.

The correct way is to take the fall on her back. It will hurt but you could counter and able to see what your opponent is doing depending on height or how much force they put behind it." Thereisa tells Gil before slamming her back down to the canvas with another scoop slam.

Gil wasn't sure that was true, and if it was, she'd hate to see what it was like if she was trying to hurt her, luckily, she wasn't sure she would ever find out.

Gil was scooped up again, with just as much ease as the first time, being tossed around like a ragdoll. "Wait...! Please not again...!" Gil begged, but again, she would be thrown down onto the mat, this time landing hard on her lower back. She sucked in a breath the gritted teeth.

"Ow..." She got up on to her hands and knees, slowly trying to make her way back up to her feet.

Thereisa nods her head at seeing Gil slowly trying to make it to her feet. The girl has heart and stubborn but she not good at handling pain unlike the other wrestlers here. But after a few more training with her and Gil will be a little terror in the ring.

"How you feeling now? she ask being nice wanting to make sure the girl can continue before any more tossing her around like a ragdoll.

Lifting Gil over her head again but this time pressing the woman over her head. "Now this is a Military press slam to prepare for it just tough it off." she tells her partner before tossing her forward, so that she lands on her chest and face.

Gil was never prone to injury, as a matter of fact, she rebounded very quickly from them! That couldn't be said about her inability to take pain. "I feel... a-okay...!" Gil wanted to make sure her confidence was fully showing, she wouldn't let the part of her get crushed!

Gil could never get used to getting lifted over Thereisa's head, it made her feel weak, and for some reason she couldn't explain, it was embarrassing to get lifted up! "Stop! I don't-!" Gil would get thrown down once more, she took the hit mostly on her chest, her head knocking against the match after.

A groan followed, she wrapped herself around her trainer's toned leg, using it as a way for her to get up onto her knees!

Tossing Gil around like a ragdoll with ease. Thereisa already knows what she needs to work on with the smaller woman, she not built to take moves at all, at most she is a speed wrestler that lacks toughness and defense.

Seeing her training partner wrapping her body around her leg trying to pull herself up. "How are you holding up hmm" Your not the best when taking punishment you know that right."

Reaching down grabbing Gil by her arm and yanking her to her feet. "Alright it your turn try to lift me and body slam me."

"I'm okay- Ah...!" Gil felt a rough tug on her arm, stumbling and backing up, putting a few steps between her and her new teacher! "I know I'm not... But that's okay! I'm still plenty strong...!" Gil flexed her arm, patting her bicep with her open hand. She was referring to overall strength, but using her arm to signal that made her look weak!

Gil stood in silence for a minute, the suggestion seemed to fly over her head. "Wait... N-no way...! I don't want to hurt you...!"

"It's either you throw your best at me..." She threatens the younger woman now..."Or I place you in one of my submission holds until you scream. she says a serious look on her face that says that she is not joking around with Gil.

Her arms crossed and glaring now waiting to see what her smaller partner is going to do. If she going to attack or let herself be attacked instead, as she taps her foot. "Well what is it going to be then."
