Mic Chick vs. Amaya Shizuko

Mic Chick kept her fist out with a big grin. She figured that Amaya wouldn't fist bump her, it just didn't seem like her style. Which was exactly why the rock star did so. The very flat response she received, made her laugh. Shaking her head, Mic brought her fist back and said, "Baby, I'm fueled by pep, do that ain't going to change."

And then the dark-haired young woman went for a lockup, Mic obliged, still smiling. "...But I'm getting the idea that your post-match content is going to include a lot more goo-goo eyes in my direction," teased the singer with a coy smirk. She would then duck under the lockup and wheel behind Amaya, trying to lock her in a rear waist lock. If successfully, she would then playfully grind her hips against Amaya's backside to accent her comment.

"I wouldn't get your hopes up." Amaya merely replied in her usual tone, as she focused on the lockup that followed though it seemed Mic Chip had some grappling skill as she worked to quickly shift behind her before Amaya to tie up the lock and applied a rear waist lock.

Seemed the girl had true skill, beyond just a big personality.

Amaya however, was quick to answer. As she aimed to try and grab at the wrist wrist of Mic Chick as she aimed to spin out of the lock and twist it in the goal of trying to apply a wrist lock.

Mic Chick had gotten behind Amaya, but just as quickly as she did, her opponent was already moving to lock in a wrist lock, twisting her arm around. Mic winced and bit her lip and then considered her next move.

The rocker would roll forward, stopping to start on her back before performing a kip-up! The swift Mic Chick would then attempt to roll under Amaya's arm herself to apply her own wrist lock. If successful, she would then immediately go for an arm drag to keep on the pressure and show off a bit!

Amaya managed to get the wrist lock in nice and tight though it seemed that Mic Chick had some flair to her technique as she rolled through and even did a kip up before she rolled under Amaya's arm and reversed the hold applying a wrist lock of her own.

Amaya grit her teeth, but she was not one to be bested so easily. Even in such a meager exchange. As Mic Chick attempted to try and flip her for an arm drag she would roll through the momentum as she rolled up and turned grabbing Mic Chick by the wrist as she attempted to reverse and toss her with an arm drag as the two went back and forth in this intense technical sequence.

Amaya Shizuko had rolled through the arm drag attempt and then held onto Mic's arm as she got back to her feet. This only brought a grin to the laid-back rocker's face as she winked at Amaya, only to be sent over in an arm drag of her own! But much to the delight of the crowd, Mic was able to roll through that maneuver as well as she held onto her opponent's wrist too!

The arena was applauding the effort as Mic stood directly next to Amaya, still holding onto her, and she bowed. "Thank you, thank you!" She would then hold her other arm out wide and look at Amaya, wiggling her eyebrows in her direction. "May I have this dance?" And then she would attempt to bring her more serious opponent close, attempting to lock her other hand to assume a ballroom dance pose, fighting her urge to laugh.

As Amaya moved to whip Mic Chick with a counter armdrag, it appeared the woman was quick to adapt to the flow as she rolled through and maintained a hold on her wrist as Amaya braced herself for what was to come next; her training up to this point made her feel she was prepared for anything.

Her taking a bow as she held her hand, then trying to dance with her, was not one of them.

Amaya blinked, her normally serious expression broke for a moment in confusion. Was this woman serious? The crowd seemed amused and entertained by the showmanship though as her second hand was grabbed Amaya seemed less amused as her eyebrow twitched a bit as she sighed out.

"I ask if you take this match seriously, but then I worry this is you being serious..." Amaya said, though if this girl wanted to "dance" she'd give a bit of European flavor to it as she swayed a step then aimed to try and go for a European uppercut if she managed to pull her close enough.

Mic Chick would have sworn she could've gotten a laugh out of Amaya on that one, but she only got a look of confusion in response. I mean... close? Sort of? That didn't stop the rocker from clasping their hands together and got to an intimate distance of each other, giving her serious opponent a goofy look and said, "Of course. This is my serious face."

And then, she began their dance until finally the first big hit on the match was achieved when Shizuko blasted her in the chin with a European Uppercut! Mic Chick's back hit the ground immediately as she held her chin, wincing on the mat. The crowd, meanwhile, booed Amaya for ruining the thrilling and amusing start that this match had!

As Amaya connected with the European Uppercut she was finally able to get a solid hit in and chance Mic Chick's expression somewhat as she downed her and the pained face showed it wasn't a kiddy blow. Amaya felt some pride in that, even as the crowd let her have it for ruining the "moment" that had been Mic Chick's attempt dance.

Amaya rolled her eyes. These people may clamor for cheat theatrics, but she aimed to display her skill and command respect.

With that Amaya would aim to capitalize on this and moved to try and grab at Mic Chick's ankles. In a flash, she'd aim to try and twist them as she wrapped one leg over the other or rather aimed to as she would go for a leglock submission to try and add pressure to the performer.

Mic Chick continued to lay on the mat, shocked by the swift strike to her chin from her opponent. She winced, attempting to soothe the pain as she moved her jaw about. She shook her head, only to be grasped by her leg. Her eyes went wide as she attempted to scoot away or move back and ended up being caught in the leglock! The rocker let out a yell of pain as she flopped back, her leg in some serious pain!

"Jesus lady... I know I screwed up on the first dance step, but this is ridiculous!" shouted Mic, trying to bring levity to the immense pain in her leg. She would attempt to reach for the nearest rope before starting to gut it out and try dragging the both of them towards the ropes, trying more and more to grasp the ropes and force a break!

Even when she managed to get the leglock firmly secured, Mic Chick seemed just as vocal ever and her actions were energetic beyond her tongue as she began to claw and scratch at the ring trying to inch the both of them closer to the ropes to try and escape.

"Do you ever shut up?"

Amaya's focus was clear even with her question that was annoyed at the verbal antics as she tightened and twisted the leglock as she tried to apply as much pressure as she could, though in spite of her efforts to hold Mic Chick in place she found herself and Mic Chick being moved closer and closer to the ropes till eventually her hand just got to the bottom one.

"Hands on the rope! Hands on the rope break right now! One, two..."

Amaya would acknowlege the referee's warning and broke the hold...though kept it to four to milk it out before she stepped back to give Mic Chick the due space she was allotted.
