Strike a pose! Kieda vs Danielle!

*The temporary diversion provided the perfect opportunity for Danielle to capitalize on, and with a zealous amount of gusto in her movement, she managed to deftly wind the cerulean shadow with a swift shot to her spleen.* "GGUHH!" *The unprecedented blow sent the stacked shinobi tumbling down, her lanky arms dangling over the top rope, as she felt an inexorable tide of humiliation engulf her for letting her guard down, if only for a moment, against the petite redhead.* "Y..you little canker sore! S..sending me down with a shot as cheap as those heels you had on!" *Kieda barked, attempting to create a new wound she could effortlessly pour salt in the wound of; if nothing else, then perhaps a demeaning remark about Danielle's fashion sense, or lack thereof, would be sufficient enough to deter her from pursuing an offensive edge.*

*Grating against her teeth to assuage the mind-numbing pain piercing her body, Kieda found herself unable to recover as quickly as she would have hoped for. Wether or not she wanted to openly admit it, Danielle's shot seemed to have been far more accurate than even the vexing little redhead had intended- Not only was she physically crippled for the time being, but the lingering anguish limited her mobility, something she was highly renowned for. At this point, she was a sitting, aching duck just waiting to be put in someone's crosshairs- Namely, Danielle's.*

Even when Danielle managed to get the upper hand on Kieda, it looked like her opponent was still going to talk smack, even when the blow had landed her over the ropes. Needless to say, this wasn't the result she had planned. Even the elation Dani had felt on getting a hit in quickly faded when she saw it wasn't as perfect as she had hoped for. Growling under her breath with her hands on her hips, she stormed in closer. "Listen, you-!" she spat. "You only think they're cheap because your own sense of style was developed by visually challenged neanderthals! Allow me to give you a little piece of my mind..."

Helping Kieda down from where she had landed, Danielle reached to grab onto her ponytail, using it for leverage in order to yank her back into the ring and throw her onto her back. If she managed to get Kieda down, she would have bigger things in store for her - and, standing above her and glowering down, it made her feel powerful. After all the mocking Kieda had aimed towards her size, it felt good to be the one looming above her helpless prey. She would lift her foot to stomp it down on Kieda's stomach, and if that went off well enough, more would follow!

*While it had appeared as though Kieda was the undisputed queen of the ring, it appeared as though Danielle was going to give this self-appointed matriarch a run for her money. The physical abuse she was suffering at the hands of the diminutive demon were more mortifying than they were discomforting, but she still felt pangs of anguish all the same from her luxurious bouffant of hair being tugged in such a callous manner.* "L..let go of my glorious hair you insufferable brat!" *Kieda screamed like a banshee, trying to flail her arms backwards to grasp onto something of Danielle's- An article of clothing, perhaps some skin, literally anything would be welcomed, but to no avail.*

"Unnnh!" *Her body slammed against the unforgiving mat, causing the wounded ninja to hiss once her body had writhed around, but in an effort to appear unscathed, she doubled her breathing efforts and desperately tried to recover. Unbeknownst to her however, the unwavering woman above her had no intentions of letting her off that easy. The foot that proceeded to tattoo itself against Kieda's midsection goaded out a doleful* "Gnhhh!" *Subsequently followed by her limbs flailing about in all directions.*

Even if Danielle might've been disappointed by Kieda's reaction earlier, the rage she was drawing now more than made up for it. Watching the teal-haired ninja gasp in anger and shame was music to her ears, especially after all she'd done to her. "Oh, please," she taunted as she moved over to her side, "You call that rat's nest glorious? Blue isn't even in. Mon dieu, I weep to think of anyone who'd be stupid enough to take your advice!"

Again and again, Dani's foot came down thunderously on Kieda's stomach. She was keeping her down, and the sight of her flailing brought a smile to the redhead's face. This was just the natural order. Herself on top, and the worthless scum crushed beneath her feet. To further rub it in, she pressed her ankle into Kieda's stomach and ground it back and forth, both to inflict damage and to show everyone just what she thought of her foe. In the middle of it, Danielle felt the pain in her chest, and she shivered a bit, remembering the kick she had taken earlier. Though she grimaced through it, she wouldn't let it slow her down too much. In fact, it only filled her with yet more desire to punish Kieda, as she drew her foot back to slam it into her jaw.

"Gghuuuh! Unnnfffh!" *Were her moans of pure, unadulterated frustration and agony from the bombardment of shots her unprotected sternum had sustained, as each blow met its mark with uninterrupted accuracy. Kieda' body continued to writhe along the cold, unforgiving ring as Danielle began to unveil a much more menacing side than she had previously seen- Prior to this massive shift in control, the bluenette had pegged the smaller, more petite woman as nothing more than a common fashion victim. It seemed as though she was woefully mistaken for making such an egregious error, and her current dilemma reflected her ignorant assumption.*

*throughout the length of her thrashing however, Kieda managed to maintain a sliver of her keen senses, which aided her greatly throughout times of peril and uncertainty. She had come to rely on them as an x-factor of sorts, and given the state she was currently in, she believed that now was the most prudent time to initiate her plan of escape. Quietly scanning Danielle's body through the malicious beating she was suffering, Kieda noticed that Danielle decided to stand just a bit too close to her, specifically, her legs; she had put herself within striking distance, and Kieda decided to inform the unsuspecting ginger that she wanted her personal space.* "Y..yeah?" *Kieda meekly responded, arching her left boot upwards and at a forty five degree angle, before blasting it towards the center of Danielle's left shin.* "Well, w..when it comes to snarky remarks, you don't have a LEG to stand on!"

Again and again, Dani could feel it - the swift motion of her leg striking down, the thud as her foot connected with Kieda's body, and how her opponent coughed and tremored with each strike. It made her smile grow wider and wider across her face. At last, after that humiliating entrance, she was starting to put this buffoon in her place, and showing her what true class meant! And even better, the crowds were cheering for her! That hardly ever happened! Convinced that they had finally seen the light, Danielle felt a soaring sensation in her heart. As far as she was concerned, the match had to have ended in her favor already. Placing her hands on her hips, she diverted her attention back down to Kieda, locking eyes with her with a look of pure malice. "What's the matter? No comebacks? Ah, perhaps you've given up? I should hope so!" she said. "The last thing either of these great industries need is trashy little tramps like you butting in!"

Kieda wasn't down for good, though, as Danielle would soon discover. Looking down at Kieda from above, she had been watching her upper body, and seen no signs of resistance there. But that left her with tunnel vision, as Kieda then slammed her foot into the side of her leg, sending Dani toppling over on her side with a yelp. She rolled away from her opponent, propping herself up on her knee and one hand and using the other hand to rub her head as she began to get back up, shuddering softly. Kieda really knew how to hit hard, and she was starting to feel numb where the blows landed - if she had left any bruises on her perfect alabaster skin, Danielle thought, she really had it coming for her, and the scowl showed on her face as she tried to get on her feet, keeping her guard up in front of her to protect herself. "Really?" she huffed. "Darling, puns are truly the lowest form of comedy. If you're really going to boast of being a better talker, you could stand to do better than that. Especially when just looking at you would burn out anyone's eyes, you'd hope to have a backup plan."

"Hhnnh..y..you..t..talk a great deal of..c..crap...p..perhaps you should polish your wrestling talent before tossing some pathetic banter my way.." *For all intents and purposes, Kieda had no right to pull any type of rank on Danielle; she had just been maliciously clobbered by someone half her size, and had absolutely no excuse for such a mortifying display of ineptitude. If her sensei had caught her like this, she thought, she would have been chided like never before, and this thought alone sent chills up and down her exhausted frame. She maintained a transfixed gaze upon Danielle, however, and refused to disengage it for fear of an ambush by the energetic dwarf- She had made the disastrous mistake of underestimating her; something she would never make again. Beginning to somberly stand to her feet, tiny beads of sweat trickling down her forehead, Kieda straightened her hair out as if she hadn't just suffered the degrading stomping the tempestuous ginger had administered.*

"N..n..now then, it's time you learned your place on the fashion hierarchy in this league." *With a surge of confidence to compensate for her dangerously low energy level, Kieda exhaled the doubt that had been hindering her before leaning her backside against the ropes. Kieda knew she didn't have her previous advantage from earlier, but if she refused to show an ounce of fear or hesitation, then perhaps Danielle could be fooled into believing that she still had the upper hand. Her lilac boots shuffled forward, trying to seize the momentary window of opportunity before it slammed shut by ricocheting off the ropes and flinging herself through the air, soaring like a sapphire phoenix before crashing down upon Danielle, executing a springboard moonsault in an attempt to quell the momentum Danielle had garnered!*

Once again, Danielle grimaced in pain, reaching her hand to her chest as she felt the pain in her sternum resume. It wasn't going away any time soon, and with Kieda continuing to lay into her, the pain was only getting worse. Nevertheless, she would bear through it. She saw how Kieda was stammering, and it made it all worth it. The fact that the teal-haired woman was less than certain in her plans only proved to Danielle that she was the one winning. If Kieda couldn't feel confident in her own conclusions, then what good could she do in the ring? She would have to concede to Dani, and better yet, she would have to admit that she was below her, not just as a wrestler but in every way, compared to the epitome of perfection she was! With these thoughts in mind, the redhead began to straighten herself, dusting off her hands.

Still, Kieda had the nerve to talk back. And that couldn't help but grate on Dani's nerves. The bitch should just know when to lie down and accept defeat, she thought, especially when it was so inevitable. Danielle simply couldn't go without getting in the last word. "Now...listen here, you-!" the Frenchwoman declared, jabbing a finger in Kieda's direction. "I don't suppose you know who I am, and if that IS so, then you've no place even considering yourself anyone who knows two things about fashion! Myself? I'm heiress to my family's fortune, born into wealth in beautiful Cannes - which is one of the most luxurious cities of France, because I'm assuming that an ingrate of your caliber wouldn't know that - and I've only grown more and more famous with each shoot, with each passing DAY, even! I'm a name to be known! And now that I've denigrated myself enough to step into this ring, into an audience of these filthy peasants who can't even understand beauty and grace when it's staring them down...well, it's a sacrifice I've made to show little worms like you where their place is, and how foolish it is to even think they can compare to me! You? You're nothing compared to me! You're nothing more than a gaudy, loudmouthed poseur who doesn't know when to shut up, or-"

And then, Danielle realized too late that she had spent too much time pontificating every little bit of her thoughts on the subject. With a scream, she felt it as Kieda's full weight plowed into her with considerable force, and she in turn was slammed into the mat, the force actually causing her to shake. Gasping for breath, Danielle spat and coughed, frantically trying to recenter herself. "Y-You..!"

*Her incessant nagging added even more fuel to the raging conflagration burning deep within Kieda's soul- She wasn't about to stand there and get profusely scolded by someone she deemed unworthy of polishing her boots. The instant her body collided with Danielle's, Kieda took a brief moment to regain a sliver of energy. She knew that attempting something that bold and dangerous a second time would spell disaster for her, especially in her current condition, and as the second flew by she gradually became more and more reenergized from the temporary respite. Regardless of their preconceived notion towards both women inside the squared circle, their brilliant display of wrestling aptitude had the crowd chanting* "HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!" *With thunderous applause flanking them on all sides. The ubiquitous cheering coaxed the winded shinobi to crane her head sideways, engaging in light eye contact with her currently incapacitated opponent.* "H..hey...that's for us..." *She panted aloud, before gingerly rolling to her side for support. This sentimental moment did little, if any, to nullify the pure hatred Kieda held towards the french floozie, but it did enhance the almost nonexistent respect she held for her.*

"T..too bad...t..there can only b..be one winner.." *On a pair of shaky legs and an empty gas tank, Kieda willed herself up the ropes as she tossed her battered body against the center turnbuckle. She personally felt as if Danielle was already done, and the cerulean storm was going to be the proverbial fork that would stick deep inside of her. One level at a time, Kieda's pristine galoshes ascended up the metallic pillar. Focused more on the steady climb than looking flashy or stunning at this point, she eventually turned towards the motionless Danielle, feeling a momentary pang of regret for what she was about to do- throughout the course of their encounter, Kieda had developed an iota of appreciation for the ginger's zeal for fighting. It reminded her of a younger version of herself, and perhaps this would serve as the perfect life lesson for her- Never bite of more than you can chew.* "Now..." *Kieda began, spreading her arms out wide as she prepared to dive through the air.* "...You are the victim, and I am the FASHION!" *She shouted, piercing the lull between them as she attempted to execute the assassin's applique!*

Slowly, Danielle came to her senses, her chest rising and falling as she heaved to get air back in her lungs. The landing she had taken had knocked a lot out of her, and tremors went through her body as she lay flat on her back, too tired and sore to even try to get up. She paused, listening around her at the cheers of the crowd. Wait...cheers? They were cheering for her? Dani realized, on hearing just how strange this sounded, that she had almost never been cheered before in her career. Everyone hated her, booed at her, came just to see her get beaten down and put in her place. But now, they were cheering. And what was more...Kieda was actually encouraging her? What madness was this? The Fashion Assassin was the absolute last person Danielle would ever expect to get compliments from, but she was hearing it now with her own ears. Maybe, she mused to herself, the teal-haired woman wasn't as dense as she seemed to be. Maybe. A smile crept across her face, as she realized that it was all in the bag now. With the crowd admiring her efforts - most certainly hers, and not with any help from Kieda at all, of course - Danielle knew that whatever happened now, she would surely stand as the victor, having won the hearts of the audience.

That was cut off, though, when Danielle heard her opponent call out to her. That brought her back to her senses, as Dani realized that she wasn't here to sit and take in the adulations. She was here to win, and that was exactly what she was going to do! The ex-model looked up as Kieda ascended the turnbuckle, waiting for just the right moment to act. She listened to her spiel with narrowed eyes, all the while knowing that this would just be a prelude to the time she would get back up and claim the victory. She would lull Kieda into a false sense of security, and then it would be the time to act. As Kieda leaped from the turnbuckle, Danielle suddenly swerved, waiting until this last moment so that her opponent would think she was out of commission. She rolled over to slip under the ropes and out of the ring, just as Kieda flew towards her!

As soon as she felt Kieda make contact with the canvas, Danielle would pull herself back up using the ropes, looking at her opponent with a gloating grin. "True, true," she said. It took some effort to lift herself, with the soreness in her body, but Dani would manage. After all, if the crowd was cheering her - not only would she know to impress them, but also, things were so improbable she would think anything could happen! "There can only be one winner. That's the most astute thing I've heard you say. Of course, that's something even a second grader could figure out. And more to the point, that's going to be moi~"
