Dancing with the Demon of Hope: Akari Ito vs Iris Takahashi

Akari's eyes widened in shock. Not from her missing the move, but because her legs had made contact with something they weren't supposed to-...Iris had rallied just in time to catch the Sea Turtle and drag her along for a counter Back Suplex, raising her up just high enough to drop Akari back down on the apron!!! The crowd erupted in surprise and Akari let out a sharp hiss of pain after hitting her spine against the edge of the ring, dropping to the mats outside the ring shortly after, and falling at Iris' feet. The raven-haired woman groaned, writhing on the outside as the Demon of Hope soaked up all the negative attention the crowd was throwing her wear, all the boos and jeers simply fueling her as the malevolent force would then drag Akari along for another ride, sending her into the steel of the metal steps, forcing another yelp of pain from the Sea Turtle as she crashed arm-first against the cold, hard metallic structure, dropping to her knees and panting after the fact. Now the momentum was back in Iris' corner as the Demon continued to play with the Turtle in this devilish dance of pain and mischief. With only a few more seconds left in the disqualification count for being outside, there was little time to waste.

After delivering the Back Suplex against the apron and throwing Akari against the metal steps to inflicr more damage, Iris grins when getting booed, more than cheered. The Demon was going to keep punishing the Sea Turtle in the ringside area but she heard the referee doing the DQ count, which was going to 8. Iris was ruthless but not stupid, and she knew that losing by DQ with count of 10 is going lower, thing which she wouldn't do, not even once.

As an evil and smart move, Iris grabs Akari by the hair and throws her back to the ring, then she enters next before the count could go up to 10... then Iris rolls her body up and goes over her to go for a pin, with one leg hooked.

The Back Suplex was one thing, but being tossed into the metal steps by the ring post was another. The impact left Akari reeling in pain, weakening her further as the Demon pulled out all the stops to damage and belittle the Sea Turtle, trying to crush both her body and spirit as the crowd booed her on. Just before the two were disqualified, Iris managed to get them both back into the ring, yanking on the beautiful raven-black hair of the Sea Turtle, dragging her along like fresh prey. Iris went in for the pin, dominantly mounting Akari and hooking her leg. At the count of two, Akari managed to kick out, narrowly escaping the jaws of defeat as the crowd cheered in response, trying to rally behind the vibrant DJ and joshi-wrestler to motivate her to keep fighting just a tad longer.

Akari panted while lying on the canvas, trying to catch her breath as her chest rose up and down in a slow, heavy motion. She was nursing her side and arm after colliding with those steel steps, the pain throwing her off course as she couldn't focus. She managed to keep her head on her shoulders for long enough to kick out, but she was still in bad shape for the moment.

Iris looks at Akari in a bad shape after those consecutive attacks, kneeling with both knees while she is the one standing in front of her, everything after Akari kicked out, something that slightly infuriated Iris, but she was aware that she must punish the Turtle a little more to get the win.

The next thing Iris does is grabbing Akari by the hair and look at her. "What's up Akari? Huh? Tired and hurt to continue, huh?" Iris "asked", just to make fun of her current status in the match, and getting booed after being heard by the crowds, then she knees Akari a little harder in the midsection and puts her in the second rope with both arms hanging on, then she puts her knee in the back of the neck of Akari to choke her with the throat against that rope until she hears the referee counting up to 4, then stops to look at the ref, then she grabs Akari by the wrist and pulls her close, but not to attack her. "Look at the fans! The people! Look at yourself! This is how you want to become a champ in the future, huh? Disgraceful!" Iris shouted at a hurt Akari, then pulls her close and takes her down against the canvas with a Knife Edge Chop on her chest, then she goes on her knees to pin the Turtle!

The insults echoed around in the Sea Turtle's head as Iris belittled her, punishing her physically and mentally, stopping her from catching her breath as she continued to batter her. First, Akari was struck in the stomach with a knee, crumpling back down to the mat before being dragged over onto the ropes where she'd be choked about by the villainous Demon, gasping for air and struggling, kicking her legs about before Iris released her. Akari was rolling on the floor, gasping for air and at Iris' mercy, unable to defend herself before the Demon of Hope would stand her back up, showing her weary-looking foe off to the jeering crowd, embarrassing Akari further. Akari attempted to break free of Iris' grasp, only to get flattened by the Chop, hitting the canvas once more as her chest began to sting and burn. She writhed for a moment, hands clutching her aching bust before Iris dropped down to pin her once more. Still, the Sea Turtle managed to hang on with a show of defiance, THRUSTING an arm up and lifting her shoulder off the canvas right as the referee said two, denying Iris from winning as she continued to push through the pain for as long as she could, shoving the Demon off her body and attempting to pick herself back up, the audiences cheers giving her a great deal of motivation as she felt her heart pounding and her blood pumping, hyping up the raven-haired woman to stand against her opponent.

Akari would rise to her feet, a newly lit fire in her eyes as she began to beckon Iris with both hands, telling her to 'bring it' before rushing her down and pulling her in for a striking contest, tossing punches and forearm smashes against the woman's head as they clashed in the center, looking to fight it out with the Demon as she stood her ground!!!

Iris was taking advantage of a hurt and defenseless Akari with those attacks and dirty shouts, and took her down for the pin, but still kicked out at 2. Since after that moment, Iris's rage starts to turn visible, and starts getting up... But for the surprise of her, Akari was also getting up thanks to the crowds's pops and cheers to the Turtle, as the fuel and energy to fire her up.

Iris was slightly in shock when she stood up, and when she ran at her to start the striking contest, Iris felt Akari's strikes on her cheek but she fights back until some point where she loses the contest, and slowly starts feeling the effects of the Turtle's upper strikes when she stopped fighting, still standing but somewhat dazed...

Akari and Iris were going at it, a brawl had ensued in the center of the ring as Turtle and Demon began to pulverize one another without reservation, each woman looking to dominate the other as pure hell was unleashed. The crowd was hollering in excitement over the violent clash, eager to see a victor emerge. However, it was Akari who managed to come out on top over Iris, who was beginning to slow down as her attacks soon waned in power. Akari would slug the woman across her jaw with a stiff Forearm Strike, aiming to disorient and stun the Demon of Hope to prepare for a follow-up assault.

Looking to knock the dazed Demon over with a Leg Sweep before quickly transitioning into a Double Stomp onto Iris' back!! However, the Sea Turtle wasn't finished, taking a moment to breathe before racing toward the ropes behind Iris, the crowd rallying behind her as she bounced back toward the redheaded woman, coming in hot after that rebound with a Running Knee Strike aimed at the back of Iris' head!!! The crowd went ballistic upon seeing the Sea Turtle back in top form, chasing her opponent down, and turning the tides in this match as she NAILED Iris with the powerful strike!!!

Iris battled as much as she could against Akari until she felt losing the upper hand and getting in disadvantage and gets totally stunned after all those strikes delivered by Akari and goes back to the ropes, then she rebounds off to get tripped by the Turtle in that Leg Sweep, and the Demon fals forward and flat on her face, letting out loud grunts. And that seemed to be the start for Akari, who follows the sweep with the double stomp on her lower back and spine, making Iris groan and hold her back while standing on her knees, crying out a little and moaning after the stomp...

Iris was not just stunned now, also feeling the pain on her back after those stomps, already with the back turned to Akari, and ends getting hit in the back of thwe head with that huge attack from behind, and her body lays upside down in the center of the ring, as the tables have been turned with Iris as the one in trouble now...!!

Akari's knee CRASHED against the back of the Demon's head, stunning her with a great deal of force and seemingly putting her down for good!! The crowd chanted and cheered, elated to see their beloved Sea Turtle overcoming Iris' assault once more, shaken up but still tough enough to keep on going. After knocking Iris into next week, Akari had finally managed to swing things back around in her favor, so she tried to go for a pin, looking to put Iris away after that combination, rolling her onto her backside and attempting to lay across her body, hooking her leg for the win. What the Sea Turtle hadn't realized was that exhaustion made her a little less aware at the moment...the act of rolling Iris over onto her back put the Demon of Hope in range of the ropes, something the Sea Turtle didn't notice as she was too tired to catch it!!!

After being taken down with the knee strike from behind, Iris was laying with the body upside down until Akari rolled her over and got on top of her, across the body and with a leg hooked... with range enough from reaching the ropes!!


Iris was pinned, Akari didn't noticed about that detail when the referee was counting up to 3 until... Iris grabbed the bottom rope!! And as fast as the referee noticed, he stops the count and before getting up, he pointed at Iris's hand holding the rope tight, as a result which proved the match is not over yet!!
