Smol Powerhouse Vs. Sun Goddess: Annie Clark Vs. Quetzalcoatl

Annie was reeling on her knees, the strike to her gut took the air out of her small body near instanly, leaving her gasping and purple in the face. She needed to take a breather for once in her life instead of go charging a head like a madwoman.

Annie would not have much time to rest, as Quetzalcoatl would pull her up to her feet and then tirish whip her towards the corner, her back colliding eventually against the post. “GAH!” Annie yelped as her back started to turn her pale skin red.
Annie could feel Quetzalcoatl coming right at her, Annie knew that no matter how strong she is, that can not stop her from being crushed by a much bigger woman. As much as she wanted to tank the hit, she had to get out and dodge.

So, when Quetzalcoatl jumped to attempt to drop kick Annie, Annie tried to move out of the way, hoping that Quetzalcoatl would fall to the mat.

Quetzalcoatl won by force in this match and even if she was not the best powerhouse in her division, her strength managed to take the advantage over the Smol Powerhouse and put her through a bad start to the match. Even the Irish Whip seemed too powerful, Annie was carried around the ring without any difficulty by the Frenchwoman.

The sun goddess wanted to continue attacking her opponent without giving her the slightest second to breathe and decided to use a Drop Kick and missed. This showed that Quetzalcoatl had a little trouble with opponents who were smaller, lighter and a little faster than her, Quetzalcoatl was far too used to being the smallest and lightest. She fell to the ground when she missed her shot but got up right after, she didn't like falling in her matches so quickly.

“Mhhh, not bad not bad~”

Annie just barely managed to dodge what would surely had been a disastrous impact against her from Quetzalcoatl. The impact would have been extremely painful, as Annie just managed to stumble away from turning around to face Quetzalcoatl, who managed to get up surprisingly quickly.

Annie knew that a direct confrontation was probably not the best option, attempting to use her almighty strength would not just be an automatic win button for the smol powerhouse today.

So Annie came dashing right at Quetzalcoatl, not too dissimilar to what her opponent just did, before jumping into the air, and attempting to connect with a forearm right to Quetzalcoatl’s chin.

As Quetzalcoatl got up after missing her shot, she began to think about how she was going to fight against an opponent smaller than her while maintaining her powerhouse style. The reflection was short but intense, the goddess of the sun found a plan for the rest of this match but her reflection prevented her from preparing in time to counter her opponent's blow which she received head-on on the jaw.

The blonde took several steps back, sighing softly in pain, but she didn't fall to the ground, and that was the most important thing, at least for her. She did not waste her time recovering from the damage she had just suffered and charged directly towards her opponent to greet her with a lariat a few seconds after she fell back on the mat, it was the moment when she would have the most change from hitting her opponent.

Annie looked at Quetzalcoatl with a smile, seeing her being forced to take a couple of steps back, but she was a little shocked when Quetzalcoatl did not fall down, but actually got back up from the forearm. “HUH!”

And before she knew it, Annie would be meet with a lariat from Quetzalcoatl, the sheer force of it causing her to leap in the air, spin one hundred and eighty degrees, and land right on her head and on her stomach.

Annie was out for the time being, holding her neck from the pain.

“Yosh...SHAAAAAA!!”

Quetzalcoatl shouted as he lunged at Annie to perform an explosive lariat. She didn't expect her lariat to be so strong but fatigue was starting to set in after having to endure her opponent's blows several times and staying on her feet to make herself look invincible and unbeatable but it was becoming more and more difficult and the blonde had difficulty controlling her strength, hence the fact that she put a little too much force on her lariat.

She sighed long and wondered if a lightweight was capable of taking a hit like this and would prefer to see it with a pinfall. She reached down and grabbed both of her opponent's legs to bend them forward to put Annie in a pinfall position. The referee then bent down and began to tap her hand against the mast to validate the pinfall and begin the count.

“ONE!..”

That Lariat was one of the most brutal strikes Annie had taken in a long time, causing her to spin in midair, almost like she was an anime character. She was out for the time being, which Quetzalcoatl found the perfect time to pin her.

Annie was unaware as her legs were hooked and pull towards her head, and the referee started the count.

And exactly at two, Annie managed to wake up from her unconscious state and kicked out with as much force as she could. She would then attempt to roll to her side to recover.

Quetzalcoatl held her opponent firmly, pinning her opponent's legs almost to the mast at Annie's head. But it wasn't enough, despite all the powerful blows she had received, Annie managed to struggle and move her shoulders, causing the referee to stop the count. Quetzalcoatl was initially impressed by this feat but was even more impressed when the redhead managed to push the blonde away with her legs, making Quetzalcoatl take several steps backwards.

"Oh oh... !"

The sun goddess smiled, she hadn't managed to end this match but it was for the best because Annie was a remarkable opponent. She wanted to continue fighting against her and, as usual when she found an interesting opponent, Quetzalcoatl rested on her corner waiting for Annie to get up and be ready to resume her match.

"Take your time to recover!~ I have plenty of time!~"

If there was another thing Annie was known for, it was for being extremely durable. Annie can take a lot of nasty hits that would take down a lot of other wrestlers, especially fellow lightweights, Annie would just seemingly keep going and keep moving. Whether she was just stubborn or was really that durable is up to audience interpretation.

Annie eventually started to stir; her limbs started moving again as she had awoken from the impact she had taken. Annie started to get up, slowly moving up to her feet and eventually getting up, though stumbling a bit in the process.

Annie then approached Quetzalcoatl, and as soon as she could, Annie would quickly attempt to grab Quetzalcoatls’ head with one arm, before using her other arm to give Quetzalcoatl an elbow to the midsection.

Quetzalcoatl's "fair play" was one of the reasons why she lost so many matches while being so strong, she liked to put on a show for her fans and spectators and her victory didn't matter, even if the match was important. All she wanted in return was to fight against another wrestler as strong as her.

She let Annie breathe and recover after this domination by the Sun Goddess before being surprised by the strength of the little powerhouse who managed without too much trouble to pull Quetzalcoatl by grabbing her by the head with one arm and pulling her give a powerful nudge to the midsection.

“Aww!”

But Quetzalcoatl was not only known for her strength but also for showing that her opponents' blows had no effect on her, so she simply sighed because of the pain before giving a simple and quick knee strike to the stomach of her opponent to force her to free her head.
