Veteran And Rookie Workout (Nashi and Alaina)

Nashi giggled as Alaina went along with her childish but fun moment of acting like she finally won a match. She smiled as Alaina raised her arm up in the air and said”aww thanks Alaina” the pink idol smiled brightly before nodding at her advice. When Alaina told her take a few minutes off, Nashi went to her bag and grabbed two bottles of water and said”come down here Alaina I wanna talk to you about something” if Alaina came down Nashi would toss her bottle underhandedly and say”So Alaina I never told you this but….. if I became a wrestler I had a dream would you like to know what it is?” She asked titling her head to her mentor.

Alaina moved to the ropes to follow Nashi as she informed Alaina that she wanted to speak. This was good, her speaking freely would allow Alaina to see where her head was at.

"Oh yeah? What dream would that be?" Alaina asked as she waited. She could only imagine what Nashi would say. Maybe something about being the best, being a champion... things Alaina still strived for.

Nashi would get flustered in embarrassment”well my dream is for one day…. To surpass you i think you’re the gold standard for wrestlers, it’s not because of you and my dad’s friendly rivalry back in day, it’s more for me to prove to myself how far I come” for Nashi admitting this was hard because how some heels treat Alaina unfairly for her age”could we make a promise you won’t retire until then?” She asked with a cute smile on her face before wrapping her arms around Alaina…. Not for a suplex or anything but for a hug.

Alaina raised an eyebrow for a moment and tilted her head as she looked at Nashi. "Well that could be tough. I am already 47 and I don't just plan on sitting her letting anyone pass me by. How long do you think it will take to accumulate championships and such?" Alaina said with a grin. "I mean maybe one day you could get lucky and beat me but I am going to do everything I can to keep that from happening." Alaina said before sort of relenting. "I will wrestle as long as I can without feeling like I fall short of meeting my own standard how about that?" Alaina said as Nashi hugged her.

Nashi would listen in agreement and give her mentor a nod”oh wait I almost forgot!” She went over to her duffel bag and pulled out a picture frame” on my last trip to America for an idol tour I ran into Wendi ritcher and asked her for an autograph” she held it out for Alaina to take with it saying”Alaina Sander-Haines, Nashi told me how much I mean to you and you’re wrestling life and marriage, hearing that is one of the greatest honors of my life and I’ve seen you’re matches, you’re just as good if not better then I was at you’re age keep fighting and I would love to meet you one day, Love Wendi Ritcher” Nashi was concerned how Alaina would react to this but wanted to see what she would do.

Alaina's eyes widened when she saw this and a giant smile spread across her face. "You... you didn't have to do all that for me, thank you! Thank you sooooo much!" Alaina said giving Nashi a hug. This was above and beyond anything Alaina expected in return for the training. Really she didn't want anything in exchange for the training. Alaina was a rival and friend of her father sort of like how she was with Astrid, but Alaina saw Nashi more growing up and really considered her more of a family friend. "Thanks..... I don't know what to say because this is one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me." Alaina added.

Nashi smiled brightly seeing Alaina happy about the autograph. But soon started to try and breathe from Alaina’s right hugging, tapping out on her arm as if this was a bear hug before being released. “Welll Alaina you’re one the best people I’ve known and I couldn’t live with myself if I met Wendi only not to ask her for an autograph” she giggled lightly”if you want Alaina we could always team up from time and time and heck if you dress as Wendi Ritcher for a tag match I’ll gladly dress as any famous Joshi you like” she added flexing off her muscles” I think I’m at your level” she said jokingly to her Amazonian friend.

Alaina let go of Nashi and let out a laugh when Nashi proposed that Alaina dress up like Wendi. "I guess big 80s hair, lots of eyeshadow and a neon one piece swimsuit would be a good look for me huh?" Alaina said while laughing. "You dressing like an old Joshi huh..... Hmmmmm.....Mimi Hagiwara faced Wendi a few times. Dress like Mimi and I will dress up like Wendi if we ever get the chance to tag together." Alaina said with a smile.

Nashi giggled at Alaina’s offer before turning to her with a bright smile”OFF COURSE Mimi is one of my favorite Joshi’s only second to the beauty pair who are in my opinion the greatest tag team off all time” She hugged Alaina once more”it’s a deal so what’s next for training?” She looked up at her mentor wondering what the next task will be.

Alaina gave Nashi a pat on the back as she hugged her again and the amazon looked back at the ring. "We will do more rope running, five minutes and go fast but not all out like earlier. I want your heart rate up but not total exhaustion. Next we will grapple and just work on your footwork as well as knowing where you are in the ring without having to look around." Alaina said as she made her way into the ring ready to start running ropes with Nashi.
