Bethany Hunter vs. Naomi Fujimoto - Powering Forward

Despite the struggle, it looked like Bethany had Naomi properly trapped in the front facelock. Smiling a little, Bethany could feel that her head had become much clearer than before, and she wanted to make sure to keep her momentum in order to win this match. Still keeping Naomi's head trapped in the facelock, she would then grab Naomi's nearest arm and drape it over the back of her neck in preparation for her next move, a vertical suplex.

She would then reach out for the bottom part of Naomi's wrestling outfit as she would attempt to hoist her opponent up, bringing her into a vertical position before falling backwards, bringing Naomi back first into the mat with the move. She was certain that it would deal a tremendous damage on the woman, giving her more opportunity to win later in this match.

And in spite of Naomi's frantic struggles, she was powerless to stop anything as Bethany set up her suplex. The girl showed her strength as she hoisted Naomi by her tights and lifted the sensual fighter in the air as Naomi's eyes widened.

S-shit!

Naomi's internal curse let to an external gasp, as her body was slammed down and Naomi groaned from the force of the blow as Bethany had managed to down Naomi and get herself back into the fight. More than that, she gained the upper hand now as now it was time to see what she would do with this second wind of hers.

Bringing Naomi down with the vertical suplex, Bethany breathed hard, still feeling pain all over her body. She couldn't simply recover from all the damages that she had taken, but at the moment, she managed to gain an upper hand over her opponent, and she would take advantage of this in order to win this match.

Right after bringing her opponent down with the move, Bethany decided to test her luck as she would make sure that Naomi was on her back before positioning herself on top of her. She would grab one of Naomi's legs, lifting her up as she pressed herself on top of her opponent. Seeing this, the referee would come over and start counting for the pin, slapping the mat next to them.

Naomi groaned as she felt her leg lifted up as Bethany aimed to quickly take advantage of the situation as the girl had to quickly shake her cobwebs as she heard the referee begin the count.

"One! Tw...!"

Naomi quickly got the shoulder up, though this action would work to help expand energy as she avoided being beaten but was still down and under Bethany for the time being.

Bethany went to pin Naomi, though the other woman managed to get her shoulder up, stopping the count. Knowing that she still needed to work more in order to weaken her opponent, Bethany would get up, looking down at her opponent as she considered her next move. Breathing out, Bethany would grab try to pull Naomi up, looking to get her back onto her feet.

She planned to whip Naomi towards the corner with an Irish whip, so that she could end up at the turnbuckle. From there, she would charge towards her, hoping to hit her with a shoulder block while she was at the turnbuckle.

And Naomi would offer no protest as she was hoisted up, the effect of the last move still left her a bit vulnerable and she recovered a step too slow as Bethany worked her up and the next thing she knew she had been tossed with authority to the corner.

Naomi groaned, but that paled in comparison to what came next as Bethany charged and drove her shoulder right into her gut. "Gah!" Naomi cried out as the air was driven from her gut.

Hitting Naomi with a shoulder block, it seemed that things were getting much better for Bethany at the moment. Smiling triumphantly, Bethany decided to be a little bit ambitious by grabbing onto Naomi's body and dragging her away from the corner, putting her down onto the mat near the corner so that she could try out something risky but rewarding.

After placing Naomi's body on the mat, Bethany would then move towards the corner before she climbed up the turnbuckle. The crowd cheered for her for what she was about to do, and once she was at the top of the turnbuckle, she would take one last look at Naomi before jumping off, looking to hit the presumably prone form of Naomi with a diving splash!

Naomi once more showed she was at Bethany's mercy, as she was taken and sent flopping to the canvas as she worked to quickly try to catch her breath from the earlier turnbuckle shoulder run as Bethany climbed up to a roaring crowd.

Naomi caught a glimpse of her just as she had jumped off, going for a splash as the former attorney's eyes widened in terror. She needed to do something quickly or she'd be in a world of hurt. Naomi attempted to roll out of the way of the splash, but her body moved a step too slow as she managed to roll onto her stomach but before she could move far away enough to escape she felt the girl splash on her back.

"AGH!"

Leaping off from the turnbuckle, Bethany would try to hit Naomi with a diving splash. But Naomi seemed to be rolling away, which worried Bethany while she was still in midair. Luckily for Bethany, her opponent didn't manage to go far as Bethany managed to land right onto her back. At the very least, it would deal some damage on her opponent.

Breathing out due to the fact that her landing also hurt her chest a little, Bethany would push herself up before rolling Naomi over onto her back so that she could place herself on top of her. She would hook one of Naomi's legs as she would go for the pinfall attempt. The referee would come over next to them in order to count for the pin, slapping the mat.

"ONE!"

And Naomi seemed down and out, even if the splash hit her back versus Bethany's intended target and even if Bethany seemed to to sting herself on the splash it seemed to matter now as Naomi was rolled over and laid with a groan nearly out of it as the referee began to count. Naomi stirred slightly, but otherwise offered no resistance as the referee worked to continue the count.

"TWO!"

The referee's hand slapped the mat a second time, and it the slowly stirring Naomi had not done something and done something now she was about to lose then and there. But she was too weak to get her shoulders up, least in this moment. However, as hope seemed to fade her gaze noticed the ropes that had been just within reach due to her body's positioning.

"THRE....n-no! Foot on the rope, foot on the rope. Rope break!"

Just before the hand slammed a third time, Naomi got her leg up on the bottom rope as the referee caught this out of the corner of her eye and called for a rope break. A couple inches further into the ring and Naomi may have likely lost then and there, but she managed to grant herself a momentary reprieve as she tried to regain her strength as quickly as she could.
