Fighting Style: Ashley can best be described as an all-rounder when it comes to wrestling; she incorporates all kinds of techniques into her fighting style, from strikes and throws to submission holds and aerial manoeuvres. As a result she is a very versatile fighter who can approach a situation in several different ways, she is just as likely to drag someone down to the mat and tie them into a knot as she is to just straight up brawl them.
Though Ashley's technical skills are great her physical athleticism is pretty average for a girl in her weight division, so she tries to make up for it by using her brains. When preparing for a match she will look up her opponent beforehand to get an idea of what she is going up against and if possible try and figure out their weakness and form a gameplan around it. While her all-rounder style works for her most of the time there are times when her lack of any speciality comes to bite her in the ass, as she ends up getting overwhelmed when trying to compete with someone in an area they specialise in.
Signature moves:
Dropsault: A dropkick variant where after her dropkick lands she performs a backflip and lands on her front, enabling her to get up and follow up faster than a regular dropkick. She has yet to come up with a name for it.

Ashley is a confident and energetic young woman with great ambitions for her wrestling career. In spite of these traits she is not one to brag and boast about her skills, preferring to let her actions speak louder than her words rather than throw her weight around or pick fights. Outside of the ring she appears to be quite humble and almost reserved, but when she's wrestling her competitive side rears it's head and she becomes very emotional, feeling every instance of elation or frustration to the fullest extent in her path to victory. Although once the match is over she will try her hardest to remain respectful to her opponent, whether she wins or lose.
As a fan of professional wrestling since she was a small child Ashley has an intense love of the sport that can be seen clearly in the enthusiasm she brings to every match. Wrestling is the culmination of her childhood dream and she's on cloud nine whenever she gets a chance to compete. If you were to talk to her you will find that she has a vast knowledge of wrestling, from the wrestlers themselves in both the past and present to the various moves and holds they wield and all the trivia in between, and she is more than happy to nerd out about it to anyone who will listen. Her fandom is useful for more than just nerding out however, it means that when it comes to wrestling she is extremely observant and very good at analysing her fellow wrestlers, both giving her an edge in actual competition and giving her an insight into the kinds of people those she wrestles are.
Her love for professional wrestling has given her a deep fixation on what she considers to be the traditional values of it; she believes that wrestling should be a clash of pure skill and athleticism, and that the most important virtues for a wrestler to hold are respect and sportsmanship. The flip side of this is that she has a strong distaste for those who break these tenants, such as heels who fight dirty and disrespect their opponents, believing them to not respect the sport at best or to not be real wrestlers at worst. She is not shy about expressing her opinion of wrestlers like this and can be quite blunt in her dismissal of them.
History:
Ashley has had a fascination with Professional Wrestling ever since she was a small child. Her parents were also fans and didn't have a problem with letting her watch it even when she was very small, despite the violence. Her obsession with the sport bloomed before she was even old enough to enrol in Elementary School. When she played with the kid next door, a young boy named Nathan, she would practice wrestling moves on him as much as she wanted because he was too mild mannered to say no.
As she grew older her love of wrestling grew as well, making her want to start practising it for real. Her parents paid for her to take lessons and as she progressed in those lessons she would practice her new moves on Nathan, who was her best friend since they had known each other for a long time and he shared her love of wrestling. Once she got into High School she immediately joined the wrestling club there. As she had already been taking lessons and training to be an actual pro wrestler for years at this point she completely outshined all of the other girls, who were only doing it casually as a club activity, from the start.
As her skills grew Ashley would start participating in amateur competitions against other high-schoolers, finding much success and often bringing back trophies for her high school. She would do this throughout high school while continuing to practice with her friends at the club and try moves on Nathan. One of her matches was attended by a talent scout for United States Womens Wrestling, or USWW. Although the man wasn't famous or well known by any means Ashley recognised him from the research she had done. For this reason Ashley would make sure to show off during the match, completely demolishing the girl she was up against.
The scout was impressed and met with Ashley after the match, offering her a chance to join the USWW after she graduated high school, an offer that she accepted on the spot. Soon after Ashley would graduate high school and immediately called the man up, getting in touch with him so quickly that her debut match took place less than a month after her graduation.
While Ashley did take some losses here and there in her early career she was still mostly successful, soon becoming a rising star in the USWW. Ashley would spend the next two years wrestling there, gaining experience and honing her trade until eventually she became one of the biggest stars the promotion had to offer, and the number one contender for their middleweight belt. Ashley was nervous at the prospect of challenging the champion, but at the same time very excited. She was eager to prove her worth in the match of her life.
Sadly the USWW was suffering from some scandals at the time regarding harassment lawsuits, that combined with poor management decisions would leave the company on a decline that saw it shutting down its doors before Ashley had her chance to fight for the title.
Ashley was frustrated, but she had no choice but to look elsewhere to continue her career. While she was in the process of searching for a new promotion she was scouted by LAW and given a lucrative offer. Although she would be lying if she said she didn't care about the money at all it was not the reason she had accepted. She wanted the chance to wrestle for a company with fame and prestige, and more importantly wrestlers from around the world. With that, Ashley said goodbye to her family and to Nathan, who was simultaneously upset and a little relieved to see her go, and moved to Japan to wrestle at LAW.
Ashley's initial run in LAW was a largely successful one, performing in several noteworthy matches and facing off against many strong opponents, culminating in her victory in 2021's Last Woman Standing Tournament after three gruelling matches. Ashley's LAW career was starting to gain some real momentum, but it was cut short when her father grew gravelly ill, prompting her to take a hiatus from LAW. Shortly after Ashley's father would die of his disease, and a mourning Ashley would choose to stay home to comfort her family, retreating from the public eye and refusing to return to LAW.
Several months later Ashley would return to wrestling but would only dip her toe in the pond, sticking to independent shows in her home state of California and would stay away from anything that might have her travelling far from home. For a few months she was satisfied with just this but soon she would come to miss the competition and popularity of being a LAW wrestler, and with support from her family she would reach out to LAW to arrange a renewal of her contract to gain a place back among its roster.

A fellow LAW wrestler who Ashley realised she has a lot in common with, and not just their looks. Despite how fierce their battle was the two came to respect one another and when they met again they found that they got along quite well. Although Ashley's fierce competitive nature demands she get back at Belinda to make up for her loss she also enjoys the girl's company and thinks she could potentially be a good friend in the future.

As much as Ashley considers Belinda a potential friend she also feels a strong sense of rivalry with the girl after a very narrow loss that could have gone either way. She wants to face Belinda again, a desire that Belinda has admitted she shares. A rematch between the two is inevitable, and Ashley is determined to defeat her friend this time.

A veteran wrestler who Ashley has looked up to ever since she first watched her wrestle as a young girl. Ashley actually got a chance to face her idol in a LAW match, though after a valiant effort she fell short of taking out the amazon and was defeated. Ashley's competitive nature refused to let things end there though; as a result she has made it her goal to get stronger so that she can one day defeat Alaina! Though whether or not Alaina is even aware of Ashley's feelings of rivalry towards her is questionable, let alone whether or not she shares them.

A masked menace who is infamous for his brutal beatdowns of the women of LAW, among other more unsavoury things. Ashley had the misfortune of facing him in the ring, and although she came out as the winner in the end she still considers it to be a terrible memory and probably her worst match in LAW. She hopes she never sees him again, though if she does she may attack him on sight.
