Momo Yamamoto vs. Ash Daniels

Momo got into the ring and she glanced back at Ash, who was struggling a bit on the mat. Eventually, she pulled herself back up to her feet. Momo had a big, sweet smile on her face as she looked down at her ailing opponent. She was proud of her efforts so far to be a dynamic, creative performer, and Ash was barely keeping up right now. And the Japanese girl hardly wanted to get her a second to breathe.

Yamamoto hopped in place once as Ashley started to slide into the ring, and she raced over to the ropes before running right back, looking to hit a low, front dropkick directly to Daniels's face! It was another speedy move that Momo was hoping would pay off in a big way early in this match!

Using her quickness to her advantage, Ash wasted no time in getting herself back into the ring after letting a moment pass by outside of its limits. She pushed herself up on her hands and knees, taking in a huff as she tried to right herself. However, it seemed that Momo had the same ideas, and she wasn't about to let an opportunity pass her by! Before Ash was fully back up, Momo charged in and delivered a dropkick into her face, sending the redhead back down!

Her hands going to clutch her face, Ashley dropped to her stomach, rolling onto her back in the throes of pain. "Owwww-! Oww...geez..." she groaned to herself, rubbing at her face to try and dull the unpleasant sensation.

Momo came back swiftly and nailed Ash directly in her face with her front dropkick and sat on the mat, smiling cheerfully. "Come on, babe! I thought you could keep up!" teased Yamamoto. Her voice was more friendly as she let out a giggle before reaching down and then dragging Daniels by her arm closer to the middle of the ring.

"Seriously! Don't make this so easy on me," said the Heart Throb with a big grin. She would then attempt to tie Ash's arm, then leap over and attempt a La Magistral cradle, trying to pin her early on in the match up!

It was around this point that Ashley realized she may have made a mistake in how she was approaching the match. With how she and Momo had been introduced, she had assumed her opponent would be a fun-loving, light-hearted girl, and she wouldn't need to take things very seriously. She was only half right about that, though; Momo was still trying to win - and Ashley was feeling that, as she was swept off her feet and ended up on her stomach. It was about time she started doing the same.

"Hey, c'mon-!" Ash shouted back at her opponent, trying to push herself back up. She was growing frustrated by her opponent's taunts, and her inability to come back at them wasn't doing her well either. Ash was quickly silenced by a pained groan as Momo twisted her arm behind her back before rolling herself over and bringing her to the ground! The redhead's shoulders were against the mat - but Ash would only let herself be there for a second. She had no intention of being pinned so early!

"Hmph...nice try," the girl muttered, rolling away from Momo. Soon after, she kicked her legs back out, trying to catch them around her opponent's waist. If Ashley played her cards right, she hoped to lock in a bodyscissor from her position on the mat, countering Momo's attempt to get a hold over her!

Momo Yamamoto was feeling pretty confident in herself--she always felt good about her talent, but her bum rushing her opponent made her feel extra good this time! The cutie kept the match moving and while she didn't think she could get a pin this early, this easily, she figured she could roll up Ash to see how much fight she really had left in her.

Turns out, it was a lot. Momo felt Ash kick out almost immediately and the Asian girl flopped back, looking to get up before she felt the shapely legs of her opponent wrap around her midsection in a body scissors! Yamamoto fought her her balance on her knees briefly before toppling onto her back, locked in the hold! She grunted in pain and tried to wrench Ash's legs from around her tight belly, groaning in exertion and pain! She didn't have anything wise to say now from her predicament!

Even with Momo looking as though she could direct where the match was going, Ashley had always been someone with a lot of energy, and this was no exception. The match had only just begun, after all - even if she might have been off to a rocky start, it was going to take more than that to keep the girl down. And with Momo seemingly distracted by her apparent brush with victory, it looked like it was high time for Ash to counter!

Striking out from the ground, she managed to ensnare her legs around Momo's stomach and squeeze, and with some more pressure and traction she was able to force the ground out from under Momo, sending her to her knees. Ashley grit her teeth, trying to hold things in place. She wasn't about to let this one slip through her fingers so soon!

Even as Momo was trying to pry Ash's legs off of her, the redhead was still fighting hard to stay in place. "Oh no...you don't-!" she growled, squeezing tighter still!

Momo continued to struggle in the body scissors, letting out a whimper of pain as she tried and tried to pry Ash's legs apart, but she just couldn't. She didn't have the strength to, and the redhead's smooth legs were more than strong enough to stay there. She had been doing so well in the match so far, but she couldn't let herself continue to be locked into this hold!

So she had to find a way to escape, and she could only think of one thing: she had to fight back. Momo Yamamoto would then raise both of her fists up and then throw them down, hoping to his a double axe handle to Ash Daniels's chest and dislodge her enough that she could force her way out of the hold. It wasn't smooth, it wasn't graceful, but she had to hope it would be enough to break herself free, or else she'd need to come up with another option!

Even when she was feeling Momo begin to force her legs apart, Ash wasn't having it. Clenching her teeth with the sort of intensity she tended to save for when she really needed it, she squeezed her legs down tight, dead set on keeping her grip in place even against her opponent's struggles. Panting, she started to twist her hips back and forth for extra leverage, wanting to jostle Momo around and hopefully upset her balance.

However, Momo would soon realize she couldn't get by forever by trying to brute force her way out of this predicament, and she needed to change her tone. That was something Ashley felt hard, as Momo brought her fists up to hammer them into her chest! In an instant, Ash's legs were off the girl as the Californian fell back against the mat, her hands going to her chest to try and dull the pain. "O-OWWW-! Guhh..." she groaned, laying out flat and facing the lights.

"Hyyyyah!" shouted Momo as she pounded her fists down on Ash's chest. Yamamoto was released! She got her relief! And then she promptly fell to her back as well, sucking in deep breaths as she winced in pain.

"That sucked..." murmured the Heart Throb, turning over onto her front and holding her midsection. She would gingerly get to her feet and attempt to get Ash to her feet. If she could do that much, Momo would be ready to try hoisting her opponent up in a suplex, even though it might not be the best idea on her hurt midsection now.

The pain in her chest was still felt to Ash, who clutched at her ribs as she took a few slow and steady breaths to try and regain her strength. Still, however, she began to sit back up, looking across to see where her opponent had landed - and noticing that the attack had seemed to take a lot out of her, too, as she too was struggling to get back up. She started to get back onto her knees, snickering. "Heheh...what's the matter? Try to bite off more than you can chew?" she taunted, winking teasingly towards Momo, as she leaned forward to get on all fours and gave a bit of a wiggle to her behind as well just to show off to the crowd behind her.

However, Momo was able to get up too, and she quickly grabbed Ashley to haul her up after her. "Gah, hey-!" the redhead cried out, staggering up to her feet before she was ready. However, she could think on her feet - and she was quick to get a word in edgewise. Momo was trying to lift her off her feet, but Ashley managed to strike out first as she aimed a knee at her stomach!
