Charlotte was pushing herself further than ever before in her recent training sessions. She was far from what one would consider to be champion material, but she certainly had no intention on being forgotten. Or worse. Being declared a easy win.

Having emerged with a stern look to her face, her hands dangling to her sides, Charlotte's entrance jacket didn't even make it halfway down the ramp what with that pace of hers. Uninterested in acquiring it, it would be left to a stage hand to remove it from obstruction, as the top heavy and rather thick middleweight made her way into the ring.

That curvy body quickly sprinting from one side of the ring to the other in efforts of warming up.

Her serious look not fading even slightly, as she soon turned her attention fully to where her opponent would be joining her from.

Not long after Charlotte had taken her place in the ring, it was time for Cecilia to go on - and as she stepped out onto the entrance ramp, she crossed her arms with a disinterested look (as was typical enough for her). The haste with which Charlotte had made her way down bewildered her, and she just had to shake her head. Even if Cecilia herself wasn't interested in much more than winning, she still liked to think she had some sense of professionalism and integrity in her. If this girl was just going to rush to the ring without a second thought...how could she expect her to do any better in the match itself?

Even leaving her things in the middle of her path. Even as the arena staff was moving to clear the way, Cecilia simply kicked at Charlotte's jacket to send it over to them. The crowd booed her louder at such a show of disrespect for her opponent, but it didn't hold Cecilia back much. With her head held high, she took her place in the ring, fixing her ponytail as she stared down Charlotte.

"My, in a hurry to get put in your place, are you?" she muttered with a toss of her head from side to side. "I suppose I can oblige. It's not like you'll last long."

Charlotte held her stance, the unyielding figure of justice she was, as Cecilia made her entrance. Her eyes looked dominantly and with confidence upon Cecilia, with the ability to do such being a trait Charlotte had taught herself. Had a rookie stepped upon the ramp, she would have given the same look. And again, to a world champion.

When Cecilia did indeed join her in the ring, though not before having at Charlotte's jacket on the outside, the violet haired sumo held her tongue despite her desire to reprimand. Her few past encounters in the ring had taught Charlotte that often enough it was easier to let ones opponent speak first, so that she could get a feed on their personality and adjust her own seriousness to match. Cecilia, with her actions then words of utter cockiness, made Charlotte adjust herself to the highest of settings.

"Speak cockily all you like, fiend, you will fall this day! Days spent considering your loss are ahead of you, with a day spent washing my jacket too, you mare!"

Once Cecilia had gotten in the ring, she stayed in wait, watching Charlotte to judge the girl's reactions. She leaned back casually against the ropes, shrugging her shoulders and looking on with a smug grin, one that spoke that no matter what Charlotte was going to do Cecilia wouldn't be giving it a second thought. She already knew her opponent stood no chance against her, and she wanted Charlotte too to know what she thought of her.

Still, as calculated and uncaring a presence as Cecilia wanted to cultivate, when the sumo wrestler shot back at her, she had to burst out in laughter. Seriously? Who talked like that? Who did this girl think she was, Thor? If she was trying to be imposing, it certainly wouldn't have any effect on the black-haired heel, who pushed herself back up to her feet to look Charlotte in the eye. "Really? Oh, wow, I am so scared. Tell me, how long did you work on that one? Maybe once you realize your wrestling career is toast, you can try drama school. On second thought...nah. You wouldn't even make community theater."

Nevertheless, as she straightened herself, Cecilia prepared for the match ahead. She lowered herself into position, as the bell sounded to mark the official start of the bout!

"Hmph!" Charlotte retorted, turning her head with a stiff upper lip and her arms firmly crossed upon her front. She was evidently attempting to show that all words fell weakly upon the sumo of justice, even if she was a little insulted by the fact her very character was being called into question then mocked!

"So be it, sign your death...defeat warrant if you want, I will not go easy on you!" Charlotte's own hands soon raised, as a bewildered referee soon signalled for the bell. The staunch sumo making slow but powerful steps at a time, as it became apparent this girl was looking to make herself akin to a stone wall for the first tie-up!

"Yeah, yeah...talk big all you want. It's not going to help you." Cecilia rolled her eyes as she started to close in on Charlotte in the center of the ring, moving to take her by the hands. The brunette's cold demeanor still betrayed the fact that she wasn't taking this matchup very seriously, and still held no doubts that she would win.

Despite this, though, Cecilia had been sizing up her opponent, and she knew she couldn't just charge in blind. Even if the two were in the same weight class, Charlotte was built like a tank in comparison to her more slender build, and Cecilia saw how she would be at a disadvantage in a test of raw strength. But in submissions - which happened to be where Cecilia's specialties lay - she might be able to wear down Charlotte's stamina and turn things against her. She just had to get her in the right position to take them, to start. That was going to be Cecilia's first priority, as she moved to kick at Charlotte's ankle to try and break up her footing!

Charlotte moved slowly, the treads that were her thick thighs sliding ever so little over the ring as she moved in a circular motion. She didn't seek to close in the distance to Cecilia it seemed, but rather wait for the girl to come to her. Such a choice of tactic was obvious for a thick unit like Charlotte, who could only move in bursts of speed at the cost of her overall stamina. She wasn't exactly looking to exhaust herself seconds into the match.

Surely enough, Cecilia didn't leave Charlotte waiting, as she swung in and out as if performing a hit and run, connecting neatly with Charlotte's ankle.

The incredibly firm and confident posture of Charlotte left her leg only sliding a little; her confident if agitated look remaining as she took a singular motion towards Cecilia in efforts of getting a hold of her.

Whilst she hadn't slid back however or lost her footing for that matter, that snap kick was already making Charlotte's shin sting!

The bigger they are, the harder they fall - that, at least, was what Cecilia told herself in trying to trip up her larger opponent's balance in order to gain an edge over her. However, Charlotte was proving she was hardly top-heavy, and remained firmly where she was! Cecilia's eyes narrowed at the sight as she grumbled under her breath in frustration. Evidently, it was going to take more than that in order to bring Charlotte down.

Still, from how she was moving, Cecilia could tell that Charlotte wasn't the quickest of wrestlers, and she would have the edge in agility. Charlotte's greater size wouldn't do her any good if she couldn't hit Cecilia at all - and that was what she hoped to exploit. Cecilia jumped in closer, moving to take hold of Charlotte's hand and twist her arm behind her in a wristlock, swerving around her side before she could hit her!

Cecilia moved in with a much smarter choice of attack on that stoic sumo of justice, as instead of trying to chop through her vast defence it appeared Cecilia wanted to find a limb and bend it. Charlotte, despite her training, couldn't overcome the simple pain that came when a leg was contorted or bent past what was normal. Unsurprisingly, Cecilia held Charlotte in her grasp, pivoting around the heavy gal with that arm up and behind her back. A scowl on Charlotte's face, as her falling victim to this lock was no ruse.

"Ghh...your restraints won't work on me, villain!" Charlotte muttered, as said restraints worked wonders; her big frame unable to do anything except simply turn the way her arm was bent, as if to undo the motion cast upon it.

Just as Cecilia had hoped, her opponent's greater size wasn't going to save her when she could be outmanuevered. And when it came time for Cecilia to start dealing out the hurt, her preferred methods tended to work no matter how large her enemies were. Charlotte was no exception to this, as she seemed to be feeling the pain of Cecilia's wristlock. A grin came to Cecilia's face at the thought, but she had far more in store for her.

Charlotte was trying to turn back towards Cecilia to take back control, but the brunette was still keen on pushing her edge in agility. She went to dart around behind her back, aiming a kick at her spine to keep Charlotte stunned. If she could keep her from evading her again, Cecilia would use her free hand to lock in place between the two arms, applying extra pressure by transitioning to a figure four wristlock!
