Mara Ashford vs. Amy Henderson - Whatever It Takes

Mara managed to land a few punches into Amy's belly, allowing her to be freed. As she panted and gasped, she looked at Amy who was nursing her abs, and knew that it was her chance. Forcing herself back onto her feet, she grunted as she would reach out for Amy's head, bringing it between her thighs, clamping them together and putting her into a standing headlscissor.

From there, Mara would reach out for Amy's hips, moving one of her hands between her thighs and the other at the side of her hip. Clasping her hands together, she would exert her strength to try lifting the blonde up, holding her upside down before driving her head first into the mat with a Gotch-style piledriver! Hopefully, this would put an end to her fight, giving her the much-needed victory.

Amy was at her limit. She had given it her all, but the girl in the leopard-print bikini was proving to be just a bit better. Mara pulled her up and locked her into a standing headscissors. It would take some effort just to keep Amy from slipping out and falling back down to the mat, but Mara managed to keep her grasp.

After that, the short-haired girl grabbed Amy under the thighs and the hips, pulling her upwards and into and upside down position. The blood rushed to Amy's head as she could feel the dizziness increasing. She tried again to wiggle out of the hold, but she was just too exhausted to really make a decent attempt at escape. In fact, the struggling just seemed to make her more tired and dizzy. However, it wouldn't last for long.

She would be held up only for a few seconds, before Mara sent her down fast with a massive Gotch-style Piledriver! Amy's head was spiked into the canvas with incredible force. It knocked her clean out, her eyes rolling up into her head and her tongue lolling out of her mouth. Her body fell forward and limply crashed into the mat, face-down. From there, she made no more movements. She was officially out of this match.

Mara grabbed onto one of Amy's legs after placing her head between her thighs before lifting her up, holding her upside down by her leg before dropping her headfirst into the mat with a Gotch-style piledriver. The impact was enough to knock the fight out of the blonde, and seeing the condition of her opponent, Mara would use the last bit of her strength to roll Amy over onto her back before sitting onto her chest and reaching for one of the blonde's legs. Going for a pinfall attempt, Mara would maintain her position on top of her opponent as the referee started counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Hopefully, Amy would not suddenly regain her strength after taking the devastating piledriver. Mara herself was running on fumes at this point, and she wanted to make sure that she would end this match with this pin.

Amy was helpless to resist anything that Mara did next. That piledriver really put her down for the count. The ref knew it, the crowd knew it, Amy herself probably would have known it if she wasn't out cold: the match was over. The ref came in and counted her out. The first two counts came, then, the third one hit.

"THREE!"

DING! DING! DING!

It was disappointing for the blonde to lose in her debut match. She had such a strong record on the indies, that this blemish would really hurt her confidence. But she fought hard. Anyone who was watching this match could tell that. She may have lost the match, but she won the hearts of a few fans here today. She would surely do the same for the next match, and the next one, and the one after that too. She could only go up from here.

She may have been pinned by Mara today, but one day she would get her rematch, and win that one too!

And with that, the match ended. Mara sighed in relief as she would get herself off of Amy's body, feeling exhausted from the match. She would get herself back onto her feet as the referee went to raise her arm, declaring her the winner of this match. She couldn't help but smile as the crowd showed their appreciation for the work that she did during this match.

It sure felt good to be appreciated like this, and Mara was determined to make sure to give another phenomenal performance next time she wrestled. Soon after that, she looked at Amy, and she first considered helping her up, but she decided against it. As an Ashford, she couldn't afford being chummy with her opponent, and her family had a reputation to maintain.

At the very least, she could just give her a slight bow before making her way out of the ring. While many knew of her background as the daughter of the infamous Dana Ashford, at the very least they appreciated her for being a good wrestler. And that should be enough for her. She didn't have enough mean bones in her, so she could just settle with being aloof instead.

So, with her music being played, she made her way out of the arena and head to the locker room, planning to give herself some well-earned shower and rest.
