She would lay her head to her side. “looks like this was a good training for you!” she would say. “how about this you put your clothes back on and go out there doing 20 minutes cool down on one of the cardio trainers. When you done you can go into the spar area and relax. Take a warm shower maybe a steam bath or swim a little bit. Try to loosen up the muscles and giving them some rest before you go home. You should eat a lot of milk products and fill you energy level up again!” cathy would explain with a smile. “and whenever you want or need to train again just give me a call here!” Cathy would stp forwards giving her trainee a short hug.

Still exhausted, Lucy would do her best listening to what Cahty was telling her. Lucy agreed to what her trainer was telling and would look forward the most to the shower part. This whole trainig session was really messy, wet and to sum it up there was no part on Lucys youthfull body that didn't need to be showered throughly..

The blue haired woman would say and smile at Cathy before leaving the room. Afterwards she would do everything that Cathy recommended her to do before calling it a day.
