Karbon's first trip to the Iron Heaven (With trainer Catherina Smith)

Working on his lower body now, Karbon would seat himself in the machine and place the soles of his feet onto the plate of the squat machine. When he felt like he was ready, he gripped the hand grips tight at the base of the seat and pushed his legs forward with all of his might. The weights all move in unison as he extended his legs all the way out and then slowly brought them back into his body again. Wanting to keep a constant rhythm, Karbon didn't stop and continued on his set without pause. Once he reached ten reps, he would slowly curl his legs back into his body and rest the weights down gently. "Whew, that was fun and thank you for the compliment" He would say smiling up at her. The only thing left now was dead lifting.

The small girl would lean against the machine and count the rep. She would smirk while doing so. He wasn´t muscular or anything but he was strong for his size and build… look can be very wrong. She knew that all too well. With a smile on her face she would watch him get back up. Then she would walk over to the empty trainingsbar and would put some weights onto them for him. Until it was the same trainings weight as the squatting. She would wait for the boy to step up with a smile. “one more you can do it!”

This was the coup de gras so to speak of the training session. Everything boiled down to this last workout test. The amount of weight she put on the bar was worrisome to Karbon, but he swallowed hard and pushed doubt into the back of his mind. "I can do this!" He said to himself before stepping up to the bar. Karbon would then look over at Cathy and then nodded to show that he was ready. Shaking his arms out, he would then bend over and grab the bar. Making sure he was spaced out properly, Karbon would let out a grunt of air before squatting down and pulling upwards as hard as he could. He got the bar up to his chest before he lost his balance and had to drop the bar down to the ground. "Huff... Huff... Dammit!" He would yell out, looking down at the ground.

Karbon would catch his breath again and signal at Cathy to give him one more chance. With fire in his eyes, he took the bar in his hands again and made sure that his feet were properly positioned this time. With a huge heave upwards, Karbon got the bar back up to his chest again. Just a bit in place, he would switch his stance so that he could muscle the bar above his head. Once there, he held it for a second or two before dropping it back down. "Yes! That's how it's done!" He would let out a jubilant cry.

Cathy would watch the boy struggle a little bit. Seems like he wasn´t as mighty as he though. The first time he was able to bring the bar up to his chest and hold it for a moment there. But after a bit he would drop the heavy weight back down onto the floor causing a loud bang to rang through the empty gym. Cathy would shake hear head fast for a moment.
She was about to motivate him to try it again. But before she could he already had his hands on the bar again. She would smirk, that was impressive not giving in and taking weight of the bar, or maybe he was just thickheaded. This time he brought the bar back up to his chest again. Cathy would wonder if he would drop it again but this time he was able to lift the bar over his head highly for a moment. She would slowly clap while he dropped it once again. “very good!” She would say with a smile. In the next moment she would lean forwards and would start to take the weights off to put them back into the rack. “so how about you drink a bit and then we meet in the ring, just wait there for me until I got everything figured out here.!”

With the training finally done, Karbon would wipe the sweat off of his brow and look over at her. Karbon would then nod his head and say, "Thanks for the compliment." A soft smile would then appear on his face. He watched as she started to clean up the weights and take them off of the bar. "Sure, I can definitely go for a drink right now." He would look around and finally spot the water fountain at the edge of the room. Walking over towards it, he would press the button that releases the water and let it run for a second to let it cool down before putting his mouth on the stream. Each gulp of water felt better than the last as he could feel the lucious liquid splash against the back of his throat and down into his stomach.

"Ahhhhhhh... So good." He would say out loud before turning around and wiping at his mouth to get the excess water off of it. He looked at the ring and started to head towards in. Climbing up the stairs placed on its side, he would make his way through the ropes and stand in the center of the ring. Bouncing around a bit, he tried to get himself loose.

Soon afterwards cathy would follow him. She would walk up to the ring with a smile on her face looking up to the boy in the ring. Then she would slip into the ring under the bottom rope. Let´s see how he would react to it… She would press her hands into the floor doing a simple pushup movement to jump back to her feet. She would spin around to the boy and would put her hands behind her back. “do you need a longer break or are you ready to go?” she would ask leaning forwards a little bit.
“I hope it is alright for you if I don´t hold back for the training, please do the same!” She would say with a big smile on her face. Then she would slowly stand back up and lifted her hands over her head inviting the boy for a lock up. “so then lets go!” she would say waving him over, while spreading her legs and leaning forwards a bit more to be ready.

The hard part was over and the fun was just about to begin! Karbon would watch Cathy as she made her way towards the ring. She would go underneath the bottom rope and then pop herself up in one single motion! "Pretty impressive stuff there." He would say out loud to her. He then watched her do a little spin before replying, "I'm ready to go, I don't need a break right now." Karbon was just eager to see just what kind of moves she had up her sleeve. "Trust me, I won't hold anything back. I will definitely give you a run for your money!" He said as he started to loosen up his arms.

Cracking his neck now, he would back up into the corner before seeing her place her hands above her head. She was really looking for a lock up? He knew he had the strength advantage over her so why would she want to test him now? She saw just how much he was able to lift. Karbon shrugged his shoulders and decided to play along. Karbon walked over towards her and locked up with her but... As he pushed against her, he could feel all of his strength give out!!! Was it from all that rough training?

Cathy would smile when the other fighter would come towards him and they would clash together. She would lean forwards slightly giving herself a good ankle to the mat so she could put a lot of power into the floor. The boy would make a rather surprised look when he was pushing into her and she wasn´t even bugging. The blue haired trainer would lift her head and look into the eyes of the other fighter directly, she would smirk.
“I thought you wouldn’t hold back… come one give me all you got!” she would demand from her opponent before she would give him a little shove backwards trying to make him do a big step back, she would directly step after him not letting go of the lock up.

Karbon tried to match her strength for strength, but it just wasn't working! She gave him a shove and he would step backwards from it and he watched as she stepped in time with him. What is she trying to do? Is she trying to move him to a specific spot in the ring? He didn't know and couldn't really care at this point! He needed to best her! "I am... Trying!" He would say as his forehead started to sweat a bit.

“really?” she would ask him shoving him backwards once again with a smile on her face. “I can´t really feel anything… though you wouldn´t hold back. I would be very sad if you would hold back just because I am smaller and a girl!” She would say giving him another shove when they were already close to the corner. She would smirk a little bit. He wasn´t the strongest guy she fought and broke, but wouldn´t mean that she wouldn´t enjoy it.
