Viper Hoshiwara [D] vs. Kitty Page

Viper had gotten out of the way, not only avoiding Kitty's wrath but causing the Hyper Cat to go down vulnerable before her in the process. As quickly as she had dodged, she came back to face her opponent, still maintaining a calm and collected demeanor. It was as though this didn't even concern her.

With Kitty down, Viper lay across her, placing her body perpendicular to hers. If she could pull this off, Viper would then go for Kitty's arm to pull it back over her shoulder hard, going for a painful Fujiwara armbar!

[Faeron]

Kitty was still recovering when she felt her arm starting to hyper extending. Kitty grunted in pain and started to thrash about with the arm bar locked in. The referee slid down to check on the Hyper Cat to see if she wished to tap out, but Kitty wasn't willing to give up just yet. Kitty started to claw her way towards the ropes, hoping to use her legs to reach the bottom rope to force the break.

Getting Kitty's arm trapped in place, Viper glared, her brow narrowing as she focused her energies at maintaining such a position. She gave another pull back on her opponent's arm to try and counteract the thrashing of her body that threatened to destabilize her, but Kitty was still gaining ground. Even still, Viper remained as quiet and nonchalant as usual, not making a sound in resistance.

Eventually, as much of a struggle as she would have to get there, Kitty would be able to reach the ropes and hook her leg into place. The ref called for the rope break, but even then, Viper would keep the hold locked in a little while longer to test what she could get away with, pressing down harder on Kitty's arm. After a few more seconds the referee gave another warning to Viper, and only then would the green-haired girl release her opponent, rolling away and onto all fours across from Kitty.

Kitty got her leg on the ropes, but Viper held onto the arm for as long as she could until the referee threatened to disqualify her. Each second felt like a minute as Kitty's arm was hyper-extended in a way that it wasn't supposed, a searing pain that made Kitty cry out until finally the hold was released. Kitty rolled to the outside and fell to a knee as she favored the right arm, taking deep breaths and tried to shake some feeling back into the arm.

Rolling off of Kitty, Viper stayed back on the mat as she watched her with a cold and unblinking gaze. She wasn't about to make any motion until the time was right, but from the looks of it, Kitty wasn't about to be recovering from such a damaging move any time soon. The masked girl would simply slip out of the ring to try and recover, rather than give Viper the opportunity to counterattack.

But that was fine too. She could work with this. Pushing herself back up to her feet with a single lunge, Viper reached out and grabbed for Kitty's left arm as she used it to clutch the other. With a handhold thus obtained, the green-haired girl's next move would be to pull her in towards the ropes, hoping to press her throat right up against the middle one in order to try and choke off her airways. It would be risky for her to use the ropes so soon after getting a warning about it, but Viper didn't care. It was evident to all in attendance that the rules meant little to her, if she could use an opportunity to inflict harm.

Kitty shook the fingers away, making a fist a few times as the referee's count reached 10. She exhaled a sigh of relief when suddenly Kitty's head was forcibly pulled into the ring. The Hyper Cat barely had enough time to react when the ropes were suddenly wrapped around her neck and used to start choking her. Kitty was frantic, grabbing onto the ropes to try and pry them off, but there were squeezing her neck tightly like a snake coiled around her.

In that moment, glaring down at Kitty such that she seemed to tower above her even from a seated position, Viper's lips turned up into the slightest of smiles, one of the rare displays of emotion she ever showed anyone, however subtle it might have been. It seemed she was perfectly content to be causing such suffering for Kitty in this time, and the panic she saw in her only confirmed that she was doing exactly what she had hoped to accomplish. True to her name, Viper had her prey caught, and soon enough she would strike.

Once again, the ref started to step over to ringside to try and break up Viper's use of the ropes for leverage against her opponent. However, the deathmatch veteran seemed to be less willing to try her patience this time, and she was quicker to release Kitty. This time, though, she would do it in a means that would hardly be favorable for the girl, grabbing her by her mask and trying to drag her back into the ring by the head!

[Faeron]

Kitty flailed her legs as she desperately tried to break free from the choke, but could find that opening to do so. Just as the air was beginning to be fully pushed out of her, Kitty suddenly felt the ropes loosen around her neck and she started swallowing gulps of air again. In her vulnerable state, Kitty felt a tug on her mask and she was forced into the ring.

Now that Kitty was back through the ropes, the referee stepped away from Viper a short distance - though she would be watching her closely all the same, as her actions thus far had said well enough about what she was willing to do in the name of victory.

She now had the Hyper Cat under her control, and she wasn't about to relinquish that position any time soon. As she released Kitty's mask, Viper went to grab her around the waist now that she was close enough to pull off such a move, hoping to throw her back headfirst into the canvas with a German suplex.

[Faeron]

Kitty let out a few cries of panic as she through Viper was attempting to demask her in front of the world. Instead she was pulled to her feet and Kitty only had a second to look at the crowd before she was sent flying into the air. She landed backfirst on the mat from the german suplex and she nearly folded over, favoring her now sore skull.
