Karbon's first trip to the Iron Heaven (With trainer Catherina Smith)

Matches have been going quite rough for Karbon as of late and the only thing he could think that would help him out was to get stronger. What was the best way to get stronger? Well, going to the gym of course! Since Karbon was now part of L.A.W., he was able to use all of their facilities too. He wanted to take full advantage of this and packed his gym bag up and headed straight for Iron Heaven.

When Karbon got here, his jaw dropped at all the amazing machines and equipment this place packed! It was like a gym rat's wet dream if they were able to work out in a place like that. "Oh yeah... This is going to work out great for me!" Walking through the front doors, Karbon headed right for the men's locker room to change. He threw his clothes into a locker and all of his personal belongings before putting on a loose shirt and some sweat pants to make sure all of his limbs can move freely with the weights. With his clothing in check, he closed the locker door and locked it with a pad lock before leaving the men's locker room.

As soon as he left, he almost bumped right into someone! The thought of using those machines pretty much clouded his vision and was just able to dodge out of the way from a collision with a girl. "Oh! I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there." He would say trying not to anger to girl. "It's my first time here and all and I was just so awed by how much stuff there is to do here."

This was so boring. Cathy would hit her head against the counter right at the front. She was right now the only one having shift in the gym, and she was almost the only one here. Only a few people did show up here today. She was the one getting the boring and slow passing shift again. Why she again? She and the others did draw sticks and again she did pull the shortest one! This couldn´t be fair. HOW could this be fair? The girl would lean forwards over the counter again her breasts jiggling around a bit. There was nothing left to do here, she did fill up all the water bottles for the costumers, she did clean everything that was to clean, all the paperwork was done and all the weights were put back into their places. And still so much time was left until the next trainer would show up. Cathy would hit her head against the counter again.
The last time she did this shift alone she started to work out herself. But alix did catch her doing it… her boss wasn´t angry ot anything. But Alix did ask nicely that she wouldn´t do those again. She did ask the blue haired woman if she could cut down her own working out short during her working hours. No way Cathy could let down her boss! Alix was always so nice to her and helped her out all the time. No way she couldn´t do what alix asked from her.

Suddenly the blue haired girl would remember what she could do. She would grab a tower of towels and walked off. Maybe since the last time she checked the tower of towels in front of the looker rooms did shrink down… Suddenly the door of the mans looker room would swin open and a guy would walk out. Cathy would jump to the side throwing the towels upwards, before catching herself again and the towels.
She would look at the young man. “I am sorry, I didn’t see you coming out there!” She would suddenly open her eyes wide when she would hear that the guy was new. “oh your new? I am Cathy one of the trainers here… or the only trainer here right now! Want me to show you around a bit and help you out?” her eyes sparkeld only about the chance to do something.

After they both apologized to each other, it seemed as though a bit of a conversation started between them. "No no, it was my fault. I'm just glad you didn't spill those towels all over the place." He said with a smile while pointing at the tower of towels she was carrying. "Yes, I'm new here and that would be awesome if you can show me around the place!" He said with a bit of enthusiasm in his voice. Having someone here that actually knows the place will be better than him blinding going from machine to machine to see which one is the best. He basically has a cheat sheet with him now!

"So, how long have you been working here?" He asked, trying to make small talk to cut the awkwardness in the air out. It's rare for him to actually talk to a girl that wasn't out to completely humiliate him. It was actually a nice change of pace.

„Since the very start!“ Would cathy answer with a big smile on her face. She looked at the boy in front of her. “so about 4 years now!” She would say thinking back. “I was one of the first employees of miss Noir! And I don´t regret signing for her.” The blue haired woman would spin around. “so lets get started right away, onto the treat mile with you!” She would say, pointing across the gym to the cardio area.
She would look at the boy, taking a close look. “I would assume that you are working for law, right?”

"Oh, so you are one of the very first employees. Not a lot of people can say that they've been at the same job since the place actually started running the business." Karbon was quite impressed by this since it really showed her character and work ethic this girl had. With that, he saw her turn around and point over towards the treadmills at the cardio section of the gym, "Okay, that sounds easy enough." He would say with confidence as he started to walk over towards them with her. "Yes, I'm with L.A.W., but matches haven't really been going my way as of late... That's why I came here to try and get my strength up and become more competitive in the ring."

The girl would smirk. “yeah, looking at you and looking at the competition… I think we will spend some time her in the gym together. But don´t worry we will get you in shape very fast!” she would say with smirk. When he would step onto the treadmill she would put up the speed on his treadmill so much that he was almost running already. She would stand right next to him. “in law there are a lot of meat mountings walking around, but don´t worry with the right training you will be able to stand up to anyone there no problem!” She would explain him. “I faced a lot of them here in trainings matches before, was always fun!”

Karbon brushed off Cathy's comment about his physique as he knew he still had a lot of work to do with his body. He got on the treadmill and started walking, but that wasn't enough for Cathy it seemed as she started to push the speed up to a running pace! "Whoa! Shouldn't we start things out slow!?" He would say in surprised fashion as he tried to keep up with the machine. Then, something she said struck him as odd, so he had to find out more about it.

"Training matches? You do training matches here?" Usually, any gym that Karbon went to never had training matches in them. Well, then again, Karbon never went to a gym to work out towards wrestling. He used gyms to work out towards being a knight. Maybe he just never saw it, but they existed? Or maybe the gyms where he came from never offered such a luxury. In any case, he was eager to find out her answer.

Cathy would lift her eyebrow up a little bit surprised about the surprise of the young man. She would look at him for a few moments. Then she would reply to the boy. “Yeah we do trainingsmatches around here. They aren´t that rear, but normally when someone wants a trainingsmatch they would have to sign up to it a few days in advance and then we look that we have a trainer who can step in the ring as well and fits the trainings requests of this person." She would shrug. “but when you do well during the training today, maybe I can squeeze you in for a short trainingssecion…” she would say, shrugging. “after all today there is no match booked and I don´t have so much work before me!”

Karbon steadily got used to the pace of the treadmill and was running at a constant speed. He listened to her talk about the training matches that go on at the gym and how wrestlers need to book days in advanced to get a match here. Luckily for him though, there were no matches scheduled for the day and this trainer was willing to have one with him... But would she even stand a chance?

"That would be awesome actually." Karbon would reply with a yes to her offer on a training match today. "But would you really offer me that much of a challenge?" He would say as he looked her up and down while still on the treadmill. Sure, he never seen her wrestler before, but Cathy was so small compared to him! How could she even put up a fight?

The girl would rise an eyebrow. “hey better watch out little guy!” she would say looking up to him. “I train with these big meat mounts of law from time to time and give them a hard time! I might don´t look like too much but I am way stronger than you might think!” The blue haired woman would put a arm across her chest and would stretch herself a little bit.
“so better keep running, like I said when you do nice I will check if the ring is free for the moment!” She would look around. “how about we do 3 exercised and then I check on the ring? Deadlift chestpress and legpress?”
