Jessica thought it was absolutely delicious that Kyoko was groaning in pain after each punch. Jessica would take another moment to taunt Kyoko by saying. "You're proud of this belly? Hah!! It feels more like jello than anything now. You're pathetic. Utterly...PATHETIC!!!!!" Jessica taunted as she threw one last destructive uppercut to Kyoko's battered belly for good measure. Jessica would then release Kyoko and then would grab her precious title belt and would put it around her waist. Jessica would even take a selfie with title as if she had taken it from poor Kyoko to disrespect her former patient.

Jessica was just not letting up in the slightest, neither with her insults or her punches as Kyoko had no time to defend or offer a counterattack to the bitch. "Ooough!" Finally Jessica ended her assault with one last uppercut to her unprotected abs as Kyoko folded up and leaned over it as she was let go. Finally dropping to her knees as Jessica walked away.

Panting and holding her stomach tightly she tried to ease the pain as Jessica grabbed her title. She hadn't been hurt this bad in awhile, as only Fallon and Lili in a completely different promotion had caused this much damage to her abs. Kyoko looked up at her and unwisely tried push herself back up. "The Fuck...do you think your doing with that..."

Jessica would turn around after her selfie to seen Kyoko struggling to her feet. Jessica would chuckle a bit before saying. "I'm taking a selfie. But I think I need a better angle." Jessica would say in response before she'd begin to think of how to pose with the belt. "What do you think? Around the waist or over the shoulder?" Jessica said to anger Kyoko so she could surprise the self-proclaimed Belly Queen with a punt Kick to the crotch. If that worked, Jessica would try to send Kyoko crashing head first into the floor with a Package Piledriver.

Kyoko was worn out as it was and not at all in fighting shape, despite all reason saying she should stay down she tried to come back up, only to take an abrupt kick in the crotch to end any resistance she might have had going for her. "Ffaagh!" She shrieked in pain and dropped back to the floor, holding her crotch before she was grabbed by Jessica and brought up for a finish. Pulled up into a package piledriver she was dropped down with a loud thud on the room floor.

Kyoko was out in an instant, no chance to even offer a peep of protest as her head rolled to the side and her hands flopped to the floor with the rest of her body. Laying in the perfect view of defeat Kyoko was pretty much humiliated in this encounter as Jessica was free to do whatever.

Jessica would chuckle to herself after she knocked Kyoko out with the Package Piledriver. A move like that on an unforgiving floor could cause serious injury, but Jessica didn't care about that currently. She'd then focus on Kyoko's unconscious body and would strip the self proclaimed Belly Queen naked. In doing this showcased Kyoko red battered belly contrast to Kyoko's pale skin. Jessica would then take her heel and sock off of her right foot and would shove her toes into Kyoko's mouth as Jessica used her phone to capture this humiliating victory pose with Jessica wearing Kyoko's belt, and Kyoko unconscious with Jessica's foot in her mouth. Jessica would post this photo on social media where the LAW community would be buzzing after Kyoko getting humiliated by a nurse.

Jessica then took off the belt to threw it on top of Kyoko before spitting in Kyoko's face. "If you ever want your ass kicked let me know.
I'd more than happy to humble you again, poser." Jessica said before she left the room to clock out of work knowing she did a job well done.

Kyoko didn't know how long se had been out of it. She woke up much later with a killer headache and her abs still burning with pain that had only slightly gone down since she was knocked out on the first place. Slowly she found the strength to stand up on her feet and sit on the chair where she found herself completely naked, and with an odd taste in her mouth. What the hell did Jessica do to her?

Getting her clothes on and slowly shuffling for an exit her mind on forgetting the horrible check up and finding some way to get back at Jessica. Though she found that there would be no forgetting this moment as she soon found her fans tweeting her on social media about some photo. The results were startling. Jessica had left her out cold on the floor naked ad beaten..and took a damn photo of it! With her gross foot in her mouth and her belt around her waist to boot. Gripping the actual belt in her hand Kyoko fumed as much as she could before she sent out a tweet. "That's not the whole story not is it the end! If you really want to see where this goes, Me and little Jessica will be at the gym in about a week, well I will. She might try and run off with her fake victory."
