As expected Eirina heard that, even if it was quiet when you were looking for those kind of sounds there was no way to avoid it. Kyoko felt her hair being pulled and turned towards the Frau Doktor for her punishment. And the German didnt make her wait for it, throwing in a knee to her stomach the second she could do so.

Right after that, she would nail another knee strike into Kyoko's stomach, hoping to knock some more wind out of her lungs. "As far as I am concerned, you are just as soft as other people..."

Was she being Rhetorical? The way she made her look at her before asking made it hard to tell, like she wanted to mock her nickname, so for a second Kyoko opted to say nothing. But then she thought saying nothing might get her in trouble, or maybe either option would be bad since Eirina would punish her either way. Her cheek softly rubbing her face as if she was examining her face and stomach didnt help Kyoko think of a response so she just answered the second question.

"Yes..my fans, started calling me that, an-Doouugh!" She was cut off by the next knee which she didnt expect when Eirina had her like that. Even when she should have, needless to say it left her vulnerable again. Her knee caught her just above her belly button and hit a pretty decent spot, dug in and forcing the air from her lungs. Eirina was smiling brightly as she hit Kyoko's belly with her knee for the second time. She nodded to herself as she mulled over the new information that she got from her prisoner. Essentially, her fans were the ones who first coined the term 'Belly Queen', and it stuck ever since.

"Well, I guess I can understand that..." Eirina purred as she would force Kyoko to look up at her as she would cup her by her chin. She would also play with her prisoner's nipples with her riding crop before she decided to make use of it for its intended purpose by hitting at Kyoko's breasts with the leather whip.

Kyoko couldnt look away, her eyes couldnt really focus on anything but Eirina holding her chin were making sure that she had no choice but to face her.
