Monaka vs. Mika Matsuda - Brawlin' Cuties

A match between Monaka and Mika Matsuda had been set up, and Monaka was prepared for this. Already donning her signature leotard, she rested her steel pipe over her shoulder as she would wait at the backstage for her cue. This would be her opportunity to show the rookie how things were done in LAW, and she couldn't wait to rub it to her face once she emerged victorious at the end of this match.

Soon, she got her cue, and she would make her way out, walking down the ramp where she received mixed reactions from the crowd, mostly boos and jeers. But she cared little of it. In fact, she basked in their disapproval as she would walk down the ramp, showing off her cute, tight body for the crowd before she arrived at the ring.

Monaka

Dropping her steel pipe down on the floor, Monaka would then climb up the apron, entering the ring. She would do some light stretches, making sure to fully prepare herself for the match. Once she was done, she would head over to one of the corners, waiting there. She would lean against the turnbuckle as her eyes were directed at the entrance so that she could see her opponent making her first appearance in LAW.

Monaka was not the only one excited for this match. It was to be her first match here, and it was against someone that she felt she could go all out against. She watched Monaka's entrance backstage, already dressed in her own boxing gear. She chose to wear her school-issued swimsuit as her boxing gear, along with pink gloves and matching blue boots.

She watched her carry that pipe to the ring, hoping that was just for show. She wouldn't actually try using a weapon on her, right? I mean, she got that she liked to fight dirty, but...

She shook her head. It didn't matter. She was going to take everything that Monaka could throw at her.

It was her turn.

Mika hadn't really picked out any music yet, so instead a generic entrance theme played. She walks out onto the stage on her cue, and takes her first steps into the spotlight. She raises a glove up high in the air, giving the crowd a nice smile as she walks down the ramp. She noticed some of the crowd looking a little confused when they saw the boxing gear, but she'd show them how effective the style could be here.

She climbs up the ring steps, seeming less shy than she was backstage as she climbs in through the ropes, and shuffles her feet against the canvas before doing just a little shadowboxing, before turning to Monaka. Attitude aside, she kinda looked cute in that leotard. A small smile crosses her lips as she looks her over.

"You ready to get your butt kicked by a rookie, Monaka?" She calls out to her.

Monaka watched as Mika made her entrance, geared up in her boxing getup. She had no problem with that, though she was certain that those gloves would made it difficult for the rookie to grab her. Crossing her arms under her chest, she kept her eyes on Mika before the other cutie made her way into the ring.

"Huh, where did that confidence come from?" Monaka asked, grinning as she studied her opponent for tonight. "You better watch out, rookie... I'm gonna show everyone why I'm the best around here..." she said in a rather arrogant manner, pointing her thumb at herself as she spoke to Mika. "Let's see who's gonna kick who's butt now..."

The referee would make sure that both girls were ready before she called for the two of them to the center of the ring. After a brief explanation about the rules, she would then call for the bell, starting the match between Monaka and Mika. Assuming that Mika would take a boxing stance, Monaka would get into a wrestling stance, keeping her distance as she would watch her opponent carefully.

Mika felt Monaka's eyes on her, studying her. She was pleased when she heard Monaka's question, seeing she had made a little impression on her.

"You gotta put on your best face for the crowd. It doesn't do any good to hesitate in the ring. Besides, I've been boxing publicly for a while now. It's all about putting on a good show and doing your best." She says to her. Her smile only grows when she sees how confident Monaka was that she was going to win.

When the ref calls them both over, she steps towards the center, and listened to the ref explain the rules. During the explanation, Mika brings one glove out towards Monaka, holding it towards her. "Lets have a good fight, okay, Monaka-chan?" She smiles at her.

Monaka made her best disinterested look when she listened to the referee's explanation, but when she saw Mika holding out her gloved hand, seemingly trying to shake hands with her or bump fists with her, she stared at her hand for a bit. She could be her usual shitty self by showing a unsportsmanship behavior, but the earnestness of the rookie somehow made her decide otherwise. Also, she called her Monaka-chan.

"Hmph, sure..." Monaka said in a begrudging manner, bumping her fist with Mika's gloved hand. Then, as the match started, Monaka would gauge her opponent first, not immediately closing in. From the look of it, Mika seemed to be someone who knew what she was doing, and she would shimmy to the side for a little before suddenly charging forward, looking to deliver a kick to the side of her body. "Oryahhh!!"

Mika smiles when she bumps fists with her, and hops back a step after, raising her guard. She watches Monaka carefully as the bell rang. She braces herself as Monaka zips in, and hops back when she tries to kick her side, letting the kick whiff past her before trying to hop towards her, and snaps out a couple of swift jabs with her left glove for her belly! "Hs hs! MM!" She follows up her combo, trying to nail her chin with a stiff uppercut with her right glove!

It seemed that Monaka's kick failed to connect, and as she tried to regain her balance, Mika went for a counterattack, throwing jabs at Monaka's stomach. "Ngh! Nghh!" Thinking that her opponent might follow them up with a strike to her face or an uppercut, the pinkette would bring up both her arms to block the uppercut that was aimed to her chin.

"Nrgh!!" Monaka would stagger back, still feeling the stinging sensation from taking those blows to her stomach. Still, now that she managed to distance herself from Mika, she would try to regain her bearing, keeping her eyes on the rookie while she was at it.

Mika's first two blows struck cleanly. After avoiding that kick, she though she'd have free reign on Monaka's body for a short period. But Monaka would surprise her!

She cocked that arm back, ready to drill her in the chin, and instead she'd smack it against her crossed forearms! Her eyes lit up, surprised. She had already picked up on her combos after just one fight?

"Hey! nice job thinking ahead like that!" She complimented Monaka, and hops from foot to foot as Monaka stumbles back. "Try this one now!" She says, darting in, and fakes a right jab for her cheek, then swings in low for a heavy uppercut to her gut. Would Monaka catch on to the first blow being a feint or would she gut herself on Mika's glove?

Monaka managed to block the uppercut with her forearms as she managed to figure out what Mika was trying to do. Still, that was only one strike that she managed to block. She needed to do more than that in order to give herself a chance to look for any kind of opening that her opponent might show to her.

Keeping her eyes on Mika, Monaka saw her opponent aiming a jab at her cheek, and she thought that it might be a feint. She wasn't sure if she could block whatever her opponent might have in her mind, so she needed to be quick in order to counter her opponent's move. When she saw that Mika was trying to land an uppercut, Monaka would try to deliver a toe kick right into her gut, hoping to catch her off-guard with the attack.

Mika hurled her glove for Monaka's belly. She was sure that it would hit, when-

"Oughff!!" Mika was left to hunch over Monaka's foot from her kick. Mika was accustomed to just reading her opponents face, fists, and upper body. She hadn't needed to worry about someone's kicks in a long time. As a result she didn't see Monaka's kick until it was already driving into her gut! Mika tries to stumble back from Monaka. From what she learned about her, she'd probably try to grab for her next. She swings a pre-emptive backfist as she steps back, attempting to swat away Monaka's hands if she tried to grab her.
