Jessica Wright vs. Kate Conners (D)

Jessica was composed, even as she fell. The Violent Violet silently thanked her father and brothers for the hundred of hours they spent slamming her into the ground so that she became acquainted with it. Just as much as she did not thank Kate for putting her in a situation where she would have to do such a maneuver. The Violent Violet's backside slammed into the ground, and she cried out in pain. Her head snapped back, and she felt disoriented for a split second.

And that was all she had time to be confused. Jessica quickly recognized that Kate would be on her like a dog on a bone, and Jessica very much intended not to get chewed up. Sure enough, by the time she got her bearings, she saw Kate rearing back, readying herself to launch a hellacious attack on her. Just in the knick of time, she threw her arms together and protected her face. In women's wrestling, your moneymaker was your face, but more importantly she did not want to start the fight off with a broken nose.

She grimaced as the blow slammed into her defenses. But that was underneath her arms, where Kate couldn't see it. She spread her arms just a bit, so her purple eyes peaked through. "Is that all you got?" She dared.

Raising herself up onto her knees, Kate was keen to teach Jessica a thing or two, as in her eyes, the purple haired girl had talked a big game, and so far, hadn't done anything than throw a few strikes at Kate. And while the blows to her head and arms admittedly hurt, Kate was far from impressed, deciding to show Jessica what a real punch felt like!

...Or at least, that was the plan. However, as Kate threw a wild haymaker right at her foes face, she would find Jessica's arms rising up in front of her face to protect herself, the Violent Violet taking the punch on the arms, smartly protecting herself! However, as intelligent as the move was, it only served to piss of Kate. And while she was mad, it was only after she heard Jessica's taunt that she would be pushed into being livid.

"You fuckin... Fine cunt, let's see how mouthy you are after this!" Kate said, instead abandoning her attempts to punch Jessica's lights out. Instead, the coyote would move onto her back, reaching to grab one of Jessica's legs, hooking the girl's foot under her arms in an attempt to surprise Jessica with a painful heel hook!

Jessica thought that Kate would keep the blows coming until she broke through the defense. That is certainly what Jessica would have done in the situation. But it looked like Kate was going to be a little bit more tactical as opposed to prideful about it, which Jessica thought was both prescient and annoying. The Aussie relented, moving back to try something new.

The Violent Violet was lying down, like a python ready to strike. Whatever this woman was doing, she had better pray to her god that she did it awfully quick, because Jessica was in prime position to launch something devastating. The second that Kate moved back, Jessica pulled her leg back and then launched it straight forward at Kate's chin. The Violent Violet had done her squats, and she could muster a lot of power in those legs. But that of course relied on Kate being a little bit slow on the uptake...

Moving herself backwards, Kate would quickly lay down on her back, tangled up with Jessica in a heap on the floor, both women looking to get one up on the other, with Kate initiating things this time! Still, Jessica wasn't going to just let the coyote do whatever she pleased, as the Violent Violet suddenly drew back a leg, before throwing it forward, right at Kate's masked mug!

"Woah! Nice try, cunt!" Kate cried out as Jessica threw the kick straight at her face, the coyote ducking her head back in order to avoid what could possibly have been a knockout blow, and let Jessica swing wide. And as the purple haired girl missed her mark, Kate would look to grab a firm hold of that leg, making sure that Jessica couldn't slip away this time, quickly locking in the heel hook that she had been looking for before!

Jessica had a cannon for a leg. When the powder went off, 12 pounds of pure lead went forward with a frank earnestness unseen in the ambiguity and listlessness of the modern age. Jessica's black and gold boots shot through the air, aimed directly at Kate's mask. She had never seen a nose explode, but she really wanted to see it. The split second before she launched the kick, a wicked smile appeared on her face. And the second after, she was grimacing.

She had just used a lot of energy to miss. The Aussie ducked in just the nick of time, and now Jessica was out of position. The Violent Violet was totally spread out and unprepared to defend herself. Kate seized the initiative and Jessica's leg. The Violent Violet was now in quite a bind. Her leg was being tortured incredibly painfully, and she winced in pain. Her fists balled up. The only thing that she was afforded to do by the grace of God and the League of Anime Wrestling was to try and bear it as best she possibly could.

Lowering her head just in the nick of time, Kate swore that she could hear a whistling noise, a testament to just how dangerous the kick from the purple haired girl had been! Still, with the blow swinging wide, Kate was now in quite the favorable position, having Jessica's very overextended leg at her mercy! The coyote didn't wait at all to pounce, immediately reaching forwards to grab ahold of the outstretched limb, quickly snagging it and applying an absolutely brutal heel hook, wrenching on Jessica's foot like she wanted to take it off!

"Ooh, well look at this! Better start screaming now girly, or this leg you just gave me won't last much longer!" Kate cried with a fiendish smirk, settling into her position before digging deep and wrenching hard! She was aiming to crank down on the hold right away, hoping that she could do enough damage to Jessica in order to handicap her right off the bat, for the rest of the match!

The veins on Jessica's neck started popping out. Her whole face turned red. Jessica's fist balled up and she slammed the mat, showing her frustration and pain to the world. There was so much power in her legs, but all of that power was locked behind a tight heel hook that was sending shivers of pain up her entire body. Kate rubbed it in by taunting her. But Jessica recognized that there was some truth in her words, and she would very much like to continue using her leg.

So she reckoned that the easiest way to do it was using her free leg. There was only so much space that she had to wind up, but she could still do some damage to Kate's back. Plus, that might let her bring her leg up enough to bring it back down on the Australian woman. That alone was unlikely to get her free, but if Jessica could thrash and rock and shimmy the right way, she may get free. Sure, there was going to be some short term pain, but if it meant that Jessica was free to use her leg for the rest of the match, then she was all for it.

Her prey firmly in her grasp, a cruel grin formed on Kate's face as she quickly wrenched back on Jessica's foot, straining her leg as much as possible in the heel hook, causing the purple haired girl to writhe and slam the mat with a closed fist! It was clear that Jessica was in quite a bad position, and Kate was fully ready to make it even worse, continuing to crank on the heel hook as she worked the purple haired girl closer and closer to a submission, looking to end things early!

"Alright there bitch, just tap out nice and easy, and I might just- Ugh!" Kate began to speak, only to find herself being cut off as Jessica's foot hit her back, the woman refusing to submit and continuing to struggle! And while her struggles were making her hard to hold onto, the added kicking of Jessica made her near impossible to keep a hold on!

"Rrrgh... Fine!" Kate cried out, giving Jessica's leg one more violent twist before letting her go and rolling away, going to get back on her feet to avoid Jessica breaking free on her own!

It wasn't that good of a kick, and Jessica knew that. There was nowhere near enough space. It came at an angle. Kate was clearly in a better position. But the kick was not nearly as important as the idea of the kick which is to say that a woman like the Violent Violet was not going to be in a hold for that long, especially as Kate was putting the screws on her. Sure enough, the Aussie girl relinquished the hold and got herself some distance. Similarly, Jessica rolled away herself. Getting all the way up was a bit of a hassle what with the now aching ankle, but she found her feet and was raring to go.

Slowly, she approached Kate. Her leg was telling her that she was not going to get much push in a contest of strength, and she very much did not want to get kicked in the head. That meant that whatever she did would have to be quick and decisive. And with a bad ankle hampering her. Jessica took a deep breath in as she went about the bloody business of the evening.

Quickly, yet not hurriedly, Jessica lowered the boom and attempted to launch a devastating spear at her opponent. The bolt from the blue came without warning, and without mercy.

Forced to relinquish her heel hook, much to her own chagrin, Kate would roll over to her hands and knees, quickly picking herself back up and stepping away from the violet haired girl, giving her some space to rise so that she didn't receive any more kicks! And soon enough, Jessica was indeed back on her feet, slowly limping her way over to the coyote, showing in her movements how the heel hook had damaged her ankle, leaving her at a disadvantage for the time being!

Still, Jessica wasn't someone to be taken lightly, even when her movement was impaired, and Kate suspected as much, watching closely as the purple haired girl drew close, eventually lowering herself down and making a sudden lunge forwards!

"Heh, bring it on then bitch!" Kate growled out as Jessica lowered down, the masked girl getting ready to meet her foe in the center of the ring! Jessica was making it clear that she was attempting to crush Kate with a spear, but the luchadora would retaliate, attempting to swing her foot up and slam it into Jessica's face as she came in, catching her with a huge kick!
