Roni "The Hitwoman" Mancini vs. Cheryl Williams

Roni was a far superior fighter than Cheryl, and it was showing. The brunette was obviously running out of juice and getting desperate, and Mancini needed just that. We're she used to a slugfest like this, Cheryl may have known to not let her guard down, but Roni was a veteran of it. And she was not going to let Cheryl get by her again. "You are way out of your element!" shouted The Hitwoman, who watched her with contempt in her eyes.

After Cheryl straightened up, the Italian then charged at her in an attempt to rip her up in the air for an STO so she could drop her spine-first onto her knee for her Shakedown STO Backbreaker. It would be another high impact move that would shut down yet another part of Cheryl's body.

The knee left a pretty bad ball of pain in the center of her abs that didnt feel like leaving anytime. As she looked up she was reminded that the longer this match went on the angrier Roni seemed to get, who was basically boiling in her contempt for one half of the puncher. Cheryl needed to try and get some room to breathe but when Roni moved in again she was reminded that wasnt possible. Though what was potentially possible was the chance to make another impact.

When Roni moved to take her down with the STO Cheryl would try and duck under the arm and hook I with her arms. Then taking a big risk she would jump up and try to get her legs to hook Roni's other arm setting herself up behind Roni and then lean back to try and send her backwards with a crucifix driver. Then if that hit she would try and keep her there for the pinfall.

Roni Mancini had went for the STO, but Cheryl had ducked under the attempt. It had to be a desperation move. But The Hitwoman was surprised when Cheryl got a hold of her one arm. She went to turn and smack her off with the other, but the brunette grabbed that too. Then before Mancini knew it, her head was spiked into the mat. Her head got rocked and she closed her eyes, trying to realize what had even happened.

"One!

Two!"

She knew where she was now, on her shoulders. Roni reacted fast, using her strength to buck out of the pin at the two count, flopping onto her stomach and holding her head in pain. Cheryl did some sort of move to her that rattled her head hard. Of course she did. She needed a moment to gather herself though. She was sure that Cheryl wouldn't give it to her, but was confident enough that she could handle it.

She had done that move enough in training to feel confident pulling it off here, even though she rarely busted it out in a match because the circumstances rarely felt worth it. In this scenario she felt like her options were limited and she had to do something big. And it paid off, sending Roni to the floor and reeling from the hit to her head.

Cheryl had to be persistent, moving in after her and going for a punting kick at the girls head to make sure she stayed put and would hopefully try and move her to the floor again with a side kick at her skull and rattle her some more.

The Hitwoman picked her body up to her hands and knees, only to be hit with a punt to her head! She flipped over to her side and rolled over, shouting obscenities under her breath. She winced and could feel the pain rather solidly now. She kicked her legs and then watched Cheryl line her up for another kick.

Roni, however, caught Cheryl's foot, although it seemed like a struggle to have done that. She looked a little out of it as she slowly started up to her feet, holding onto the cheerleader's foot. When she had Cheryl on one foot, she would then spin her around. Mancini just wanted to do something to stop her offense right there. When Cheryl would turn around, she would try for a basic haymaker to try and knock her in the jaw. Any bit of respite would help her at this point.

Cheryl was trying to move about and keep on attacking. Throwing her boot against the girls head and knocking her around, with the chance to start getting her down once more. Seeing as how she seemed to have her on the ropes Cheryl figured a few big hits could start to turn the tides but just as she closed in she found her own leg caught, keeping her from finishing the attack and from backing away as Roni slowly crawled back up to her feet and then socked her across the face.

"Auuggh!" Cheryl's head shot back and she faltered back looking almost out of it for a second before the rest of her seemed to catch up and keep her from falling over. But still the pain was hardly going away and Cheryl couldnt possibly hope to press her attack in her current state.

Roni's fist connected and Cheryl staggered back. In all actuality, Mancini seemed relieved, not that she's outwardly show it. She took a moment to get her strength back before trying to grab Cheryl to bring her close. "Time to say goodnight, cheerleader," the Hitwoman said grimly. She could see that the brunette couldn't handle too much more, so she was more than ready to try and end this when she could. If she could get a hold of Cheryl, she would force her head between her legs and then hoist her up and drop her down for a standard powerbomb. She was sure that could put Cheryl down.

If she had anything to do at all she might have tried it, but at the moment she was mostly too stunned to act when she was grabbed and pulled in towards her. Pulled towards her legs and then lifted up she saw the floor and her eyes winded. Panic set in and her hands frantically sought do something..anything to save her. If she allowed the powerbomb to connect she might be in trouble. So while she was being taunted she tried to throw a punch towards her head hoping to unsteady Roni.

Her fist slam into her opponent over and over again while trying to struggle and keep her from getting the chance to commit to the move. The match was wearing down to its final minutes and every little act counted!

When Roni grabbed a hold of Cheryl, she felt good about it. The girl was rather limp and unable to stop her, and when she hoisted her up, she thought that was going to be it the moment she powerbombed her into the mat. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The cheerleader started to panic and threw punch after punch. Normally Roni would have just slammed her, down, but the pace that Cheryl was fighting back was making it difficult for her. After enough hits, Roni's weight slipped.

The Italian ended up dropping down Cheryl relatively harmlessly and fell to her back, holding her forehead and letting out a groan, stunned from the impact and the sudden fall. She was so close to finishing this, and that damn brunette managed to barely escape again. The purple-haired brawler was slowly picking herself up, hoping to beat Cheryl to it.

The punches kept coming and finally just when things looked bleak Roni instead dropped her rather then send her down the most painful way with Cheryl now hitting the floor on her side. Both fighters were on the ground and Cheryl felt her chances were there..but fleeting if she didnt get up Turning to Roni who was looking to get up as well, Cheryl tried to bring her foot up and mule kick Roni's side.

"Stay down!" Cheryl said kicking at her and keeping her from getting up before then trying to crawl towards the ropes. She needed something big and what was bigger then a final gambit off the ropes? This could go very well or very poorly but one good hit and things would go and make sure that Roni wouldnt be getting up again.
