Alaina vs Katherine Hart II: Beach Submission Match and fitness challenge

Alaina watched and was clearly impressed with Kat! She looked a bit nervous as she eyed that bar with the weight. "Oh wow.... this could be tough. I need to try to do more than that.. damn...." Alaina said to herself, but loud enough for Kat and others nearby to hear. Alaina took a deep breath, sliding a 25b weight on each side to make it 650lbs! This was more than she tried to do so she wasn't sure what to expect.

"Okay..... 650. I can do this. I can do this." Alaina said to herself as she looked over at Kat, smiling nervously. Alaina went to stand up, pushing and pressing as she slowly began to lift the weight. It looked like she was going to buckle and flop back to the ground but she had her feet underneath her, pressing and lifting up! Alaina was making slow progress but it was still progress! After another moment she stood up and stumbled a bit but she was upright with the 650lbs on her shoulders! Alaina stood straight up and kept it up, but came back down as she set the bar onto the hooks, collapsing herself on the sand looking straight up into the sky as she laid there!

"Crap.... that was a lot." Alaina said as she gasped for breath looking over at Kat clearly worn out.

"Of course you can." Katherine said to Alaina as the Amazon added more weight and gave herself reassurance. She was already keen on the very distinct possibility that Alaina was stronger than her. But Kat did have confidence that she had her friend beat in lower body strength. She'd overcome her leg fatigue and begin to rise, approaching he Alaina from behind. Kat could practically see herself in the reflection of Sanders' one piece as she held her arms out to spot her friend. 650 pounds was no joke.

"You got it, girl! Keep pushing! It's one rep! Just one rep!" The masked blonde cheered Alaina as she slowly and miraculously hoisted the bending barbell onto her shoulders and squat down. The production crew in attendance began to clap as she stood up and racked the weight. Kat stood over Alaina after she had collapsed. She bent down and grabbed the brunette's hand to begin pulling her up to her feet.

"I'm not used to see you down on your back without me being the woman who slammed ya there." Kat would say to Alaina as she began dusting the sand off her fellow heavyweight's back and backside. She'd tease Alaina with a swift smack on the thigh.

"You win out on strength, Superwoman. But we'll see what happens in the oil, won't we?" She said before sticking her tongue out at Sanders.

Alaina took a few deep breaths, happy to have help up to her feet. She chuckled as Kat playfully smacked her and the amazon looked over at her. "I think you will be disappointed at how well I can handle grappling and submissions Kat." Alaina said with a shrug. "I can't wait to disappoint you either, it will be a good win and good climb back up the ladder after losing to Linda." Alaina added, that loss still fresh in her mind as she began walking with Kat over to the small pool set up and coated with oil.

Alaina made it over and began to oil herself up, laughing as she thought of doing this all while being a soccer mom. Well, a soccer mom with muscles beyond what most other women had. It was funny either way to the 43 year old. "All right Kat I am ready when you are....." Alaina said as she crouched, showing that she was ready to go.

"Heheh, if you ever hang up the boots, you should look into taking up stand up comedy as your day job, Alaina. That was a good one. Phew, haha." The toned, scantily clad heavyweight luchadora graced the pool with her presence mere seconds after Sanders. She got a hearty laugh out of Alaina's comments. After she finished chuckling, The Super Kitty would begin to bend down and scoop handfuls of baby oil from the shallow pool to lubricate her own muscles and curves as well. The pool was sizable enough, not quite as big as a ring but big enough for there to be a few feet of distance between both heavyweights. As Kat prepared herself, she went on to give Alaina a proper rebuttal.

"You see, there's two major problems with what you said, Alaina. You're my friend and all but I've gotta keep it real with you. The first problem is that I don't plan to be disappointed at all. You can still win by pinning me. I didn't come to this match expecting to tap you out in two minutes and leave. No no no no. This ends when YOU say it ends. I'm gonna wear you down if we have to be here from till sundown. Like I said, I won't break you or anything, but understand here and now that I am not leaving this pool or this beach until you willingly give me this match by tapping out or declaring your submission...." Having finally gotten her body nice and slick, the sheen of the sunlight reflecting off her chiseled frame and voluptuous curves, Kat would begin to widen her stance to show she was ready.

"Oh and the second thing is: 'The Super Kitty' Katherine Hart, is NO ONE'S stepping stone. You narrowly squeaked out a win last time and I'll give that to you. But if you came here thinking you'd propel yourself back into contention for the heavyweight championship, you picked the wroooooong opponent. This match...and that LAW Heavyweight Championship...are mine!" Kat finished by flashing a confident grin at Alaina. She'd nod to the official outside the pool and the gal would take it as the signal to sound the bell! And the announce team begin explaining the terms of the match and the history between both girls!

The Super Kitty would get right down to business. Despite the bottom of this pool being drenched in enough oil to cover the feet of both woman, Katherine would lunge at Alaina with surprising speed! She'd crash into Alaina and crab hold her of frame and shoulders to steady herself. Katherine had acted as if she were going for a test of strength! Hart was convinced that Sanders would take the bait, despite already having proved that she was stronger, Kat figured that her brawny foe wouldn't pass up another chance to do it again!

The luchadora would attempt to slide her frame against the golden one-piece her foe was wearing and slip behind her to hug her from behind, lift her up and bring her down into the oil with a splash via a Belly to Back Slam! If all went well, Alaina would be face down in the oil with Kat on top, looking to lock down one of her limbs with a hold!

"No no you aren't a stepping stone you.... you know what, never mind." Alaina said shaking her head. "I still think you are underestimating me though, is it my age? I know I'm old than 95% of the women still active in wrestling but that doesn't mean anything." Alaina said as she circled Kat.

As things began though, Alaina was looking older and slower as Kat got behind her and grabbed Alaina lifting her up and planting her with a loud thud into the ground below! "Arggghhh!" Alaina groaned as she began to flail about, not wanting to give Kat anything to grab hold of easily! Alaina tried to squirm her way onto her back and try to lash out at Kat with her legs to keep her at a distance otherwise she knew she was in trouble from the start!

The contest between the LAW's Super Kitty and LAW's Amazon was off to a fast-paced start. Kat had managed to slam Alaina into the oil, drenching both of them and opening her foe up to further attack, but before she could find leverage to lock in a hold, Sanders squirmed her way to freedom and let off a flurry of kicks, keeping Hart a healthy distance away so that she couldn't approach safely! Upon seeing Alaina make an effort to keep her distance, Kat would channel her cat gimmick and slowly circle the pool on all fours before seamlessly rising to her feet. She kept a watchful eye on Alaina and remained keen on the idea of pouncing on her formidable foe when she found an opening. Kat's feet left ripples in the oil pool as she began to respond to her foe's previous words.

"I think that's just insecurity talking, Alaina. You know me. We have history. Heck, I give you credit over a good chunk of the LAW roster. It's about time you realize that I'm not underestimating you. No no no, girl. You're about to get The Super Kitty at 100 percent because I know better than to underestimate ya!"

With that, Kat would crouch and assume a grappling stance. She'd lunge at Alaina in an attempt to reach for the woman's shoulders for a standard Collar and Elbow lockup! If Alaina met Kat in the center of their fighting space, Kat would attempt to take initiative once again by sliding one of her feet between her foe's in an attempt to drop her with an STO! She'd follow up the move with a quick standing splash into a pin to keep Alaina on her toes and to remind her that a fall can be earned by pin, submission, or ko in this contest!

Alaina moved in for the grapple, feeling confident. However, Kat quickly proved Alaina wrong as she took her feet out and the amazon landed hard on her back! "argh.... You l- oomph!" Alaina said, before groaning as Kat landed right on top of her!

"ONE!"

Alaina's legs kicked and flailed, her shine oiled inner thighs trembling with each impact of her feet! Alaina bucked her hips up and bridged her back to roll Kat off of her right after one. Alaina knew she had to be smart about this, scrambling up to her feet as quickly as she could. She would again look to grapple Kat as they got up, but this time Alaina would do her best to return the favor but in her own way....

The amazon would try to wrap Kat up and lift, hitting her with a belly to back slam! From there Alaina would stand up and bring her own weight crashing down on Kat with a standing splash pin!

Kat earned a quick one count. She fully expected her foe to kick out quickly. In fact, she was counting on it. Fans and commentators alike had begun to discuss how they expected this match and both women to go the distance, and as they did, both Alaina and Katherine raced to their feet. They had seemed to quickly grasp some level of balance and footing in this oil ring. Enough that they were comfortable lunging at each other quickly after the pinfall attempt.

The Super Kitty came at Alaina with an expectant smirk on her face. She would try to look for an opening, but Alaina adapted surprisingly fast! Sanders slipped behind the purple-clad beauty and hoisted her off her feet for a belly to back slam! Kat's back his the floor of the ring with a thud and a splash! The impact rolled her onto her back. She'd shake her head to find her bearings and open her eyes to see The Amazon jumping up with a splash! Having already used the move in the match, herself, Kat would have a strategy in mind!

Katherine would quickly rotate her body such that she was parallel with her diving foe! She'd spread her legs to try to catch Alaina! The impact of the splash would hit her pelvis directly, but if Hart was able to tank her way through it, she'd wrap her legs around Sanders and cross her ankles to catch her with a body scissor! The two women would be facing each other if this submission succeeded! With her fellow muscular amazon in her grasp, Kat would attempt to wrap both her arms around Alaina's head and pull it into her sizable chest to turn her hold into a combination by adding a smother hold to her body scissor!

You know, there are times where I wish you were single." Kat would tease as she tried to fight using every manner of offense she could muster!

Well talk about backfires.... Alaina landed on Kat but had her torso crushed for her effort! Alaina howled out as the pressure mounted, seeing Kat's arms shooting at her. Alaina reached out to grab onto Kats wrists and at least keep her airway open as her torso was throbbing in pain! "Nice try..." Alaina said as she tried to pin Kats hands down to the ground and put her in a pinning position anyway! That would hopefully make Kat abandon the incredibly painful body scissor that she had Alaina caught in!

Katherine attempted to keep her momentum going by chaining Alaina down further with every hold she could manage! She knew that this was the ideal range to keep an opponent like the Amazon: close though that they couldn't exchange the hardest of strikes, close enough that she would keep tabs on Sanders. When Kat attempted to pull Alaina in even closer, Alaina reacted skillfully by seizing both of the luchadora's wrists and pinning then down for an impromptu pin!

When Alaina forced Hart down onto her back, it was immediately obvious to Kat that her shirt term strategy was to force a break with this pin! The officials just outside the oil pool would take note of the situation and begin a count!

ONE....!

"Oh, you're funny!" Katherine said in reaction. A woman of Kat's technical expertise new just how to react in this mat wrestling type situations! She'd raise her hips and bridge upwards, nearly onto her head to both force a break and nearly double the amount of pressure her mighty, toned legs were applying to Alaina's waist! The sun would reflected off those flexed, oiled up quads as Kat straightened her legs and poured on the pressure!

"No ropes and no rope breaks! Where ya gonna go?!" Hart said confidently as she tried to wrestle momentum back from The Amazon and put her on the defensive whilst wearing her down considerably!
