Irish Shots! - Erin Quinn & Blaise Cameron

Resilience, she'll find, is perhaps the greatest strength Blaise has. So it may come as a shock when his groan turns into a weak snicker. "All ya need for that is that pretty accent," he muses up at her, eyes focusing on her face from his vantage point on his back.

She'll find little resistance when she draws him up and settles in behind him. Her arms get around his neck, and he makes a little wheeze sound when the pressure builds. "Mnh..!" His hands move to her arms, gripping and pulling, attempting to pry her loose. "Gh.. you.. wish..!," he offers with his failing ability to communicate.

"Keep that up and I'm really gonna pummel you." Erin replied to the compliment. It wasn't long before she had Blaise actually breathless and prying at her arms. She'd enjoy squeezing a bit harder, just to prove her point. "What's a matter? You're not talking as much. Tap out whenever you want" The redhead taunted. She kept her grip on Blaise but let up a little on the choke. She was looking for a tap out, not a knockout.

Erin would continue to hold her sparring partner in place, constricting her arms every so often to keep up the discomfort. She was quite comfortable in this position and it wasn't terribly tiring. If Blaise wanted to waste his energy by not tapping she'd gladly let him.

"You're.. huggin'... the wrong... way...," Blaise replies. His fingers bite into her arms, pulling a bit more frantically. His right hand leaves the struggle, however, in favor of groping about behind himself in search of something more productive. The hand paws back, finding her hair - but he doesn't grip that. Even struggling as he is for freedom, he isn't going to resort to hair-pulling. The hand probes a bit more, patting at her face blindly.

His legs begin kicking against the mat, albeit useless in this situation.

"That sounds like a you problem." Erin says, shrugging off his comment. She continues to squeeze but Blaise's frantic struggling is making life a bit difficult. The redhead can feel him groping around, his hand now on her face. "Ugh will you stop that." She complains. It isn't too effective but it's uncomfortable and could be dangerous. Erin didn't need Blaise poking blindly at her face. Finally his efforts are rewarded when Erin lets go and pushes him forward.

"This is why I hate submissions." The redhead sighed before getting up to her feet. She'd much rather manhandle her foe than try to deal with holding them in place.

Blaise is trying to avoid poking her eyes or anything! Honest! At most, he's hoping to bat her about the head to convince her to let him go. It's awkward and fumbly, and probably wouldn't work too effectively in a normal match, but he seems to've discouraged her submission efforts here!

Who knows, maybe there's some merit to blindly pawing around?

Once released and shoved forward, Blaise shifts onto hands and knees. His right hand moves to his collar, and he gives his head a shake. Slower than her in recovering for obvious reason, he climbs to his feet again and hopes to catch her off guard with a low punch aimed for her stomach!

Erin was able to quickly get to her feet. She seemed much less worn out than Blaise. The teen wasn't near done yet though and launched a surprise punch to the redhead's stomach. "Gughh!" She groaned, once again hit in the gut and now doubled over. "Try something else!" She groaned. She realized though if she kept getting hit by a move there was no reason for her opponent to change tactics.

Erin would stumble back a few steps and try to back up to the ropes. She wanted to rest against them until she was able to catch her breath. She would only need a few seconds but she doubted that was time that Blaise was going to give her. She'd most likely get hit again instead, something she was not looking forward to.

Blaise has not yet begun to defy expectations with his ability to simply not die. With the number of times he's frustrated and exhausted opponents, people might expect the name on his ID to read:

GOD, DAMN

And when his fist sinks into her midsection, earning another opening, he happily takes advantage of it. "Alright!," he chirps. He won't sock her in the gut again. Instead, he'll shoot for something different. His hands grab for her head to yank her off the ropes and shove her a few steps towards the center. He wouldn't want her grabbing the ropes immediately, after all!

Arms then hook for her waist, attempting to suddenly cinch her feminine frame against his masculine form. Biceps pump quickly, clamping on her lower back. If caught, her hips will be ground into his, her breasts mashed to his toned pecs, and her belly crushed against his sleek abs.

Erin felt herself being pulled towards Blaise. She didn't quite like what was happening but she appreciated the fact that he didn't yank her hair. One of the benefits of this being just a spar she guessed. Still though it was apparent that her sparring partner didn't intend to make things comfortable for her.

She felt herself pulled up against Blaise's body and then squeezed tightly. "Urrrg...let go!" The redhead groaned as her frame was pushed against his. She immediately started squirming around but that did little more than rub her body against his. It looked like Blaise was actually going to make her break a sweat, a fact that she was made aware of as some of it was now sliding down her body.

"Ok...enough of this." Erin commented. She'd first just try to power out of the bearhug and just hope her strength would be enough to break Blaise's grip. Overpowering her opponent was always Erin's first choice of action.

Erin was likely used to wrestling with smaller opponents, however. She'll find that Blaise is a strapping young lad with a vicegrip on her waist, and very disinclined to let her go.

The squirming reinforces his determination to weaken her. Biceps pump, streamlined arms clamping down tighter, grinding her bare belly against his abs. His back arches to push himself more into her, straining to to crush her as much as he can as fast as he can, tightening a little every time he feels her exhale. And he can definitely feel those exhales like this. His heart races against her chest, every squirm she makes emphasized. His muscles tighten against her, rubbing into her sweat-glistened skin. Every heated breath washes over her face, bright blue eyes locked onto hers.

"Not a chance...," he murmurs back to her.

"Grr...damn it!" Erin groaned as she was unable to just power out of Blaise's grasp. Currently she was just squirming against her sparring partner which was not part of her plan today. She had to admit though he was sure strong. She didn't expect to be crushed like this today. It would take more than that to defeat the Irish brawler though and she was quick to try and prove that fact. The redhead brought her arm back and would try to drive her fist into Blaise's side. "Too...tight." She commented before repeating the maneuver for good measure. "And too...close." She said.

Right now Erin was just hoping that she could get Blaise to loosen his grip, maybe even let go altogether. She was starting to feel the pain and breathing was becoming difficult the longer she was kept pressed against Blaise's chest.
