Alaina vs Katherine Hart II: Beach Submission Match and fitness challenge

Alaina wasn't sure what to think of this idea. She hoped it was good but part of her was a bit self conscious of it. She was set to face Kat in a little strength challenge at the beach before the two had a submission match in oil. Alaina knew Kat would have more dexterity in the oil than her, and Alaina wasn't sure how she felt about her bikini attire. To hammer home her feel of wrestling royalty Alaina was in a metallic purple bikini with gold lining, currently covered up completely by a long white ring robe that covered everything other than her face and bare feet. Did Kat have a bit of an edge in submission matches against her? Yes. Was this a great challenge that Alaina felt like she could pull off given her recent momentum? Absolutely. She beat Kat in a cage so if she could win here as a slight underdog then it would help her build her case for that heavyweight title....

Alaina came out of a tent and made her way towards their little arena with a table, some gym equipment and the oil wrestling ring all set up. Alaina was going to work out some of her nerves when they two arm wrestled and went about their various lifting contests before the actual match. The amazon took a deep breath and held her arms out taking in the cheers as she highfived many among the crowd on her confident strut down towards the table where the two powerhouses would arm wrestle to kick things off!

Alaina got to the table and did a small spin, keeping her robe on for a bit of a reveal. She had put in a ton of work to bulk up and firm up since her initial return. She could only hope showing off her body in a bikini had the same effect on the crowd that it used to years ago...

Katherine was eager to see this match through. The Super Kitty didn't come to this contest expecting a free win. She was and is the very definition of a hardworking superstar that earned her keep. Almost invariably, Hart would find herself being humble in victory and graceful in defeat. Her loss to Alaina in their recent cage match was narrow, but it was a match that she was proud to have fought to the end. "Amazon" Alaina Sanders was a woman that Katherine was proud to have as a friend and rival. And that relationship would be echoed and reciprocated with Alaina's challenge in this match. Most fans would tune in to watch two curvy toned women show off on the beach and wrestle each other in a shallow pit of oil. But most trained pros and longtime fans would dissect the details even further.

This was a very specific challenge made by Alaina to Katherine. A match in which she'd test her own coordination and dexterity against a more technical wrestler's. Alaina had proven that she had all the brawn and toughness that anyone could ask of a wrestler anywhere, including the premiere wrestling company, LAW. And like any tried and true professional, she sought to prove herself by jumping headfirst into new match types and stipulations. But was she overconfident in challenging a notable submission/technical pro like Katherine to an oil match at the beach? Was Katherine's momentum/case for the LAW Heavyweight title every bit as valid as Alaina's? We were about to find out.

The set up for the fitness competitions and subsequent match were out in the open on the beach as opposed to in an enclosed space like a typical arena match. Katherine walked out of the setup area and hit a calm, confident stride towards her fellow powerhouse and heavyweight wrestler!

"Alaina!" The masked blonde bombshell called out to Alaina. She was clad in a satin, purple robe. The garment hid Katherine's notable curves and assets quite well. And this would be made very apparent when she wasted very little time by doing a quick spin and removing the robe, tossing it to the side to reveal a rather form-fitting, high waisted, deep v-neck one-piece swimsuit that matches the robe in color! The juxtaposition between robed Kat and swimsuit Kat was stunning. The production crew would be immediately drawn to the curvy yet toned and muscular luchadora's glistening frame. It was evident that Hart had oiled herself up prior to coming out. The noticeably sunlight bounced off her triceps and quads.

"You know, I still can't believe this whole thing was your idea. But I won't complain!" She said before moving in closer. Kat would get chest to chest, almost nose to nose with the Amazon before staring her down with an excited and confident smile.

"I asked for a rematch and you gave me one. So don't you doubt for even a second that I won't give you all you can handle and then some!"

Alaina was happy to have a match like this against Kat. She did owe Kat a rematch which she always planned to follow through with. She also wanted to beat Kat at her own game as well, it was a challenge to Alaina and a way to show that despite her age she was a threat for the LAW Heavyweight belt. Alaina was wearing a shining silver bikini, the metallic sheen matching her oiled body in the sunlight. She saw Kat coming and nodded to her. "Hey! Good to see you and damn you look great!" Alaina said giving a little clap as Kat turned and spun about.

"I know this is your speciality in a way, but don't think that you can take me lightly just because of that! I came to win too." Alaina said with a wink. "Don't set loose your training buddies on me after I win again though, I may be too winded to face all them. How is that all going anyway?" Alaina asked, trying to find out how WiP was holding up. She knew Kat trained some new folks but didn't know much else. Alaina sort of had that going on under one roof of her large not quite mansion. "I heard ya have a couple women I know in there who might be good someday like Ducky and who are really good already like Erin." Alaina said, knowing they had a moment to speak before their event officially began.

Katherine rolled her eyes at Alaina's comment about looking forward to winning again. But a smile quickly returned to the toned, oil-up luchadora's face. She'd forego the chance to retaliate with a verbal jab of her own and instead opted to save the blows for their scheduled match. With a hand on her hip, Kat would lean against the table Sanders had spun on to chat with her good friend as if she were just that: a friend as opposed to the fierce rivals that they tended to be when it came to facing one another. At the end of the day, win or lose, Katherine valued their interactions and their drive to bring out the best in one another.

"It's going pretty well! The group's growing actually. We're not even actively recruiting. But Lauren Fredericks and Ducky Williams both decided to join us. We'll definitely be doing training exercises and spars regularly. You should come by sometime, Alaina! It'd give us a chance to team up, even if it's just as trainers/the more senior wrestlers at Work In Progress."

Kat would hear out Alaina's reply. She figured the Amazon would offer more discussion centered around WiP. When she found the moment, she'd interject.

"Yep, lots of promising ladies in the group. They all have bright futures. I can't say what will become of each of them, but I can say what will become of you in the near future. You don't tap easily, Alaina. Which is why I'm looking forward to getting my hands on you." Kat said with a confident grin.

"You'll be quite the challenge, but if there's any gal at LAW that can get it done, it's yours truly. I'll probably use a bodylock to finish you off so that I don't break anything on you. The last thing I'd ever want is to intentionally put you on the shelf."

"That is good to hear and I would like that! If ya need a personal trainer at the gym for anyone of them just go bug my nephew. He needs clients over at the gym." Alaina said with a chuckle. "I would love to stop by though and train with you guys if you'll have me. It would be a lot of fun to meet new people!" Alaina said.

As Kat discussed the match Alaina shrugged and smiled. "It is good that I don't break easily. I think even you will be surprised how good I am at submissions. I know I am the underdog in this match but I am all right with that. It isn't the first time the odds have been against me." Alaina said with a wink.

No sooner had that been said than an official walked over and greeted both women. "All right ladies what challenge is gonna happen first? I was told it was all up to you guys so just lemme know and we can go from there." The referee had stated as they stood there.

"I won last match.... so I will let ya pick if we face off now or do some fitness stuff first." Alaina said standing tall with her hands on her hips as she awaited Kat's answer.

Katherine nodded and tilted her head. She'd be sure to remember to invite Alaina the next time she hung out with the WiP stable. After the official swooped in to prompt both women to get started, the blonde would answer Sanders' commentary on her odds and well as offer answer on her choice between starting the match or fitness competitions.

"Eh, I wouldn't get too hung up on the underdog stuff. Underdogs win all the time. Heck, most people believed I was the favorite to win in our last match, but you squeaked out a victory. This time, though, I'm ready for ya." The luchadora stuck her tongue out briefly towards Alaina before turning to the striped shirt man beside them.

"Let's start with any of the fitness contests. Maybe benching? For me, wrestling will always be the main course. So let's work our way there." Hart decided whilst hitting a slow, but capitavating stride towards the free weights.

"Fair enough, but I dunno how much of a favorite anyone is in a cage with me...." Alaina said waging a finger at Kat. She made her way to the bench and settled down on it. "Okay I will set it for what I did best last time at the gym.....330." Alaina said as the crowd clapped. She began putting plates on and set herself down, laying and looking up at the sky as she grasped the bar. With a grunt Alaina lift it up and lowered it down! She held it and began pushing up slowly and steadily, the 187lb lady pressing up 330lbs! Alaina cried out at the end her progress slowing for a second before she pushed it up, locking her arms out and getting the rep!

Alaina set it back on the hooks and sat up, gasping and looking tired after successfully lifting the weight. "Okay..... your turn now." Alaina said before standing up and moving away, her legs slightly wobbly as she eagerly watched Kat.

"Yeah, yeah" The blonde bombshell said as she shooed Alaina along towards the weights. When Sanders boasted about her impressive single rep best, a whopping 330 lbs, Kat's eyes widened. The staff had already done them the kindness of setting up the requested weight on the bar. They were colored and looked about as cartoonishly large as they sounded. All persons moved along to the equipment area set up on the beach to see these women two pit their fitness levels against one another!

"I always knew you were strong, ridiculously strong. But 330 on bench press?!" She exclaimed with a raised eyebrow as the toned brunette laid down to begin pumping. With raised eyebrows, Kat looked on as the Amazon engaged every muscle in her body to hoist that bar clean off the rack and overhead. After getting over the initial shock, Katherine would join the rest of the folks in attendance and the many who were watching at home in their applause. However impossible the feat seemed, Alaina had pulled it off.

Kat would help Alaina off the bench and off to the side. She showed concern for her wobbly friend, but she knew Alaina would be alright.

"I gotcha. My turn. Just try to take it easy, girl. I don't know who you were trying to impress, but I won't be challenging you to a contest of strength anytime soon, that's for sure."

After tending to Alaina, the purple-clad heavyweight would approach the equipment. She'd begin unracking some weight.

"I know for a fact that I can't do 330, even if it's just one rep....I'va always had the strength to contend with my opponents. And I'm a wrestler, not a bodybuilder. But you're something else, Alaina. This is the most I know I can do on the spot....290..." Kat began getting into position. She knew that lifting a smaller amount of weight would already discount her from winning this portion of the fitness contest. Still, the luchadora wanted to show what she could do. Having been an inch shorter than Alaina and nearly ten pounds lighter, many might have suspected that she'd lift only slightly less. But Hart visibly strained. She shook and went a little red in the face while lifting that bar. With a sudden jolt of strength, however, the Super Kitty pushed up in a quick motion and locked her arms, holding the weight up for several seconds before slowly resting it back on the bar. She'd sit up and look at Alaina. With a deep exhale, she'd explain.

"Phew, that has me winded....you win when it comes to benching. I've always prided myself more on functional strength and expertise....So....! What's next?"

Alaina nodded as Kat put up her 290lbs. "That is still very impressive Kat and I too have a good bit of functional strength." Alaina said with a wink. "I was thinking maybe squats or something like that next? However I am cool with letting you pick something else if you like." Alaina said with a shrug, standing there with her hands on her hips swaying back and forth a bit, looking over at the crowd and giving them a wave. She was still surprised that the powers that be had requested this contest at the beach. She didn't think she could turn heads like this anymore. Then again Kat was also here and was an incredible package of power, fitness and beauty so that was likely a very big reason for the location as well as attire.

The two were certainly turning heads. After making sure Alaina was good to go, Kat took initiative and walked over to the squat rack.

"Sure, I'm more confident in my squatting than I am in my benching!" Kat said as she began setting up her desired weight on the bar. She'd turn to see Alaina waving and swiveling her hips. Hart, being the talkative type, of course, chose to comment on it.

"So did you do a beach thing so that you could make all the fans jealous? Because now they're all seeing how that bod of yours isn't just all show, hehe." As she finished her statement, the toned blonde beauty finished racking the plates on the bar. She'd waste little time ducking under it before impressively standing and propping the barbell onto her shoulders. She'd step away from the rack and begin bending, going slightly red in the face whilst squatting down slowly before rising up and stepping towards the rack to rerack the weight!

"That's....the most I've done in a long while...4 plates on each side...plus an additional twenty....600 pounds clean..." Hart struggled to breathe and paused as she explained how much weight she just moved. She'd plop down the sand on her but and rest while gesturing to Alaina to go right ahead.
