Astrid Ostberg vs. Kennedy Lee

Astrid was indeed caught up in the heat of the moment, and she didn't know Kennedy backstage, so it wasn't any surprise that she would take her act too seriously. It would later come as a relief for Astrid to know that Kennedy wasn't really trying to make a mockery of the ref, and that she was just putting on a show. Luckily for her, Astrid wasn't the type to hold grudges often, and she was a forgiving person, so she wouldn't let it slow her down.

Now, though, in the moment, things were different. Astrid was incensed at the thought of Kennedy being so underhanded. And she was going to teach her a lesson. After Kennedy landed, the Norwegian woman rolled over on top of her, pressing against her back as she got into position to execute a camel clutch.

Kennedy groaned at the Camel Clutch as she was stretched back by Astrid, but Kennedy knew she wasn’t going to down this easily. She held onto Astrid’s legs and lifted her up on her shoulders and placed her horizontally and then went for a Samoan Drop!

Astrid took in a breath as she pulled back harder still on her opponent's jaw, intent on lasting this out. Kennedy was an opponent who was testing her skills, and she was proving herself plenty worthy as a competitor. Astrid was impressed, but more to the point, she knew that she had to put up a good fight. Someone as strong as Kennedy was proving herself to be wouldn't go down from anything but Astrid's very best efforts, and she was going to do what she had to.

But she was so absorbed in her efforts to get Kennedy secured in the camel clutch, Astrid hadn't expected her opponent to try and sneak up on her like this. She let out a brief gasp as she felt herself being pushed up, with Kennedy soon powering out of her clutches. From there, the Amazon Queen continued, lifting Astrid up onto her shoulders. Astrid tried to offset her position by kicking at Kennedy from where she was, but alas, it was too late. Kennedy then fell backwards, letting Astrid hit the canvas hard. She coughed and gasped as her back bounced up from the impact, before she came to a stop, in a daze.

Kennedy roared to the crowd and banged her chest as the crowd booed her. Kennedy then dropped an covered Astrid hooking her right leg. The ref girl slumped down on the mat.

“ONE!”

"TWO!"

Astrid was panting, laid out flat as she tried to get the air back in her lungs. Kennedy had gotten in a nasty blow, and she was left winded from the impact, especially when it had come up on her from behind, when she wasn't expecting it. But she knew she had to fight, and that to give in would just be handing the win off to Kennedy. Astrid couldn't do that! Taking in a deep breath, she kicked her weight to the side before managing to break the pin just before the count of three.

Kennedy felt Astrid kick out of the pin as she growled and smack the mat. She got up as the crowd booed her and cheered for Astrid to recover. She grabbed the blonde by the hair and lifted her up getting her in a wrenching headlock. She punched astrid in the head multiple times trying to make her dizzy.

As Astrid kicked out, Kennedy was quick to grab her by the hair and haul her up. The Norwegian tried to retaliate, throwing a jab back at Kennedy's side as she was hauled up, but it didn't seem to slow her down much, as she soon ended up in her grasp, with Kennedy squeezing down hard on Astrid's head.

The Norwegian wrestler struggled against the pressure, twisting her head back and forth to try and loosen the vise-like grip that closed down on her. But Kennedy wasn't done, and she threw some punches into her head, knocking Astrid's vision this way and that as she reeled around in a daze. Even as Astrid was dizzied, she was intent on fighting back. Clenching her teeth, she threw an elbow behind her, aimed for Kennedy's ribs.

Kennedy growled in pain as she was elbowed in the ribs. She growled at her opponent as she tried for a Forearm Smash to the blonde’s face.

It soon became clear to everyone that a brawl was afoot as the two women furiously traded blows in the center of the ring. Astrid elbowed Kennedy, only to be met with a forearm smash herself before she went reeling from the impact. Her feet idly struck the canvas in front of her as she stumbled around, trying to find her footing. In desperation, Astrid grabbed for Kennedy's arm as it encircled her head, struggling to push it off.

Kennedy was pushed off by Astrid and the blonde went for another punch, but Kennedy grabbed her arm in another Armbar and elbowed it. She then grabbed Astrid by the throat and signaled for the Amazon Spike. She growled at Astrid.

“Me...Queen! You....meat!”
