Astrid Ostberg vs. Kennedy Lee

As Kennedy lunged forward, Astrid was tackled off her feet, and the two of them landed together on the mat, side by side. Astrid panted, taking a moment to catch her breath. But she wouldn't go down easy, and she reached behind her to grab for Kennedy and pull her closer. If she got that off, Astrid would try and flip her back onto the canvas in the aims of slowing down her recovery and buying herself some time.

Kennedy tackled Astrid down as the two started fighting for the top position. First, Kennedy, Astrid, Kennedy, Astrid until Astrid solely remained on top, but Kennedy tried pushing the Norwegian off her disrupting Astrid’s time in the spotlight.

Astrid tried to get on top of Kennedy, but the jungle woman clearly had other plans as the two jostled for position, no one holding her spot for long. It looked to be anyone's game as the two went rolling back and forth, each trying to pin the other before her opponent managed to buck her off and take her place. Eventually, it was Astrid who managed to hold the top position - but before she could close on it, Kennedy bucked at her, sending her off balance.

The blonde huffed, quickly managing to catch herself on her hands and knees. Not one to let anything slow her down, no matter what, Astrid kicked behind her, seeing if she could catch Kennedy with her boot.

Kennedy was bashed in the face with a boot as Kennedy groaned and hisses in pain.

“Blonde woman...pay!” She yelled.

After landing the hit on Kennedy, Astrid spun back around, rising to her knees as she glared down over her with her hands on her hips. Kennedy may have tried to taunt Astrid, but the Norwegian wasn't having it.

"Oh, no, I don't think so!" she said, dropping from her position to go for an elbow drop onto Kennedy's stomach.

Kennedy grunted and groaned as she rolled out of the ring as she tried catching her breath. Kennedy walked around the ring as the ref began the count and reached 3 before scolding Kennedy to get back in.

“Come on, Kennedy! Get back in!” The ref girl scolded.

Astrid tried to land an elbow drop on her prone opponent, but to her surprise, she would only land on the unforgiving canvas. She let out a gasp as she landed on her arm, reaching to cradle her elbow in her other hand as she rolled off to the side, trying to bear through the pain, and all the while unaware of what Kennedy might be plotting.

The ref got to a count of 7 before Kennedy slid in. Seeing her plan work, she started pouncing all over Astrid with her hands scratching Astrid and pretending to prey upon her. The ref separates the two and scolded Kennedy and threaten to disquiet her if she acted like that again. Kennedy growled at the ref as the crowd booed her massively. Kennedy landed a few stomps in Astrid with her bare feet.

And then suddenly, before Astrid knew it, Kennedy was upon her. The Norwegian first felt her opponent's weight slam into her before she was beset by Kennedy scratching and slapping at her. Letting out a yelp, Astrid bucked and kicked in an attempt to try and shake Kennedy off of her, but to no avail, as it would take the intervention of the ref girl to get her to stop.

Astrid thought her torment was over, and she lay there panting for breath. But then, she saw Kennedy growling at the referee! That was a step too far. Astrid could deal with cheating, maybe, but if someone was going out of their way to spite the very foundations their contest was built upon? No. That wasn't something she could allow. Her eyes went wide, and she glared back at Kennedy, joining the audience in their chorus of booing. "You're a disgrace!" she called back. But before Astrid could say anything else, she was abruptly cut off when Kennedy stomped at her gut. She coughed and gasped as she bucked up from the mat. And then came another, and another. Astrid was starting to get jostled by this, but it also just hardened her resolve. She was going to win this, and she wouldn't let Kennedy get away with pushing her around. As the Amazon Queen raised her foot for the next blow, Astrid shot a hand up to try and catch her by the leg. If that worked, she would roll to the side to sweep Kennedy off her footing.

Kennedy felt a little hurt by the disgrace comment as she was only in character and doing what was told of her. Guess some people took her too seriously. Whatever, she was having fun and she didn’t hate Astrid. She would explain herself after the match. However, her thoughts shifted to pain as Astrid sweeped her off her feet and she landed down on the canvas.
