OPEN THREAD. Moonyoung is recruiting!

It was another night at LAW arena. The crowd was waiting for another fight and soon Moonyoung came out through the entrance with her music starting to play.

Moonyoung was carrying a mic while she was walking towards the ring but with no fancy movements, no high fives. She simply walked towards the ring, but then went around it where the commentators were sitting. Get up. Moonyoung said and motioned for them to lift their asses off their chairs. Moonyoung picked up the three chairs and walked into the ring with them, throwing them in first then following after them.

The Korean places two chains directly against each other in the middle of the ring, while there would be one chair in between the two chair. The middle chair would be turned to the side. Moonyoung put some sort of documents on the middle chair, the kind of documents where you have to sign for something. Lee herself would sit on one of the remaining chairs, the one that would face toward the entrance. It was as if she was waiting for someone. Moonyoung lifted her mic up to her mouth and spoke as she sat on the chair.

So, I understand you people must be wondering ''what the hell is going on here?'' and to that my answer would be this - Probably not many of you know that back in Korea, I am a boxing trainer in my own gym. So I thought ''why can't I do the same here, in LAW's gym?'' Well, the big boss of LAW told me that for me to become an official trainer, I should get at least a few student signatures which would mean that some people consider me an actual trainer. I took a moment to think about how should I go about getting those signatures and now here I am. This is the place where everyone's attention is focused on, spectators and wrestlers alike. So, now I have a suggestion for anyone out there who is watching this - If any of you want to learn how to punch, then feel free to come here and sign this document. Moonyoung would point her finger at the document that was on the middle chair (And yes, there is a pen, too).

God knows that many girls in LAW are in great need of learning how to punch properly... Moonyoung would finish up her invitation with this remark causing a mixed reaction in the crowd.

This is an open thread. You are free to come and either sign up, trash talk, troll or outright attack Moonyoung, although there might be consequences for that. If one person decides to attack the boxer, then you can also try to come to her rescue. However, with all that in mind, the main purpose of the thread still is for Moonyoung to get some potential trainees that want to up their punching/boxing skill.

“Hardcore Country” rings out as Breanna Laney comes down to the ring. She smiles and high-fives the fans as she slides into the ring and grabs a mic from ringside and stares down at Moonyoung. She sees the document and then brings the mic to her mouth.

“Ah’m pretty interested in this concept of boxing in LAW and I just got here. I’ve done a little bit of boxing myself and I can’t say I’m the best, but I’m very hardheaded and I won’t go down unless you kill me-not literally though. I think I’ll take my chances and maybe even learn some things for wrestling under your tutledge.” Breanna said.

The next girl stepping out into the open, without any music playing in the background. She was quite small… but still a belt around her belly. She would look around a bit shy. The girl was wearing a hoody and a pair of trainings pants and was no other than the first ever woman to win a title in law… the first ever loser champion herself Karin. The stuff members did even find her to unimportant to play music for her and she was denied a microphone when she wanted to come out here. And whenever she was around an LAW owned area she was forced to carry her championship belt with her. So she would go down to the ring, under the laughing reaction of the crowed. Some people where throwing empty bottles and some food at her. She would try to not react to much to it but it was quite hard to hide how much this was hurting her right now. She would walk down very slowly to the ring and slide into it under the bottom rope.

She would slowly get up, to the loud chore chanting of the crowed: “LOSER!” She would bit her lips while walking over to the Korean woman.

“Hello there… I heard you offer backstage” she would say, with a loud voice and with confidence. She would look moonyoung right into the eyes showing that her fire didn´t go out yet. She would step up to moonyoung. “I want to be one of your trainee, please. Please teach me how to fight. I saw some of your matches I saw how strong you are, what a good fighter. You don´t take shit from no one, you just put them down if you want to… Please I know I can never be as good as you. But please I want to become stronger. I want to get rid of this piece of junk metal around my waste. Please help me get stronger. I want to become a real fighter, I want to be someone the people respect!”

Karin would turn her hands into fists waiting for a respond of the other woman, feeling how her knees were shaking a little bit.

Moonyoung first heard the music, then saw the girl entering and walking towards the ring. The girl was probably bigger than Moonyoung and it kinda looks strange when a big woman is asking a small woman to teach her, but you know what they say... It's not the size that matters.

The girl approached and began talking. She was pretty humble but forgot to introduce herself as did Moonyoung... That is flattering that you say this without even knowing me. My name is Moonyoung Lee, by the way, and who might you be? But before you answer - Please, take a seat, there are three chairs here for a reason. Moonyoung would suggest the woman to take a seat as both would introduce themselves.

If this evening goes well, i'd be in the gym from 12:00 AM till 21:00 PM, From Monday to Friday. If you have any questions feel free to ask, if not then you can sign in here Moonyoung would show the spot where to write her signature in. By the way, I've forgot to mention that there is a small fee... Moonyoung would say when she heard the audience laugh. The Korean thought that it was because she cracked a sick joke just now, but when they started to chant ''LOSER'', she looked around a little and saw another girl slip into the ring.

The girl said hello and looked the boxer in the eyes, but the boxer's eyes were locked on one thing - the girl's belt. If she carried a belt, she must've been a champion, which meant she was a big deal around here. However, when Lee read what was written, she almost burst. Pffghuuhahahahahaha!! Ahem! Hmm, excuse me, i just couldn't control myself after seeing that belt. Moonyoung burst in laughter when she read what was written, it was ''Loser's Chumpion''... I'm really sorry about that one, it caught me by surprise...

Then Moonyoung heard Karin's plea to accept her as a trainee. She didn't really expect that people would beg for her to train them... I think i like you, i'm gonna pay special attention to you and make you a fighter, girl! And if you heard what i said about the working hours and the fee, then you can sign up here and come to the LAW gym whenever you want during that time.

Breanna was silent and read over the signing sheet before she writes her signature officially becoming a trainee for Moonyoung to train and up her skills.

“My name is Breanna Laney. Sorry about not saying something earlier.” Breanna spoke as she blushed from slight embrassment.

Although, she did feel bad for how Karin was being treated as she was the Loser’s Champion. Sure, she had that belt and probably didn’t win much, but that was no reason to be horrible towards her. Breanna figured that’s just how people operated over here, but she shot a glare when Moonyoung laughed at Karin.

Karin would see how the woman would laugh at her when she saw the title up from close. The would pull her fists even thither together, biting onto the front of her lips for a few seconds, trying to restrict the urge to slap that woman across the face as hard as she could. Meanwhile she should be used to being threaded like that, especially after all the stuff people did to her backstage, but it wasn´t starting to be less hurtful .Every time she was reminded of how much she was failing everyone , over and over again, by first getting qualified for this belt and then winning it and now being stuck to it… This laughing of Moonyoung would make the crowed only cheer “loser” louder, thinking that moonyoung was agreeing with them.

Karin would stop biting her lips and would breathe in deeply calming herself again. She wasn´t sure if that woman was the right one to train her. She was a strong fighter for sure, but what she was having in fighting and physical strength she was defiantly lacking in mental and morals. Karin would listen to what the other woman had to say before she would decide to give her another chance. The Japanese girl would grab one of the chairs pulling it away from the table to sit down onto it. She would look at the possible trainer.

“yeah I have a few questions actually.” She would say looking on the contracts. “what are the advantage of your gym over the normal law gym, besides having you as a trainer? The law gym´s themselves are pretty high-tech. And there are a lot of different gyms around. Like the iron heaven from Alix noir. What would make yours better then these?”
She would make a short break before going on. “and what would be your trainings idea, plan or philosophy? ”

The girl would look moonyoung into the eyes waiting for an answer.

What are the advantages of my gym? Well, that's irrelevant, unless you're interested in moving to Korea... Here in Japan, I'll be working in the nearest LAW gym. If you have complaints about the level of tech, well then file a complaint to the CEO of LAW, that isn't really my responsibility. My responsibility is turning jobbers into badasses, or at least to something as close to that as possible. And What would make mine better than the others? The fact that the others don't have me in them. Moonyoung would answer most of the question with a bit of sense of humour, yet with honesty.

So, about that last question... The only thing I can promise you is honesty. I won't say ''good job'' if you won't be doing well. That goes vice versa as well. First of all, It will depend a great deal on your effort and willingness to learn - nobody would be able to teach you anything if you don't put effort into it. So, if you got that covered, then here's the plan - First, we'll have to find out what you're best at and what you're worst at, then after we figure that out, we'll apply that to a style of boxing. Of course, I'll enlighten you about a few other martial arts but only the theory and basic principles of martial arts in general. Also, I'll teach a proper discipline, the kind of discipline that will help you remain calm in a fight and under pressure.

Moonyoung would stand up and pat Karin on her head. If all goes well, you'll find out that you can literally punch above your weight. Look at me, for example - I'm smaller than the both of you, yet I can go up against Heavyweights quite comfortably.

“Just as long as I don’t look like a fool. I’m a hard-worker so this is up my ally. I wasn’t good in boxing too much.” Breanna explained as she blushed.

She was at least grateful that Moonyoung was a decent teacher and knows what she would be doing.

A hard worker? Very good then. Hard worker types can always be taught something. So you tried boxing and it didn't work out? What was wrong? You look like a strong chick to me, it's hard to imagine someone like you would have trouble in boxing... Moonyoung would stand up and lift both of her hands and have her palms face Breanna. Okay then, while we're waiting for someone else to show up, you can show me your punch. Come on girl, give me your best shot. Moonyoung would try to encourage the girl to show her what she's got, maybe that could give some ideas on how to improve this girl already.

Oh and by the way, you don't have to stay here, unless you want to hang out... Well, if that's the case then it's a shame that I didn't bring any snacks, dang it!

Breanna saw moonyoung put both palms out in front of her as she raised her fists and gave the hardest punch she could. However, it came to be an average punch as it hit Moonyoung’s left palm back a little bit. Breanna didn’t know if that was at least decent as she was a kicker and not much for using her fists unless it’s a shoot fight or if she really needs them. Then again, that’s not to say she was weak, just more of a kicker in wrestling since her legs were long and more flexible than anything.

“How was that?” Breanna asked her new teacher as she eagerly awaited results.
