Drinking with your opponent

Samus would kick the door to the bar open and the stuff workers would welcome her warmly. The Blond woman would smile looking around. It was quite late and the bar was quite full. The blond woman would stop in the doorframe and lift her arm up calling over to the bartender, who was showing at chair right in front of the counter. Surprisingly the counter was quite empty at the moment. So samus would waste little time and would walk over there, taking a seat right in front of the bartender.
“So Saki, tell me how is my favorite bartender doing right now?” She would say with a big smile on her face. Some Smalltalk would go down where the two would talk for a bit while samus was already ordering her first bear. She would tell him that tonight she signed a contract for a very big match on the next ppv. That she was facing some woman called Moonyoung, the bartender would tell her that he has heard this name before but he couldn´t put his finger on it right away.
So Samus would explain him who she was, the two would chat for a while.

Unknown to herself, Moonyoung has followed Sammy into the same bar. There was about a minutes worth of distance between them. Lee isn't the type to be visiting bars, but she wanted something to drink and it was quite late already, with most of the shops being closed, while a bar usually works late evenings or even full nights. Not to mention that the said bar was the nearest place that sells something.

Moonyoung entered through the door and walked over straight to the bar counter, not really paying much attention to anyone or anything else as she would take a seat.
''What can i get for you, Miss?'' The bartender would ask.
I'll take some juice and put some ice in it, thanks... Moonyoung ordered as she soon realized that ordering juice in a bar is... Well, lame, all the while being oblivious that she's sitting right next to her future opponent.

Samus would suddenly notice that someone was suddenly sitting right next to her. The big blond woman would take a sip from her ice cold beer lifting it up high. Then she would slowly turn her head without putting the bottle down. She would rip her eyes wide open, not believing who was sitting right there. She would need to hold back the urge to spit out the beer. She wasn´t able to say anything at first. Did this woman follow her here… was she some kind of stalker? Samus was just above to talk to her, when moonyoung was talking to the bartender already ordering a drink.

Samus and Saki would look at each other with wide open eyes, before looking back at the girl again. Both wouldn´t believe what they just heard…

“ahm lady…”]would saki start a bit shy. “may I ask for your license or maybe your personal ID?”he would start. “it is not because of the drink… it´s just that children or minors aren´t allowed to come in here…” he wouldn´t be able to talk on before samus would lift her hand.

“it´s okay… I know her… she is the woman I just told you about… the girl I should fight on the next ppv.” She would explain with still on eyebrown raised. “she is defiantly no miner.” Saki would nood before walking away leaving the two alone For a moment to get some juice.

Samus would lean to the side right over to the other woman.
“you are no miner right, I can´t fight a miner… or even worse lose to one!” she would joke. “but anyway what are you doing her?” would samus ask her scratching the back of her head a little bit confused. “did you follow me here from the arena?”

Saki would return with a glass of orange juice after some time placing it on the table. “hm wow samus I thought you would fight someone… how to say a little bit bigger… and not someone looking like child…”

Uh? Do i seriously look too young to order juice?! The bartender then said that it's not about the juice. Oh, okay then. Wait, what?! Did the bartender seriously call her a child? For real? You must be f... And then Sammy interrupted. Wait a second, Sammy is here?

Moonyoung wanted to ask the blond what she was doing here, but the said blond was quicker on that one. But the blond also wasn't sure whether Moonyoung was an adult... The Korean never had this problem in her life, but when she entered this bar, suddenly she's a child? Seriously people, do you measure age by weight in this community? Like, you're an adult when you reach 200 lbs? Moonyoung would pull out her ID card and put it right in front of Sammy's face. Here you go, see? It says 19 years old! Soon after that Moonyoung realized that it's all in Korean, with just the number 19 being evident there. Shit... Moonyoung said when she realized and put her ID card back into her pocket.

Hmm, so you do consider a possibility of you losing to me? Anyway, what am i doing here? isn't that obvious? I came here to drink some juice! The Korean would say this a little louder than necessary and would earn some strange looks, smiles and chuckles from other customers. Do you really think i've followed you? This bar happened to be the closest place where i can get something to drink at this hour. Moonyoung realized this would be hard to believe either way, but what could she do?

Then the bartender brought some orange juice along with some words of ''wisdom'' that were really pressing Lee's buttons. Not to mention that he said it as if the boxer wasn't even here. You know, if it was someone else in my place, your face would have already caved in. I was called pig, bigfoot, bushpig and whatnot, but ''child'' was never one of those things even when i was indeed technically underaged. Moonyoung did well to fight back the urge to punch the guy in the schnitzel since she was pretty well disciplined.

Moonyoung would take a sip of her juice. The bartender's words may have been sour, but the juice were good. Heh, nevermind. I'm not sure why am i even angry about it. After all, my plan was to make you underestimate me, so that i could knock you out in the match, Sammy. So please, continue to treat me like a child. Moonyoung would finish her juice. Man, can i get another one of these?

While Saki was away, Samus was shown that ID. She would smirk for a moment shaking her head and taking another sip form her big bear. Seems like Moonyoung wasn´t really happy about this little misunderstanding because she was drinking the juice empty almost imminently. And was ordering another one. Saki would just shruck his shoulers before going away. While he was gone the American woman would lean over again brining her mouth close to the ear of the other woman. “let me tell you a secret… unless your older than 21 years… you’re a minor here in Japan and aren´t allowed to drink beer… or go into a bar like this one right here.” She would say giggling for a moment, then she would wink the other woman. “don´t worry I won´t tell him.” She would say before he would come back with another glass of juice for the younger woman.

Samus would lift her bottle up reaching it over to the other woman. “on our carriers so far and future matches!” She would say wanting to put the glasses together, before taking another sip out of her bottle.

“but anyway… why do you want me to underestimate you? Do you think this is your only way of winning if I don´t take you for a full worthy opponent and just treat you like a child, not hitting you with all my might?” she would ask. “Is the best you can bring to the table? I though fighting a first class boxer like you would be more of a challenge and not that you would use such childish game tricks.” She would giggle a bit before reaching to the side and grabbing the upper arm of Moonyoung squeezing it for a moment to test out her muscle mass.

“hm although when I look at you biceps… I don´t wonder that you have to do some tricks on me.” She would smile, teasing the other woman a little bit.

When Moonyoung showed her soon to be opponent that ID card, she was told that she was indeed a minor... C'mon, you're just messing with me, aren't you... And i'm not ordering anyway. Also, why would i not be allowed in here? Maybe i could pass out from your smell or something?

Then the bartender came with another glass of juice and Samus began saying her toasts for future matches and whatnot... You know, we might need to hold on our future matches after our PPV match, since one of us or both of us may be too broken to carry on with our careers for a while... Considering the fact that both of us will give everything we've got...

Well, it's only natural, you're considerably bigger and heavier than me, more muscular than me, more experienced than me, have greater achievements than me. Whatever i've said, i never lied about anything. It's simply that it's only natural for the like of you to underestimate the likes of me. It's simply you processing all that information and making your own asumptions, like how you take me for a little girl, for example. I however know better than to underestimate anyone. One of my rivals is a lightweight, but if she lands a clean kick on your head, then it doesn't matter how tough you are, you get an express ticket to the hospital. The girl can break a concrete block with a kick... Moonyoung made quite an extensive reply to Sammy's question. But of course, maybe i'm just a wimp, who can't win without cheap tricks? Who knows, we'll only know when me meet in the ring. The boxer would take a sip of her juice.

As Lee was drinking her juice, Sammy grabbed her by her biceps and squeezed a little and then expressed her disappointment. Well, of course, the Korean wasn't even flexing. You know... Boxers flex their biceps only for an instant. Though, it's pretty obvious that you've got bigger muscles. My motto, however is - ''it doesn't matter how big you are, what matter is how strong your punch is'' This quote is widely used, but to a boxer, it's like a prayer.

“yeah might be that we aren´t able to do anything after the ppv… but I am asking you to not hold back anything at the fight at the ppv, I want to fight you at your very best and beat and lose to you that way… I want to go to war with you little girl! I want the best possible match for both of us enjoying this fight while it is going on. Might be that in your boxingcompanies it says this little prayer of you. But here in our world things are a little different.” She would say before taking another big sip from her dink. She would waive the bottle around giving saki a sign that she wanted another one and the bartender would directly give her another ice cold. She would look at it with sparking thirsty eyes. Without waiting a moment more she would lift it up and sip it down almost empting half of the bottles.

“Here things are a bit different. A lot of things go into who wins a match. One thing might be how hard you can punch. But other things are important as well, weight is one of these things… straight strength… technicaltalent… creativity. Just to name a few. I really hope it is not too soon for this match. Maybe it would be smatter to wait a few more ppvs before we two go at each other so you can figure out how things are working around here. Would be a real shame if I would knock you out only a few minutes into the match… I think many people would be disappointed from that. …” she would sip on her beer again drowning it completely.

I believe, i've already promised that i would give it my all. Is that the alcohol getting to you already? Moonyoung would finish her second glass of juice listening to Sammy as the blond continued to talk. The things Sammy was saying certainly surprised the Korean. It's like one moment she's saying one thing, and another moment, she's saying something different... For example, Sammy now completely disregarded everything she has said before and started talking to Lee like to an amateur.

So, at first you take me for a little girl, now for an amateur? It seems like the alcohol really get to you... You know, you won't keep your career for long if you keep drinking like this, Sammy.

The thing's you've mentioned, i'll be sure to show them to you in the ring. And if you feel like you're not ready for this PPV match, then by all means, walk away and try next year, since as you say, people would be disappointed with that. Moonyoung took the verbal abuse and threw it back at Sammy.

Samus would laugh out loudly when she heard the answer of the other girl. “you know your cute when your upset?” she would give right back to the other woman with a smile on her face. She would lean forwards looking at the other girl. “you got a boyfriend by the way?” She would ask suddenly all away from the old theme. She still got a bright smile on her face, before going on. “It would be a real shame if you hadn´t one… with the good looks of yours…”

Samus would turn her head and look to the bartender, calling to him. “hey saki you say as well that moonyoung is looking quite good do you?” The mature man behind the counter would blush hardly before only laughing and calling back a loud yes.
Samus would turn her head back to the other woman. “or did I misjudge you and your not really into boys… that you’re from the other side… if you know what I am meaning… I am not judging just asking to make sure. So is there anyone you like?” She would say.
“And by the way what is up with that Sammy… why you giving me a new nick name… what´s wrong with my old nick name?”

Yeah, this was the alcohol, as Sammy's words would shift gears back and forth constantly. First there was a child, then an amature, now cute and sexy... Well, i actually am a cover model for a certain sports magazine, so i am cute, angry or not, but i bet it's just the effect of the alcohol.

A boyfriend? I've tried a couple of times but it didn't end too well for me... As of now, i have no boyfriend and not putting much effort into looking for one. Most of their ego's simply can't handle being inferior to a woman, especially when i don't look as intimidating as you, Sammy... Sammy then called out to the bartender to ask his opinion on the boxer's looks. The barternder approved with a loud yes, which made Moonyoung smile and blush very slightly. Well then... Moonyoung would close her eyes for a moment, with a smug smile on her face as she would reach out into her coat and pull out a magazine, with and obvious, but sexy pic of Moonyoung on it's cover.

Moonyoung would place the magazine on the counter and make an offer. How about a deal, Mr. Saki? You can have this magazine if you bring me two more glasses of those juice, hmm?

Eh? And what side are YOU from, Sammy? And by the way, what is wrong with Sammy? What's your old nickname anyway? Moonyoung would fire the questions right back at her future opponent.
