This certainly was one of the more odd matches that Trinette had found herself in. A Halloween themed match had taken quite a turn into being something far more sinister than what she had expected when she signed up for it. Not only did she find herself walking through the hallway of an abandoned asylum, the flickering lights...the rather spooky ambience was enough to make one's hair stand on edge. Yet, she had been told that her opponent was a vile one. A hell-hound made flesh, a woman who truly deserved to be hunted by the knight. Though she was sure that the same thing had been told to this Silva about her, that Trinette was a knight fit to be hunted by a hell hound. Regardless...she had her sight set on besting this supposed Queen of Beasts.

The Knight made her way to the section that the match was supposed to start with, each foot step practically echoed in the empty halls. Her eyes darted between each of the rooms, she knew they were on the fourth floor of the rather spooky building but she wasn't exactly sure where she was going? All she could do was to follow the signs towards the room she was meant to start off in.

After about a minute or so of walking she found the room. Nr.44. She looked around for a second, then opened the door. What she was greeted with was for the most part your typical padded cell. Though it was clear that the room had seen better days. Age had discoloured most of the padding, the only thing in here that seemed even remotely new was the blue mat that had been laid out in the center of the room. Practically covering the whole floor of the cell.

The Paladin wore her standard blue and white attire, the tight fitting leotard that had become her uniform...her suit of armour as she did battle with all sort of vile villains. Tonight would be no different. Her hair was worn in a long blue ponytail, as her bangs and part of her hair was held back from her face by a white hairband. She would let out a soft sight as she stepped into the room and took her place on the dead center of the padded cell. The lights here also flickered, it was a dim sorta light that only gave enough illumination to provide the base level of proper sight.

"Come then beast. Tonight shall be your reckoning." Trinette spoke to herself, clearly getting impatient as she wished to deal with this supposed fiend and be done with this creepy place.

The Hound stepped out of the car with a bagslung over her shoulder, Silva grinned from ear to ear as she finally arrived at her debut location. What more could the Phanthom Hound ask for than this, a set worthy of her attention. Truthfully, this wasn’t her first time being here, Silva had secretly scooped out the asylum a week prior to the match’s date but what could she have been doing you might ask? Renovations of course. Each floor had speakers planted in every room, on every corner, each of the stairwells plus the elevator, and finally the basement. She reaches into her shoulder bag, pulling out a remote. It’s the typical speaker remote one with a play button, a pause button, fast forward and rewind. First, Silva hit the power, the speakers suddenly spring to life with a cackle and pop.

Her grin turning malicious as she pulled out the communicator next from the bag. Her boots click as she begins to head into the asylum, her breathes softly crash against the communicators speaker which permeated throughout the asylum, even in the padded room where her victim awaits.

Stepping inside, she can feel the chill in the air, the desperation, the hate, the sorrow, all the emotions that ran rampant in this place as her golden eyes lock into the pathway, slowly leading her towards Trinette. She begins to follow it, bringing the communicator back towards her lips as she begins her “hunt”. With her first step on the stair, Silva begins to speak for all, living or dead, to hear.

“Oh dear Paladin,
Hold thine breath tonight,
For shadows stretch across the forest.
A sudden chill, a flash of white,
Heavy, silent footsteps march.”

Her footsteps are heavy as she climbs the first flight, reciting the deadly poem for the paladin. The floor boards creak and whine, as if helping the Hound to set the grueling scene as she continues to climb. The first flight has passed as she works on the second flight, continuing to recite the poem as she begins the next stanza.

”The crunch of frozen pine,
A breath that smokes against the gray,
Two amber eyes lock in from the dark—
The hunter will behold its prey.”

The verses sounded ominous as she continued to approach, closer and closer she came, the ever looming threat of the Hound was coming ever so close to the paladin, who’s neck was under threat, Silva softly chuckled, preparing for the next verse as the guiding directions took her up.

”Run, hide, while panic steals your wind,
Jagged branches, sharp as swords tear your skin,
But closer now, right close behind,
The frantic, breathless chase begins.
A low and guttural, tearing growl
She’s coming, coming closer to you,
Followed by a piercing howl
Be frozen in despair.”

Her tone shifts from worry to despair, setting in the time of doom while the third floor comes into view. The familiar wear and tear on the structure really set the mood. Silva was honestly just glad her first match was against some noble do-gooder, the thought alike made her internally cringe. As her thumb reaches for the button to continue the last few verses of her poem, her hand dips back into the bag, fishing for something as she makes it to the fourth floor. Her pace slows and her voice drops to a whisper as she closes in on room number 44.

”The distance closes, sharp and fast,
Hot breath upon thine freezing neck,
Trip, fall, fight while this breath will be your last—“

Silva stopped just before the door, one last verse of her poem remaining as her smile seemed to crack wider. Thunder suddenly erupts from outside as lighting illuminates her ominous figure. From her bag she removes her demi-mask from it, tossing the bag aside as she drop the communicator. She places the mask upon her visage, a soft click can be heard as it snaps into place. Her lunar like leotard and fur-tuffed boots seemed all in order, her “armor” as she opened the door, the dim light of the overhanging light showing the three scars etched into the demi-mask as Silva finishes her poem.

”As jaws snap shut upon thine neck.
Chivalry ends, dead by right…”

Another soft chuckle slips from her lips as she sulks forward, the padded door slammed shut behind her, locking the pair inside until one of them emerged victorious to continue the hunt.“Finally found you, Paladin~. I’m so glad we can finally meet, I was wondering when a feast fit for a Queen would soon find me… and here you are.” Silva stops just dead of Trinette, their bust mashed together as drool began to leak from the corner of the Hound’s lips. “Yes, I shall rip! and tear! until you are nothing but bones~!”

The paladin stood in the padded cell, her hands on her hips...blue hair hanging down along her back in that signature ponytail of hers. She was ready and able to start this match at any moment, but it seemed as if she had to wait. For the first few seconds, the bluenette wondered where her opponent was. As the clock kept ticking, the seconds kept rolling...she wondered if perhaps she was in the wrong room. She tapped the blue mat beneath her with her foot.

"No. This is definitely the right place."

Perhaps her opponent had decided to throw in the towel before the match had even begun? Though from what she had been told about this beast of a wrestler, that didn't seem likely. Nearly a minute had passed before the sound of the speakers coming to life finally hit. Trinette's head snapped towards the corners of the room, the direction of the sound was coming from two speakers set up in the top left most and right most corner. The crackle and pop of them becoming active filled Trinette's mind with a bad feeling.

When the sound finally started to play she narrowed her eyes. She would be a fool to admit that it didn't fill her with an eerie feeling. There was clearly something menacing about this. It being such a horror themed location...and the day in question as well. This Halloween night.

"Tch..."

Trinette clicked her tongue in frustration. She continued to listen on to the poem. It truly did seem as her foe was after her throat. A monster of the forest indeed...the kind which she was supposed to slay. Trinette had to refocus on her goal for the night. She tried to steel herself.

When the door finally opened with the poem seemingly unfinished, and following that thunder...her opponent was finally in sight. Trinette's eyes narrowed as she took a step forward. She showed no visible fear for the redhead even if she had to admit that the tactics that she had used were theatrical but functional in creating this eerie atmosphere. The knight would not break nor bend to it.

The woman in question, dressed in tufts of fur and a black lunar like motif to her leotard and overall outfit. Clearly styling herself as that of a hound. She finished the poem with her own mouth, and Trinette got the confirmation to her suspicions that her opponent was the one whom had recorded this poem. As she walked into the padded room with the door slamming behind them...there was an audible click of the lock snapping shut. It appeared as if neither of them would leave before this first fall had been determined. The paladin watched as the hound moved forward and got right up into her face, their generous busts mashing together in the process. Trinette caught sight of the drool at the corner of Silva's lips...

"My...how fortunate I am." Trinette spoke as she pressed right back against Silva, she pushed against her foe, bust against bust as she practically tried to force the redhead to back up a step. Silva had about an inch of height on her, but Trinette was sturdy and had a fair bit of power behind her frame. She continued as her words were steadfast like her conviction, but there was a slight hint of cockiness to her tone. " They have sent me to slay a beast of Gévaudan on such a night of horrors. Surely no other knight can claim to be as blessed by lady luck as I am." Trinette would lean forward with her head, as she metaphorically tried to lock horns with the hound, pressing her forehead against her foe as she was staring the hell hound down.

" Come at me then beast. Try to sink your fangs into my neck, but be warned...
" Trinette pushed even more firmly against Silva again, trying to claim another step. "This Paladin shall bring your demise. "Your defeat shall serve as testament to my valour."
