Jenny might had held every intention to rain on Erik's parade, but as the Splashter could hear the tunes of their entrance theme beginning to blare in the LAW arena, he sprung off energetically into the distance and down the ramp, jumping up onto the nearest turnbuckle by ringside he could get to, raising his other hand high up in the air to the beat of his party tunes! After some brief partying to amp up the crowds, he then jumped up into the ring as if it was a swimming pool, before concluding his manouver with a forward roll along the mat.

After his relatively energetic entrance, Erik was quick to settle in his corner though, with anticipation of the arrival of his opponent. His demeanor appeared largely diminished compared to the more crazy shenanigans that had accompanied their entrances as Pool Party! together with Jenny... Making the Splashter seem unusually serious this time. Sure enough, it was his debut singles match, so maybe it was a reason enough to focus a bit more on the task at hand... But by most viewer's assessment, technically, he should not have been concerned at all over his upcoming opponent.... Right?

Of course, a certain mischievous lady had done her best with planting some seeds of doubt into the Splashter's mind... And soon enough Erik could see a familiar figure emerging from the shadows and settling by the ringside, clearly eager to get to see the events taking place in his match up close.

Oblivious to the squabble of Erik and Jenny elsewhere backstage,

waited behind the curtain for her turn. She'd been given another male opponent - of course - but this one was another of those ones more closely matching to her size. Couple inches taller, bit more weight, but he didn't look like a bodybuilder-type. Which meant that Audrey was going into this fight with a bit more confidence than usual, especially considering it was a mixed match.

She supposed it was also a mercy that she'd been booked against Erik alone, and not Jenny also. Even with both of them comparable in size, a 2v1 wouldn't likely go her way.

Boy, did this kid have some energy, though. With little knowledge of just how wild his tag team entrances could be, Audrey watched his solo entrance on the backstage screens. He practically dashed down the ramp, hopping onto into the ring and dancing like some kind of frat boy to psych up the crowd. Hell, that probably isn't far from the truth, Audrey thought to herself. The age was right. Regardless, it was good information. He likely employed a similar fighting style to Audrey: speed. He certainly proved how nimble he could be just making his way into the ring.

Audrey would do no such thing. When

signaled her time had come, she strode casually out into the arena, two brightly lit sparklers in her hands. As she walked down the ramp, she spun and twirled, her skirt flaring, occasionally winking at the people closest to her. She couldn't shake hands, not while carrying her sparklers (which was, in part, one reason they were a feature of her entrances), but in exchange, she made heart shapes in the air with before pointing the sparklers at random spectators.

A pitcher of water awaited her ringside, where Audrey doused her sparklers before making a show out of rolling into the ring through the bottom rope; instead of springing to her feet, she settled on her side, head propped up by a hand with her elbow against the mat, and flashed a wink and a peace sign with her free hand at a nearby camera.

Her entrance concluded, she scrambled back to her feet to finally cast a glance at her opponent. From a distance, Erik still looked about her size, which only made her grin. Finally, a match she had a shot at!

With the fear of complete and total domination not lingering in her mind, Audrey paused in the center of the ring to offer her customary handshake. Whether or not he accepted, Audrey would begin with a quick taunt. "Good luck tonight! No hard feelings about the match conditions, I hope. But just so you know, I intend to take full advantage of them - submissions are my specialty. You, uh, did read the match conditions, yeah?"

Erik was trying to do his best to ignore Jenny watching on from the sidelines, as Audrey's entrance theme began playing. He couldn't help scorning a little... It was in fact a bit funny. This kind of rock music, sounding all confident and badass... And then considering how all of that matched with her actual record. Well, it never hurt to at least try to appear strong and confident, right?

Of course, Erik was also acutely aware that he shouldn't have let any such music get under his skin...

Audrey's actual entrance though was... Pretty cute! Hadn't Erik known better - and hadn't he known that he had to demolish her tonight - he could have considered the ginger girl to be pretty fun to get to know better. Not together with Jenny of course, but... That was beside the point.

The point was, Audrey's entrance was cute. Fun and cute. And Audrey was cute. Especially when she settled on her side on the mat, and-...

One thing that the Splashter still had to note though was that Audrey's attire certainly wasn't doing her any favors... With protecting her, that was. With popularity, it absolutely did. But even Erik, after having had it in his sights for like, 10 seconds, was already imagining multiple ways in which it was likely to fail her... And there must had been a lot of them.

Erik was quick to accept Audrey's handshake, the sight of the gingerhead now in the same ring with him having momentarily gotten him to forget the pressure and the stakes involved in this match... But unluckily to Audrey, her opening words made them quickly return to the Splashter's mind. So, she was sounding confident against him? She was thinking that she was the one getting to take advantage of the rules, and against someone like him? With a record like hers?

That couldn't stand. Erik needed to start shutting that confidence down. Immediately.

The Swede had initially expressed quite a friendly face when they had shaken hands, but now he was trying to wipe the smile off of it - or at least, the friendly smile. What he tried to replace it with was more of a sly, confident, smug smile... One that would tell the ginger girl that he wasn't afraid of her. At all.

"Well, thanks for the luck, but..." the guy began, while trying to think quickly on his feet. "I'm aware of the match conditions, yes..." he then continued, while the conversation about the rules in the locker room with Jenny was vividly returning to his mind. "But tell me though..." he then went on, simultaneously trying to start circling Audrey a little, to appear more like a threat... "How exactly were you planning to take the full advantage out of them" he kept on asking, while passing Audrey's back now... Eventually returning to face her again, to conclude his words with a certain little revelation. "...When I was the one picking the rules?"

A smug smile. A confident, evil-ish expression. And a million prayers that Jenny hadn't picked up on his words, and would decide to intervene.
