The Tyrant approaches professional wrestling like any other discipline: greatness is earned through hard work, repetition, and refinement. She has little patience for wrestlers who rely on natural talent or coast on their abilities, believing that anyone can be surpassed if their opponent is willing to work harder.
That philosophy is something Isabella carries directly into the ring. She wrestles with the confidence of someone who believes she has earned the right to stand above her opponents. She is perfectly willing to flaunt her superiority, taunt those who she considers lesser, and humiliate them once she has gained control. To Isabella, every opponent who falls beneath her is simply proof that her discipline has made her stronger than their talent ever could.
Her actual wrestling style is that of a highly mobile all-rounder with a strong emphasis on aerial offence, striking, and technical wrestling. She prefers to keep moving, using kicks, dropkicks, springboard attacks, and sudden changes of direction to dictate the pace of a match. Her HEMA background also influences her striking, giving her offence a deliberate, disciplined quality.
Despite her preference for mobility, Isabella is far from helpless in a grounded fight. She is an accomplished grappler who can transition smoothly into throws, submissions, and positional wrestling when an opponent manages to slow her down.
Isabella is also not above using humiliation as a weapon. When she believes an opponent has proven themselves lazy, arrogant, or unworthy of her respect, she may deliberately turn a victory into a display of dominance. She can prolong a submission, mock an opponent's struggles, or use deliberately degrading holds such as face sits and breast smothers to emphasize just how completely she has conquered them.
Conversely, an opponent she genuinely respects will receive a far more straightforward contest. Isabella may still taunt them and fight with her usual arrogance, but she has little desire to demean someone who has proven themselves worthy. For those rare opponents, victory itself is enough.
The result is a style built around pressure, superiority, and control. Isabella wants to stay one step ahead, overwhelm her opponent with technical variety, and make them feel increasingly helpless as the match progresses. When she decides they are beneath her, she doesn't merely want to defeat them, she wants them to know exactly where they stand.

BIOGRAPHY
History
Isabella Brandt was born in Verona to Manfred Brandt and Kristina Nordman (Northman), whose family had settled in the city due to her father's work. Her mother, a successful designer, frequently traveled between Verona and Milano, leaving Isabella to be raised primarily by her father and, more often, her nanny.
She grew up in considerable comfort, but her childhood was quiet and sheltered. Much of her early education focused on etiquette, the arts, literature, and the expectations of high society. It was during these years that her father introduced her to the great heroic traditions of Europe, the Nibelungenlied, the Wagnerian legends, the tales of Dietrich von Bern, and the Matter of Rome.
Isabella became fascinated by their heroes. To her, they represented something her sheltered childhood lacked, people who forged their own greatness through courage, perseverance, and strength of character. The stories gave her something to aspire toward, and gradually she became more confident and willing to step beyond the sheltered world she had grown up in.
From the age of eight onward, Isabella experimented with numerous sports, including football, sprinting, baseball, and basketball. None quite felt right. At thirteen, however, she discovered wrestling and finally found something that allowed her to express herself physically and test her limits. Around the same time, she began studying Historical European Martial Arts, developing an appreciation for disciplined combat that would remain with her throughout her life.
At sixteen, Isabella entered the world of professional wrestling.
The transition was difficult, but difficulty only strengthened her resolve. She trained relentlessly, arriving early, staying late, and pushing herself harder than anyone else in her academy. She balanced her training with her studies, eventually graduating both school and her wrestling academy with exceptional marks.
But the same determination that made Isabella exceptional also began to consume her.
She pushed herself to the point of exhaustion, neglecting sleep and proper meals and suffering the physical effects of the stress. Worse still, she began to judge everyone around her by the same impossible standards she imposed upon herself. Those she considered lazy or uncommitted became targets of her contempt. If she believed someone had not earned their place, Isabella felt no obligation to treat them with kindness.
Her belief in hard work had slowly transformed into a belief in worthiness.
Those who earned their place deserved respect.Those who did not, deserved to be humbled.
Drawing heavily from the darker aspects of the Dietrich von Bern legends she had grown up with, Isabella created her wrestling persona, The Tyrant of Verona. She envisioned herself as a modern knight, a righteous warrior who would forge herself through discipline and judge others by the same standards.
Her European career quickly brought her into conflict with another knightly wrestler, the blue-haired Trinette Vaillant. Their encounters became an intense back-and-forth rivalry, with neither woman willing to yield to the other. Eventually, they settled their differences on the independent circuit and developed something Isabella rarely gave freely, genuine mutual respect.To Isabella, Trinette had earned it.
After a successful tour of Europe, Isabella followed Trinette to Japan, intending to continue building her career overseas. And so the Tyrant arrived in LAW.
Personality
Isabella is a woman who believes absolutely in the power of hard work. Talent may give someone a head start, but in her eyes, only discipline, effort, and perseverance can make a person truly worthy of greatness. She despises being called a genius or naturally gifted, viewing such praise as an insult to the years of effort that forged her.
Her greatest virtue is also her greatest flaw.
Isabella holds herself to brutally high standards and expects everyone else to meet them. She has little patience for laziness, complacency, or what she considers undeserved success. Those who fail to meet her standards are unlikely to receive encouragement from her; they are more likely to receive contempt.
She is proud, cold, and often cruel. Isabella has no qualms about mocking, belittling, or humiliating her opponents, particularly those she considers undeserving. Defeating someone is not always enough for her. She wants them to understand why they lost, and she takes particular satisfaction in forcing them to confront the hard work she believes they lacked.
Yet Isabella is not dishonourable.
She follows the rules of wrestling religiously, refusing to cheat or break them outright. Instead, she exploits every advantage the rules allow her. To Isabella, there is no dishonour in being ruthless within the boundaries of the law. In fact, she considers it a greater demonstration of superiority to defeat someone without ever needing to break the rules.
Her respect, therefore, is difficult to earn but extremely genuine. When Isabella encounters someone who works as hard as she does, refuses to surrender, and proves themselves through action, her demeanour changes dramatically. She can become surprisingly warm and even protective toward those she considers worthy, treating them as comrades rather than inferiors.
Outside the ring, Isabella is considerably more sociable than her intimidating persona might suggest. Years of growing out of her sheltered childhood have made her confident and comfortable around others. She is also proud of her appearance, seeing her physique not simply as something she was born with but as another product of discipline and conditioning. In her mind, her body is something she has forged like a blacksmith shapes steel.
Her interests remain heavily centered around wrestling, martial arts, and physical training. Her softer indulgences are wine, sweets, and fruit, while her most unexpected hobby is horror cinema. She also maintains a lifelong love of piano, which she has played since childhood.
At her core, Isabella is a woman trying to live up to the heroes she admired as a child…but somewhere along the way, she stopped asking what made those heroes righteous and became obsessed with proving that she herself was worthy of standing among them.She does not merely want to be a hero. She wants to decide who deserves to be one. A tyrant who imposes her values onto others.
