When Bombshells Brawl! Jess vs Astrid!

*While continuing to chide the onlookers for having the gall to cheer for her opponent, Jess started to hear the faintest bit of snickering from a handful of people within the crowd.* "What? Wha's so gosh darn funny?!" *Her attitude spiraling out of control, Jess was on the precipice of climbing outside of the ring and settling this little situation on her own, when suddenly, she felt the unorthodox sensation of being trapped within Astrid's clutches.*

"Hhngghh?! How tha hell did you recovah so quickly?!" *She barked, vexation clearly visible on her face while she thrashed about. The spectacle in and of itself was quite amusing for a multitude of reasons, but the primary one being able to witness the once proud and detested Jess being tortured by the heavily favored Astrid. While her headstrong demeanor and reckless ways usually lead to ruination, the scarlet southerner did posses a sliver of common sense, and she knew better than anyone else that trying to squander energy on haphazardly squirming around would only prove to be her downfall later in the fight. She needed to think of a means of escaping, and fast.*

"Y..yer gonna..r..regret that little remark, missy!" *She stomped her boots against the ring once more, still pissed at just how easily she was captured by the persistent blonde as her body began to jerk and twist to try and loosen up her submission, if only slightly effective.*

Astrid scoffed as she entrapped Jess in her clutches, pulling back hard against her arms and throat. "Maybe I wouldn't have recovered so quickly, as you put it, if you hadn't handed me the chance on a silver platter."

Astrid felt Jess start to struggle against her grasp, and she struggled to hold on. Jess was definitely making it difficult for her to hold the position, and she knew it couldn't last forever. She was intent on lasting as long as she could with it to do as much damage to Jess as she could manage - she knew that every second would count. Gritting her teeth and bracing herself, she wrenched back harder on her opponent, stretching herself to the limit.

Still, the blonde wasn't stupid, even if she could be oblivious at times. She knew the hold wouldn't last forever, and after a certain point she deemed it better to let Jess go, lest she power her way out herself and leave Astrid at her mercy. So she went to do the next best thing, releasing Jess's arms before she wrapped her arms around the cowgirl's waist, going to send her backwards for a German suplex.

"Hhnnkk! D..doncha dare backsass me! I'll rip yer spine out and...!" *Her threat cut short by a loud, sharp gasp Jess would be sent sailing through the air in an almost effortless motion, courtesy of Astrid's unfathomably powerful core strength. Jess's body collided with the immovable canvas, a resounding "THUMP!" reverberating from post to post, sending a message to the crowd that Astrid was not someone to trifle with.*

"Hhnnhh...haaaah..." *Sprawled out across the ring, face first, Jess struggled to catch her breath as the encompassing anguish crawled up her body like an overgrown weed, tying her down to the mat and preventing her from regaining her mobility. Seconds passed, and the obstinate rancher tentatively crawled up the ropes, helplessly dangling from overtop of the middle cable before turning around and shooting Astrid a menacing glare.* "Y..yer..good..t..that'll just make..m..my victory all tha more..m..memorable."

*Through all of her bluster and bravado however, Jess's mind was still swimming in a torrent of incoherent thoughts from the rattling her brain had suffered. However, she refused to address this issue, and decided to focus solely on recomposing herself before the unwavering blonde had the chance to capitalize on her fragile state.*

Though Jess thought to taunt her, her words did little to slow Astrid down. She was on a mission now to prove herself. If this match hadn't been about that before, then it certainly was now that Jess had dared to insinuate the hard work she had put into honing her skills didn't matter. She was going to prove her wrong one way or another.

Astrid stepped back to survey her work, brushing her hair back and beaming proudly to the spectators as she watched Jess start to right herself. It was clear that the blow had done a good deal to wind her, and that was encouraging to Astrid. Dealing with Jess wouldn't be too hard if things kept going like this. She grinned wide, especially as the crowd started to cheer her on. Even Jess's attempts at taunting her didn't bother her, despite the redhead making it clear that Astrid's efforts weren't slowing her down. Or at least, that was what Jess wanted her to think. Either way, it didn't break the energy in Astrid as she milked the moment for all it was worth.

"You'll never get anywhere if you think you've won the match before it begins," Astrid said. "And I can prove it!" She was starting to get cocky, after the cowgirl had fallen into her trap. And now, she was convinced that she had the edge, if only due to Jess's figuratively bull-headed refusal to accept it was still anyone's game. "If you're so sure you're winning, go on! Hit me, I dare you!" Saying this, Astrid stood where she was, giving Jess the chance to recover. She could take whatever it was she was going to do, or so she thought.

"Grrrhhh...!" *Her guttural growl was akin to that of a disgruntled bull, as she began posturing forward to gore her annoyingly loquacious prey through the ropes and potentially into the crowd below.* "Fer someone who was just gettin her ass kicked, ya'll really like tah gab!" *And with this condescending remark, Jess adopted the blistering speed of a locomotive with the sole intent to prove her unequivocal dominance over the irksome blonde.*

*With each, subsequent step the raw detestation Jess held towards her opponent was crystal clear for anyone who caught a glance of it- The burning balefulness that ignited her charge matched the raging conflagration inside of her heart, and the uproarious chanting the crowd was surrounding her with only spurred her forward.* "That's right Astrid! Don't hold back!" *A drunken spectator hollered, as Jess tried to deflect it as nothing more than an inebriated stranger.* "Yeah! Beat that bitch back to her barnyard!" *Something slightly more personal, which managed to catch Jess off guard, caused her eyebrows to furrow.*

"YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW STUPID YOU LOOK!" *Suddenly, the cantankerous cowgirl roared with the unbridled force of an earthquake before she hurled her body towards her busty target, shoulder first, in an effort to knock her out of the arena. By this point, she was well past the point of caring about her own safety- If Astrid suffered, even at the cost of injuring her own body, whatever risk she needed to take was worth the effort.*

Astrid could see the anger rising in Jess as she posed to the crowd, flexing her muscles and standing tall. Between herself and the redheaded cowgirl, anyone who was watching would know who was in control, and who was struggling to keep herself from losing control. No matter how imposing Jess might've been, Astrid still felt confident she had won the support of all those watching. Astrid wasn't scared, no matter what Jess did - if she was letting her emotions control her, she wouldn't have a clear mind to fight with. That would cost her.

Sure enough, she would continue to play to the fans as they urged her to fight on. "Coming right up!" she said cheerfully as she stood tall despite Jess's display of aggression. No matter what the cowgirl did, Astrid stayed firm, never flinching.

And when Jess turned to charge at her, she would soon find that was just what Astrid had hoped for - she had a plan in case her opponent took the bait. Just as quickly, Astrid lunged in towards Jess and ducked low beneath her shoulder to avoid the blow. Then, as she rose, she snapped her arms around Jess's waist to hoist her up and throw her back into the mat with a suplex. "Hup-!" she said, turning to watch as Jess would soon make contact with the mat beneath.

*Having become the manifestation of pure, unsated rage Jess hadn't bothered herself with a strategy plan for her juggernaut charge- In her warped mind, Astrid wasn't deft enough to have somehow masterminded an intricate plan to trick Jess into goring her, then managing to gain an auspicious position over Jess after utterly mortifying the woman in the process. However, it appeared Jess had woefully underestimate her opponent, and this time, it was going to be especially painful- Not just for her nearly impervious body, but for her almost invincible pride as well.*

"Hhnnhh...!?" *She gasped, as the epiphany of what was transpiring hit her like a sucker punch; Astrid possessed a vast amount of strength within that deceptively normal physique, which made quick work of Jess's lithe frame as she almost effortlessly sailed through the air within the buxom blonde's firm grasp.*

"Y..you litt~UMPH!" *Even while thrashing about inside of the lion's maw, Jess couldn't resist a disparaging remark or two before gradually crashing into the canvass below. However, Astrid wouldn't allow her such a luxury, cutting her off mid sentence with the earth-shattering impact sonorously bouncing off the walls of the stadium.* "THUMP!" *Went the side of Jess's body, as it nearly bounced off the ground like a moonball before capsizing upwards, leaving her face-down against the ground.* "Hhnnnh....aahaaa..." *Her texan tenacity nearly fractured from the devastating throw, Jess could only suspire deeply to maintain some semblance of consciousness, too prostrated to stand.*

Just as Astrid had anticipated - while Jess had a lot of force moving forward quickly, it wouldn't be easy for her to change her trajectory once she had already committed to a target. Like a matador against a charging bull, Astrid turned the redhead's stride against her by grabbing her and hurling her back over her shoulder, and when Jess landed, she landed hard, the canvas shaking beneath her feet. Astrid beamed with pride at downing her opponent, raising a fist to the crowd as they started to cheer her on.

"Hm? You were saying?" Astrid said to Jess, stepping over to the cowgirl to loom above where she lay on the ground. Though Jess may have been the taller of the two on their feet, it hardly mattered here. Jess had made quite the landing, and Astrid was sure that it would be keeping her down. This was her chance.

A thought came to her mind, suddenly. While Jess was down, and not looking like she'd be getting up any time soon, Astrid felt a rush of confidence. She could end the match here and now, if her opponent was as downed as she was - and what a message that would send to her supporters. She'd see who had the last laugh when Jess got herself taken down just minutes after the match began! It'd certainly prove she wasn't going anywhere she thought she was. More than just ending the match, Astrid wanted to send a message. And so she threw herself down atop the redhead, hooking her leg as she moved to cover her shoulders to attempt a pin!

*Astrid's conceited remark rang throughout Jess's rattled against her eardrums, the previous move she had almost flawlessly executed still preventing her from summoning enough energy to retaliate in a manner that she would have wanted. Jess knew that recuperating from such a bafflingly strong suplex would take more than just a few, lengthy breaths and a bit of dirt to rub in the wound, but it appeared as thought Astrid wasn't content with simply chucking the cowgirl around and watching her suffer.*

"W..what tha..?!" *Her hazel eyes assuming the size of dinner plates, Jess haphazardly flailed about upon witnessing a sky-eclipsing Astrid tossing her mammoth body down onto her.* "GAHUUOOF!" *A channel of air escaped between her lips, almost leaving the southerner breathless, but just conscious enough to keep the skirmish competitively active.*

"ONE!" *An anonymous voice from outside shouted, causing the elated crowd to applaud as if Astrid had already achieved victory over her riled foe, which would only beget more frustration and irritation for the immobilized Jess. With one, swift motion of her forehead, she lurched upwards and slammed her personal battering ram against the bridge of Astrid's nose, preventing the count from ever reaching that second numeral.* "Y..ya'll..a..ain't earned a single second on toppah me, let alone a victory!" *Jess barked, struggling through the anguish her aching body sustained.*

Astrid was certain that she had this. Jess wasn't even putting up much of a fight, which made it even better. This match would be over before she knew it, and hopefully the redhead would learn a thing or two about humility in the process. Urged on by the cheers of the crowd, Astrid grinned wider, confident that she had the pin and ready to end the match and Jess's ego trip in one fell swoop.

Only for the cowgirl to suddenly strike back, hurling her head forward. It happened so quickly, Astrid barely even knew what was happening until she was already hurled backwards, skidding on her ass across the ring. Her head was pounding and her ears ringing as she slowly came back to her senses, rubbing her forehead to try and ground herself. Though she groaned softly, Astrid soon got the strength back into her, and she was ready for action once more. She picked herself up to her feet, staring across at Jess as the challenge between them was issued.

"So you want to play that way?" Astrid said. "Fine! Go ahead! I'm sure you're just delaying the inevitable, yeah?"
