Mikan Tachibana Vs. Rebecca Blue

[Devastated]

Mikan gasped out as that knee of Rebecca's drove right into her midsection, it forced her to double over in front of the blonde bombshell of an opponent. She was at Rebecca's mercy at the moment and it looked as if her foe was intending to make full use of that...she felt the arm of Rebecca wrap around her head and she was pulled into a side-headlock like hold! Then before Mikan had much in the way of protest, Rebecca started to run, dragging the orange haired woman along!

She felt herself being raised up slightly and then be jerked along for the ride as she descended head first towards the canvas! Mikan's forehead smacked into the mat, and her body bounced following the thud! "Ngh!!" She grunted out through gritted teeth as she was nailed by Rebecca's running bulldog, rolling over onto her back and grabbing onto her forehead to try and rub at it and soothe the pain.

Mikan impacted the canvas with a solid thud followed by a quick roar from the crowd as they began to get more invested in the action. After hitting the bulldog, Rebecca would pop herself up to her feet and spin around quickly to catch Mikan rolling onto her back trying to soothe the pain the blonde had just inflicted! "Not a bad start!" Rebecca's internal dialogue was pleased thus far having started off on the offensive. Now, she just wanted to follow up to keep Mikan on the back foot.

Walking toward Mikan, Rebecca would want to make the most of the opening she'd created. Why not go for something a little more damaging early? Any advantage she could gain over Mikan here should pay dividends later. Rebecca would grab Mikan by the head and try to pull the woman mostly back to her feet. If she could get her that far, Rebecca would throw one arm of Mikan's over her head. The blonde would then try and secure a leg before trying to execute a swinging fisherman neck breaker!

[Devastated]

Mikan groaned as she laid on her back, staring up at the arena lights. She hadn't started off very well in this contest! Rebecca was proving to be quite a skilled competitor...she rubbed at her forehead, trying to clear the cobwebs as she shook her head lightly from left to right. When Mikan felt Rebecca's hands grab at her head, pulling her up towards her feet and turning to face the blonde....

The ginger would feel Rebecca being close, and Mikan decided to try and capitalize on that and go for a counter! Both hands would reach up behind Rebecca's head, as she tried to force her head in underneath Rebecca's chin while she was being pulled up. Then suddenly she'd kick her own legs back and drop down onto her knees, trying to pull Rebecca down with her and aiming to nail her with a jawbreaker! It wouldn't feel all too nice on her hurting head, but she hoped it would stun Rebecca long enough for her to mount a proper offensive!

The adrenaline of her momentum was intoxicating for Rebecca! She wanted nothing more than to keep that feeling going as she began to pull Mikan back up to her feet. The woman she was hauling back up though was never going to let herself be taken over by something as simple as a bulldog certainly! It was painful, sure, but the good fighters learn to fight through the pain.

Right as Mikan was back to her feet and facing Rebecca the hands shot up quickly taking hold of either side of the blonde's head. With a secure grip her legs would leave the canvas allowing her to drop down to her knees slamming Rebecca's chin straight into the top of Mikan's head!

"Arggh!" The sudden drop and impact sent shockwaves through Rebecca's body leaving her stumbling backward before eventually collapsing to one knee herself. An intense throbbing now spread through her entire head. The successful jawbreaker swinging the momentum back the other way!

[Devastated]

Mikan winced from the pain coursing through her own head, but she was certain that it was less of a shock to the system than it was for her opponent. She took a second to gather her senses, and another to push up to her feet! A huff escaped her lips, seeing the blonde on her knees in front of her...she acted on instinct! She took to a run, running past Rebecca's frame and towards the ropes which she turned and bounced off against to build up proper momentum!

Rushing towards the kneeling Rebecca from behind, she leapt forward in a somersault as she aimed to grab Rebecca's head in the action and aimed to drive her down into the canvas forehead first with a Forward Somersault cutter!

The pain was shooting up from Rebecca's chin to the top of her head! It was intense, sharp, and absolutely jarring her to body as a whole! Even though you fight through the pain in wrestling, there were always times when you get caught and can do little about it. This was certainly one of those moments, and Mikan wasn't about to let it slip by!

As Rebecca sat on her knee all she felt was a swift breeze hitting her body as Mikan rushed by. The next moment Rebecca hardly knew what happened. She felt Mikan's hands grab hold of her head before her body was rapidly pulled forward sending her face straight into the canvas with audible thud! Rebecca lay on her stomach moving only slightly, her body simply stunned by the sudden face plant!

[Devastated]

With a somewhat acrobatic display the Idol flipped over Rebecca and pulled her head along for the ride to literally drive her into the canvas. The somersault cutter was executed beautifully! Leaving the crowd quite stunned and surprised by the move! Mikan laid on her back for a moment before she sat up, letting out a soft huff. The ball was in her court now...She didn't intend to let that chance slip past her.

Reaching down for Rebecca's head, Mikan would begin to shift and try to snag her powerful dancer legs around Rebecca's head. While she hopefully had Rebecca dazed, and that head ringing and hurting she thought it prudent to put even more pain on it. So she would attempt to lock in a firm headscissor, seeking to squeeze that head firmly between her thighs!
