Alizeh Midori vs Noelle Silva 3

Alizeh thought that she had a good plan in mind against Noelle in the opening moments of this match. But just before she did the throw she felt something off, Noelle had stopped pushing forward all of a sudden and managed to push her hands off, effectively stopping Alizeh's plan and sending her down to the floor below! 'Shit!' Alizeh thought to herself as she instinctively rolled backwards, having been expecting to take a landing either way and thus preparing for it both mentally and physically like a stuntman bracing for a drop. As such she'd roll onto her knees looking up just in time as Noelle came screeching towards her leading with her knees! 'Oh that's not good.' Alizeh thought to herself knowing she wouldn't have the time to dive to the side, so instead she raised both her arms up and braced for impact, luckily being on her knees put her into a good position to absorb the impact but it definitely would leave her arms stinging a bit.

Maybe Noelle had underestimated the ability Alizeh would have to defend herself from the Spaniard's chasing descent. In retrospect, while Alizeh blocking with her knees would in fact have been much worse for Noelle, which was what caused her to focus on them, Alizeh being able to block with her arms probably should have been a lot more obvious.

Regardless, Noelle was certainly already committed. And Alizeh getting her arms up would only protect the greenette rather than bite back at the princess. So, leading with both her knees, Noelle would crash down onto Alizeh. Hoping to hit the Emerald Storm's arms hard enough that her body would feel it through them. Or better yet, knock them out of the way entirely to get through directly to Alizeh's body.

However Noelle's Double Knee Drop connected, so long as it actually did connect, which luckily would prove to be the case, the silver haired wrestler's next step would be to grab the arms that had attempted to block her. Once Alizeh's arms were in her grip, Noelle would try to seat herself above the Middleweight's head and lock her into a Figure Four Headscissor.

Alizeh grunted softly as she withstood the double knee drop impact from Noelle, being forced back as a result but largely managing to keep herself in a decent position. Unfortunately however Noelle was in the position to move more readily, getting above her head and grabbing her arms before locking her into a figure four head scissor hold! "Ngh!" Alizeh cried out as her head was squeezed and her lungs started to burn as she squirmed and kicked her leg about in resistance. Twisting her body Alizeh would try and roll the two over onto their stomachs, at which point Alizeh would get her knees and then feet under her, trying to stand up to pull Noelle up with her before trying to drop down and bring Noelle slamming down into the floor head first to make her let go!

So Noelle's Double Knee Drop didn't quite end up as the monster opener she had been expecting. Heck, some little part in the back of her mind had been hoping that this might be a massive enough surprise haymaker bomb right off the bell that it would put Alizeh down and out early. Alas, Alizeh was able to protect herself and keep the damage to a minimum.

But even if the result of Noelle's first attack was underwhelming, by no means did it leave her in a bad position. In fact, the princess's position was good enough that Alizeh wasn't able to defend against her second attack, the Figure Four Headscissor that Noelle would lock the larger woman into. Noelle's increase in lower body strength was still recent enough for her that she still noticed the difference in power when she flexed her legs around Alizeh's throat. That difference make Noelle feel especially confident, like she was really doing damage with this hold.

Of course, if Alizeh couldn't defend against Noelle's attack, then she would try to counter it. The Emerald Storm did manage to turn the two of them over, and then once Alizeh started standing up, Noelle knew exactly what her opponent wanted to do. Preempting Alizeh's slam, Noelle would release her Headscissor on her own, and shoot her heel back into the greenette's face before gravity would pull her legs back down to the floor. Noelle would turn around as she stood up to face Alizeh. If she seemed to have taken that kick especially poorly, the the Spaniard will charge in to further her attack. But if Alizeh seems okay, which Noelle is honestly expecting from her, then Noelle with exercise caution and take what she's already gotten from this exchange.

Alizeh groaned softly as her head was squeezed by Noelle's thighs, but she wasted no time as she rolled the two over and began to stand up, hauling Noelle through the air in the process to try and spike the princess's head into the mat. Unfortunately however Noelle was clever enough to spot the danger she was in and before Alizeh could actually drop her the silver haired girl would send a quick kick to Alizeh 's face forcing her to release Noelle prematurely and thus insuring her foe had a safe drop to the mat.

Incidentally Alizeh would end up backing up a few paces from Noelle, shaking her head a bit from the impact but otherwise she was mostly fine as she then turned and glared lightly at Noelle. "Alright Noelle not a bad start." Alizeh declared as she then began to circle Noelle on the outside, being sure to mind the cage around them, preparing herself for whatever Noelle may try and throw at her next.

As Noelle thought, but against what she had hoped, Alizeh took her kick well enough that the Spaniard really didn't have the chance to push any further. Alizeh wasn't exactly rushing to charge in herself, so the match slowed down. "I got more than just a start in store for you," Noelle said as they circled each other.

There was enough space between the outside of the ring and the cage for the two of them to effectively maneuver, but there was a lot more room up and down compared to side to side. If Noelle or Alizeh wanted to do that, they'd have to either round a corner of the ring, or jump back into the ring for more lateral space. But it was just as likely that those space factors would come into play as it was that the two of them would just run straight at each other and start brawling.
