Couples Collision: Nix and Troy vs The Green Machine

Nix reached the edge of the ring, her patience snapping as Ripley’s taunts grated on her nerves. Without hesitation, she turned sharply and smacked Ripley across the face, the crack of her palm against skin echoing sharply. “Shut. Up.” Nix hissed as she grabbed Ripley by the shoulders and rolled her back into the ring with a rough shove. Ripley’s body hit the canvas with a dull thud, that definitely hurt, Nix thought but she didn’t care. She was done playing nice.

Meanwhile, Troy’s fist flew toward Neo’s face in a furious barrage, but Neo was quicker than he anticipated. Neo caught Troy’s arm mid-punch, twisting it sharply and using Troy’s momentum against him. With a swift, practiced motion, Neo rotated his hips and tossed Troy over the top rope. Troy’s body crashed hard onto the edge of the rink, his breath leaving him in a sharp gasp as he landed awkwardly on his side. He winced, clutching his ribs as he tried to recover from the impact.

Nix’s eyes snapped to the scene, her jaw tightening with fury as she watched Troy hit the ground. That’s it, she thought, her temper flaring white-hot. Without a second thought, she grabbed Ripley from the mat, lifting her off the canvas with adrenaline-fueled strength. Nix’s gaze locked onto Neo across the ring, her expression cold and fierce. “I fucking hate frat boys,” she muttered to herself as she hurled Ripley’s body like a human projectile straight at Neo.

Ripley had to snicker as her words definitely got under Nix's skin. She was annoying this girl wonderfully. The annoyed Nox was tired of Ripley and roughly rolled her into the ring. It was not a soft landing and hurt like hell, especially in her injured ribs. Next to Ripley, she could see the ref slowly start to come to and get to her feet. Ripley then looked over to check on Neo, who was being the big guys punching bag. "Come on, Neo!!! Fight back!!"

At Ripley's words, Neo grabbed Troy's punch and pulled him towards him, before using a Judo throw to toss the big man out of the ring. The whole arena gasped at the sudden move. It seemed they thought that Troy had Neo on the ropes. Neo's attention though quickly snapped to check in Ripley. It was perfect timing, Nix had entered the ring with Ripley and lifted her up and was tossing the weakened girl at Neo. Ripley flew through the air. Thankfully Neo has turned towards her and was able to easily catch her in his arms. He held her there in his arms. They both looked into each other's eyes, the arena was now just background noise. "Of all the rings in all the arenas you walk into mine!" They smiled at each other, not paying attention to Nix or Troy or the recovering ref.

Nix glanced over at Neo and Ripley, their eyes locked in what could only be described as a painfully obvious romantic moment. She rolled her eyes, muttering under her breath, “Even me and Troy aren’t that cheesy. Get a room, seriously.” Her annoyance was palpable, but it didn’t last long. Across the ring, Troy had already recovered from Neo’s judo throw, climbing back onto the apron with a crafty glint in his eye. Their gazes met, and with a sharp snap of his fingers, Troy silently signaled Nix to get back on the same page.

Nix’s lips curled into a smirk as she nodded slightly. No words needed. They were a team, and they knew exactly how to capitalize on their opponents’ distractions. While Neo and Ripley were busy staring into each other’s eyes like some kind of wrestling-themed rom-com, Nix and Troy moved in perfect sync.

Nix crouched low, her body coiled like a spring as she prepared for her next move. Her focus shifted to Ripley, still cradled in Neo’s arms like some damsel in distress. Perfect target, Nix thought, her smirk widening. She launched herself forward with a burst of speed, aiming her drop kick directly at Ripley’s back, intending to send her crashing further into Neo. At the same time, Troy gripped the top rope, his muscles tensing as he pulled it down with a sharp tug, creating an open pathway out of the ring. Their timing was flawless, their movements fluid and precise. The move would hopefully send both Neo and Ripley out of the ring, allowing Nix and Troy to regroup.
