Couples Collision: Nix and Troy vs The Green Machine

Nix argued with the ref, her voice raising as she glared at the ref. “You saw that, right?” she snapped, gesturing toward Ripley. “She started this! You gonna let her get away with a cheap shot like that?” The ref held up her hands, trying to maintain control, but Nix wasn’t backing down. “Oh, sure, they can cheat, but the second I retaliate, I’m the bad guy? Get real!”

The ref shook her head, clearly exasperated. “I’ve given you the tag—now focus on the match before I disqualify you!” Nix rolled her eyes but didn’t argue further, knowing she was on thin ice. She turned her attention back to Ripley, who was now crawling desperately toward her corner, her hand outstretched toward Neo.

“Oh, no you don’t,” Nix muttered, her eyes narrowing. She surged forward, grabbing Ripley’s ankle with a firm grip and attempting to yank her back toward the center of the ring.

“You messed with my man—now you get to deal me.”

Ripley crawled to what would be freedom. Hoping to tag in Neo, giving her a much needed rest, and hopefully giving this Nix a bigger opponent to fight. Neo tried to cheer her on. "Come on, Rip!!! Just a little closer!!!" Ripley was mere inches away when she felt a tug on her ankles and she was pulled away.

Ripley let out a surprised scream. "AAAHHH! FUCK!!! Let me go you crazy bitch!! Wouldn't you rather have fun with a strappingly handsome gentleman" Ripley was pulled to the center of the ring and away from the safety of her corner. She was still a wrestler though. She could fight back. Ripley looked towards her opponent and used her free leg to try and send a kick back at her opponent. She would aim for whatever was closest to her. If that worked she would try and roll away and get to her feet resetting in a kickboxing stance, ready to fight.

Nix glared down at Ripley, her grip tightening on the other wrestler’s ankle. “The only strappingly handsome gentleman I’m interested in,” she hissed, her voice low and venomous, “is the one you just touched. So don’t even—“

Before she could finish, Ripley’s free leg shot out, her heel slamming straight into Nix’s face with a sharp crack. Nix’s head snapped back, and she staggered backward, releasing Ripley’s ankle as she stumbled into the ropes. The crowd erupted in cheers and gasps as Nix clutched her face, her eyes wide with shock and fury.

For a moment, Nix wobbled, her vision swimming as she tried to steady herself. She reached up with one hand, adjusting her glasses with a sharp, deliberate motion, pushing them back into place as her gaze locked onto Ripley. “Oh, you are soooo gonna regret that,” she muttered, shaking her head to clear the dizziness. A faint glint in her eyes promised nothing but trouble for her opponent. She widened her stance, ready to respond to whatever Ripley might throw from her kickboxing stance.

Nix was pulling Ripley by the ankle saying something about touching dudes, when Ripley sent a kick back. Her foot found purchase. Right in Nix's smug face. Ripley smiled as she released her and stumbled backwards. Ripley took the chance to roll away and get to her feet. She could hear the crowd cheer. Well at least they were putting on and exciting show.

Ripley went into her natural kickboxing stance as her opponent recovered and took her own stance. "We could spice this match up!!! Winner gets to take the others boytoy for the night!! Neo and I could have so much fun with... What was his name Tony? Yes Tony the Tiger and Nickelodeon!!!. Ripley would then rush forward and go for a high side kick at her opponents head, before switching mid kick to hit her in the thigh. It was a common feint to make her block high. She would then try and follow that up if it was successful by grabbed her head and putting it under her arm before dropping back. Driving Nix's head into the canvas with a DDT.

Nix’s jaw dropped, her eyes narrowing as Ripley’s words hit her like a freight train. “Did she just call him Tony the Tiger? And me… Nickelodeon? Seriously?” Nix muttered under her breath, her face twisting in a mix of disbelief and irritation. Before she could fully process the absurdity of the comment, Ripley was already moving, her leg slicing through the air in a high side kick.

Nix’s instincts kicked in, and she raised her arms to block, anticipating the strike aimed for her head. But Ripley’s feint worked flawlessly—her kick shifted mid-motion, slamming hard into Nix’s thigh instead. Pain shot through her leg, and Nix hissed, collapsing onto one knee as her muscle screamed in protest.

“Oh, you little—” Nix growled, but Ripley didn’t give her a chance to finish. She lunged forward, grabbing Nix’s head and locking it under her arm. Before Nix could react, Ripley dropped back, driving Nix’s head into the mat with a brutal DDT.

Nix’s body crumpling to the mat as her head bounced off the canvas with a sickening thud. The impact left her momentarily dazed, her knees buckling as she slumped forward onto the mat, her glasses askew and her arms limp at her sides. For a brief moment, she lay still, her chest rising and falling shallowly. Nix’s body remained motionless on the mat, her pride—and possibly her skull—bruised, but her spirit far from broken.

Nix After the DDT

Ripley felt the ring shake as she slammed Nix into the canvas with a DDT. There was sickening this, as her body went limp. Ripley sat up with a wicked grin as she saw her opponent lay there, her chest heaving. She winked at the camera before getting to her feet. "Do they call you Nix because of all times people made you go night night??". Ripley giggled at her joke as she tried to grab Nix by her hair again and drag her to her feet.

She would attempt to drag the weakened opponent to her corner. Neo would tag himself in by slapping Ripley's shoulder as she got close enough hopefully. They would then attempt a big dual move. Ripley would put Nix's head between her legs before flipping her up so she was seated on her shoulder. Neo would climb the turnbuckle. Once Nix was seated in front on him on top of Ripley's shoulders. He would leap off the top rope and clothesline her off Ripley's shoulders. Giving her basically a flying clotheslines combined with a powerbomb.

Nix groaned weakly as Ripley dragged her limp form toward the corner, the world spinning around her in a haze of pain and disorientation. Her body felt heavy, her limbs unresponsive as Ripley effortlessly hoisted her onto her shoulders. Nix’s head lolled forward, her glasses dangling precariously from her face as she hung there, completely defenseless.

From the corner of her blurred vision, she could see Neo climbing the turnbuckle, his silhouette outlined by the arena lights, and she knew she was about to take a devastating double-team move. The roar of the crowd blurred into a dull, distant thunder in her ears, and panic flickered somewhere beneath the pain as she tried and failed to will her body into motion. Every second stretched agonizingly, her stomach sinking as Ripley kept her steady and Neo settled into position above them, poised like a predator ready to dive.

Across the ring, Troy’s eyes widened in alarm as he saw what was unfolding. For half a second, everything else disappeared—the crowd, the referee, the noise—leaving only the sight of Nix draped helplessly across Ripley’s shoulders and Neo preparing to launch. His body moved before his mind could fully process it, instincts honed from years of hockey kicking in.

“Oh, hell no!” he muttered under his breath, launching himself forward with a burst of speed. He tore across the canvas without hesitation, urgency written into every stride as the danger sharpened his focus into something fierce and immediate. He lowered his shoulder like he was going for a hit on the ice, his body surging forward and attempting a slam into Ripley with the force of a freight train.

Ripley was able to drag Nix to their corner and set her up for a big move. She had her seated on her shoulders as Neo was at the top ropes, ready to jump off. It was all going great till she felt a frieght train crash into her. She flew back, getting smashed into the Ringpost. Nix fell to the canvas, while Neo sailed through the air hitting nothing. "WHAT THE FUCK!!!" Ripley angrily groaned out while in pain.

Neo jumped off the top rope. As he did he saw a blur, crash into Ripley, making her crumple. His target soon fell out of sight and he had nothing to hit, but the air and canvas. He flew forward, farther then intended and crashed into the canvas hard. The wind was knocked out of him a bit, but he wasn't too hurt. He got to one knee and looked back at the carnage in their corner. Tony the Tiger laid on top of the heap of Ripley in the corner, as Nick at Night laid in a heap in front of them. "WHAT THE FUCK!!!" was about all he could say as an angry and surprised ref came over to try and figure out what to do.

Troy scrambled up from the heap of bodies in the corner, his chest heaving as he shot a quick glance at Ripley. But his focus immediately shifted to Nix, who lay motionless on the mat. He rushed to her side, dropping to one knee as he gently turned her over, his hands trembling slightly with worry.

“Nix, hey, talk to me,” he said, his voice urgent as he cupped her face, brushing her blonde hair out of her eyes. Her glasses were crooked, and her eyelids fluttered for a moment before she groaned, her hand weakly lifting to give him a thumbs-up.

“I’m…fine,” she muttered, her voice hoarse but steady. “Just…got my bell rung.”

Relief washed over Troy’s face, and he nodded, squeezing her shoulder lightly before standing up. His expression hardened as he turned toward Neo.

“You’re gonna pay for that,” Troy growled under his breath, his fists clenching as he surged forward with a burst of speed. The crowd roared as he charged toward Neo, his movements fluid and determined. Without hesitation, Troy leaped into the air, driving his knee straight toward Neo’s face in a running knee strike aimed to take his opponent down hard.

Neo watched the pile of wrestlers carefully. Thankfully he did because the guy Troy seemed to recover quickly and get to his feet. He charged at Neo, blaming him. "What did I do?" Neo exclaimed. Thankfully he saw the attack coming and dodge rolled out of the way of the knee. The ref quickly got in between them. "Hey!! Hey!!! Hey!!! Back to your corner, Tony, you are the NOT the legal fighter!!!" Neo got on his feet and pointed and laughed as the ref tried to usher Troy back to his corner.

Neo had his back to the other two fighters. Nix it seemed had already started to recover. Ripley though was in a pretty bad state. It seems the tackle slammed her hard into the turnbuckle. She was laying there in a folded up heap, pretty out of it. Breathing hard, basically knocked out for now.
