Gwen vs. Irish Oldschool: Biting Off More Than She Can Chew?

Lauren and Peggy were changed backstage and walking through the halls already. Peggy had been less active in the ring and not due to her own doing, she simply hadn't been getting booked as much and it was bothering her. Lauren had been wrestling... and losing very frequently. The big body slammers with their strong but retro look kept walking through, feet stomping and soft thighs and backside shaking with each step.

"We're in a handicap match like we're some damn showcase for some dumb bimbo, like she's gonna run through us n' make herself look like the next big thing." Peggy said in her accent. "I am tired of this Lauren, I can't take it anymore." She said as she walked.

"Listen Peggy we won't have to deal with it much more. We are working, we have put in too much to lose the way we have. Tonight? We put some cocky newbie in her place and show them that we aren't doormats. We are over 350 pounds of wham-bam-bodyslam that won't be denied!" Lauren said trying to keep her younger frustrated tag partner upbeat, adding in a bicep flex for good measure. Still, Lauren herself felt inside exactly what Peggy was voicing. They were seen as stepping stones and she was tired of it too.

"Aye, well lets just finish her quick then. Slam her happy ass silly until she's pinned underneath us n' we're walkin' back feeling good for once." Peggy said patting Lauren's back and giving her own bicep flex like some sort of salute.

Their music began playing nearly as soon as they hit gorilla and the two made their way to the ring. They heard some loud cheers from the die hard fans of theirs. They have a smattering of polite applause and cheer from the regular fans who appreciated that these two tried, showed up and always looked like they left it in the ring. Then of course the trolls, body shaming jerks and the like. They heard the insults, laughs and jeers but dismissed them. They settled into their corner and leaned against the ropes as they awaited the arrival of Gwen. Once they saw her coming Lauren would step between the ropes and stand on the apron while Peggy remained in the ring.

Gwen stretched, excitedly awaiting her next match. This time, she more than knew her opponents. "A two on one against the Irish Oldschool? Can't wait to hear the crowd whine while they watch a few sheep tossed to a wolf." She laughed loudly.

Gwen's music hit the speakers and she made her way to the ring, taking a moment to pose and let the boo's rain down. In her short time in LAW, she had garnered quite a dislike from the crowds. Mission accomplished. Gwen slid under the ring, popping up and sliding over to her corner as she readied herself, her gaze bouncing between both Lauren and Peggy. "Two bimbos thrown to another wolf... no one could possibly say management doesn't know how to use their talent!" Gwen yelled as the crowd rained boo's anew.

The ref rang the bell, and Gwen danced around the ring, watching the girls as she tried to prepare to counter, knowing that despite her arrogance, it WAS a handicap match, and she had to be careful.

Peggy looked at the taller, slimmer woman and scoffed. "We'll slam this twiggy little lady senseless." She muttered to Lauren as she bounced foot to foot, some of her softer form bouncing each time the landed to the mat.

"Focus Pegs, we need this win. We can't lose and put the pedal down, never let up!" Lauren said from the apron before clapping her hands.

Peggy began to circle Gwen and move in closer little by little. Peggy would lunge in trying to tie up Gwen in a collar and elbow grapple! Peggy was shorter but she had weight on her compared to Gwen and the Irish firecracker was going to do all she could to drive Gwen back attempting to back her up hard against a turnbuckle to impose her will on Gwen to kick things off!

Gwen readied herself as Peggy looked to make the first move, circling Gwen as the two moved closer and closer. Gwen waited as Peggy lunged, attempting to counter but ending up in a grapple!

"Stronger... than... I thought... Peggy!" Gwen grunted, trying to fight back but slowly being pushed as her feet gave way. The shorter gal had managed to get the early advantage as Gwen was pushed up against the turnbuckle, still trying to fight back against the impressively strong Peggy! "Just wait until... I get out of this!" Gwen yelled defiantly as the crowd cheered the long time LAW veteran

Peggy managed to shove Gwen back into the corner and she smiled. This was right where she wanted Gwen.

"Not gonna happen soon lass..." Peggy said as she grit her teeth and began stepping in to a flurry of belly punches! Peggy was looking to soften up Gwen and with her opponent in the corner this was the best way for Peggy do get to work! She would pepper in a few forearm smashes to the chest for good measure but the oldschool Irish wrestler was happy to begin working Gwen over.
