katherine(D) Vs Tomoe - A spiral

Tomoe went "crap" in her head when she saw Kat evade her superkick. She saw and felt her leg get caught. She felt the tug on it. She fought against it. trying to prevent herself from getting yanked. That would be in vain as she does, in fact, yank her.

She falls and lies on the ground. She thought that would be the only way. She saw Kat get to her level. she doesn;t know what she was gonna do. until she puts her in an ankle lock. She got her trap.

She grunts. seeing her in ausbbision hold that she is not too familiar with. She has to get out of this, but how is she supposed to get out of this hold? She has no idea, and she has to think about it.

Katherine’s eyes narrow, determination flashing across her face as she slides closer to Tomoe. She threads Tomoe’s leg between her own, locking in the ankle lock with a firm grip.

“Gotcha!” she grits, tugging sharply on the leg, forcing Tomoe to grunt in pain as the pressure bites.

Kat leans back, putting her full weight into the hold, twisting just enough to make her opponent scramble. Her arms shake slightly from the effort, but she doesn’t care—this isn’t practice. This is a match, and she wants the win.

“Come on… just give up!” she hisses through clenched teeth, adjusting her hold as Tomoe struggles, using her momentum to make the submission tighter, aiming to force her to tap.

Her eyes glint with fierce focus, scanning Tomoe’s movements, ready to tighten further or switch to another maneuver if needed.

She grunts from the ankle lock. Fans are cheering for Katherine since they think she looks splendid right now. Bringing pain to Tomoe. They like this look right now.

Tomoe goes to try to move forward to the ropes. She wants to break the hold with a rope break. If she can do it, she will; she has to keep on pressing.

If she really can't get to the ropes. She would try to bend her body. She would do this to try and strike at Kat's legs. She would want to damage them.

Katherine grits her teeth, digging her fingers into Tomoe’s ankle and leaning back with everything she’s got. She pulls hard, twisting just enough to make her opponent’s muscles scream in protest. “C’mon… stay down…!” she hisses, straining, legs braced on the mat as she tries to keep Tomoe trapped. Sweat glints on her forehead, and her breathing comes in sharp bursts, but her focus is razor-sharp.

Tomoe groans and strains, her superior strength showing as she begins to drag herself forward inch by inch. Kat digs her heels in, pulling back, but the gap isn’t closing fast enough. With a grunt and a sudden surge, Tomoe reaches the ropes, grabbing tightly and yanking herself to safety. The referee immediately jumps in, calling for a rope break. Kat releases her grip reluctantly, sliding back with a sharp exhale as the tension in her arms and legs spikes from the effort.

“Ughh… almost…” she mutters through clenched teeth, bouncing lightly on the balls of her feet and resetting her stance, eyes still blazing with determination. She wipes sweat from her brow, already thinking about her next move as her opponent is able to recover with time given by the rope break.

Tomoe finally breaks free. She buckles her knees and feels the spit where she digs her fingers into. Good, no blood or anything. She would jump kick up.

This was just to get up. She knew Kat was going to be on her tail, so when she got up, she would kick Katherine away if she got close or was close. She didn't want her near her.

If she wasn't near her, Tomoe would go and try to circle Kat, trying to mess with her a bit. That way she can duke her with speed all of a sudden and launch a dropkick at her.

Katherine pulls herself upright after the break, rolling her shoulders and stalking forward, eyes locked on Tomoe. She slows when Tomoe doesn’t rush in, realizing too late what’s happening. Tomoe starts to circle. Kat mirrors her at first, light on her feet, but her inexperience shows—her steps get just a little stiff, her attention split between Tomoe’s hips and shoulders.

In a flash, Tomoe darts in. Kat tries to hop back, but the timing’s off. The dropkick slams into her upper chest, knocking the air out of her with a sharp gasp.

“Ughh—!”

Katherine crashes backward onto the mat, skidding a short distance as she rolls onto her side, clutching her chest and ribs. She grimaces, drawing in a shaky breath, clearly rattled by the sudden burst of speed. She plants a forearm on the mat and starts pushing herself up again hoping she can recover before Tomoe comes at her again.

Tomoe got glad for a few seconds. Seeing as how she knocked down Katherine to the mat. This is a chance to do some damage to the head. She slaps.

She goes to her and jumps up in the air. She goes for a single-leg drop into her head as she tries to get up from the dropkick. It would hurt her a little bit but hurt Kat more.

If that worked out, she would go return the favor. She would wrap her legs around Kat's head and give her a head scissors submission hold.

Katherine barely manages to push herself up after the dropkick when Tomoe is already there.

“Ugh—!”

Tomoe leaps and drops her leg down into Kat’s head, the impact snapping Katherine forward and rattling her hard. She collapses onto her side with a sharp groan, vision swimming.

“Ahh—ghh…”

Before Kat can crawl away, Tomoe swings around her and wraps her legs tightly around Kat’s head, locking in the head scissors. The squeeze comes in fast and hard, compressing Kat’s temples and jaw.

“Ghh—nnngh…!”

Katherine’s hands shoot up immediately. She doesn’t flail — she reacts. One arm wedges between Tomoe’s thighs to create space while the other plants against the mat. She tucks her chin, gritting her teeth, then starts to shift her hips and scoot her knees underneath her, trying to build a base. Her core tightens as she pushes up onto one knee, then the other, attempting to stack Tomoe’s shoulders slightly and relieve the pressure. At the same time, Kat reaches back and hooks at Tomoe’s top leg, trying to peel it down toward her shoulder

Tomoe tries to keep her there. In the submission, that is. She tries to get her down. Keep her in check. However, she knows that she can't keep it up. She is getting out of control.

Tomoe decides to let her go and roll over. She then got up. She wasn't expecting to win with that anyway. It was just a tool to wear her down. She stands back up onto her feet.

Tomoe goes for a walk too. Kat. When she gets there, she will go to grab her. If possible, she would lift her up to Irish whip her to the springboard so she can give her a big boot attack to her chest when she rebounds.
