Jun had trouble beating after taking a vicious attack into her solar plexus. With her on her knees, she was unable to stop whatever Moonyoung would throw at her, and she would look up, seeing that her opponent deliberately didn't attack her. The Japanese martial-artist couldn't help but feel angry at herself for getting herself in this situation, but she knew that showing further defiance would essentially put her in an unwinnable position. Having no choice, Jun would droop her head, calling this a fall as the referee came over to her to confirm it.
With this, Moonyoung had secured the first fall, as this match was a two out of three falls match. Moreover, before the second round could start, Jun would be able to give herself some room to recover from all those powerful blows from Moonyoung so that she could stand a chance before the Korean. Hopefully, she would fare much better against her opponent in this second round.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Moonyoung was prepared to do her worst to her opponent, but her opponent had made a wise choice - she admitted defeat. I know it's hard to admit it, but you've made the right choice. Moonyoung said as she offered Jun a hand to help her get up. Then the Korean would look the Japanese fighter straight in the eyes while holding her hand. I'm going to come at you with full force, so you'd better be prepared when the bell rings. If Jun accepted her hand, Moonyoung would warn her foe, before turning around and going back to her corner where she would get a little bit of rest and wait for the bell to ring, thinking of possible combos and strategies, so she wouldn't have to in the midst of action.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Jun had to admit that her opponent was right. It was a decision that she really hated to take, but in order to get a chance to win this match, she had to be wise to not put herself in a situation where she couldn't win this fight. Taking Moonyoung's hand to pull herself up, Jun would rest at the corner for a while before stepping away, preparing herself for the second round.
Once the bell rang, Jun would approach the center of the ring, facing Moonyoung once more. She hoped her defeat at the first round earlier had given her a insight on how to deal with her opponent. She would take a stance as she fixed her gaze at Moonyoung. Both arms extended out as she prepared for another clash with the Korean boxer.
She might seem like she was going for a defensive stance, but she had some plans in her mind, and all she had to do now was to wait for an opportunity to carry out those plans. Hopefully, she would be able to get that opportunity and turn things around in her favor.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Once the bell rang, Moonyoung would go to the center of the ring to meet and greet her opponent with immediate couple of one handed jabs at the Japanse woman's face, checking how would the woman react and then the Korean would take a step back just as quickly.
After checking the opponent's defence, Moonyoung decided that she would try and test her opponent how would she handle the pure force, as the boxer would step in again at impressive speed and send a full strength left hand punch towards Jun's cheek, followed with a full strength right handed uppercut to her belly. Moonyoung wondered whether Jun could do something about Moonyoung if she simply used all of her strength. If the Japanese fighter would have a hard time with this, then this would pretty much answer the question of how to defeat tonight's competition - She could then simply overpower her. That is, if all went well...

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Focusing on Moonyoung's movement, Jun would evade all those jabs aimed towards her face, knowing that her opponent was just testing the water. She would make sure to keep herself on her toes in order to nimbly avoid all those devastating strikes from her opponent. Then, she saw a punch aimed at her cheek, and the Japanese martial-artist would quickly get herself into action as she would try to use her right hand to redirect the punch, but it seemed that Moonyoung wasn't one to launch only one attack as she then tried to deliver a right-handed uppercut into her belly.
With a graceful twirl, Jun would try to shift their positions as she held onto Moonyoung's left hand. She planned to use an arm drag on the Korean boxer, hoping to flip her over and throw her over her shoulder, bringing her into the mat back first. Hopefully, this would stop Moonyoung's momentum, thus giving Jun more opportunity to attack.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Moonyoung threw all those powerful strikes and learned one thing - Trying to take this opponent down with power alone isn't gonna work. However, that lesson came at a cost. Aside from Jun's waving around Moonyoung's punches as if the latter was some kind of an amateur, but also countered the Korean's last punch by using her own momentum for one of those judo kind of throws. Moonyoung would land onto the mat back first from the opponent's throw, which made the boxer cough out. Guuhuua! Was all that Moonyoung could let out since the air has temporarily left her lungs upon impact with the canvas. Well, it seems Jun took Moonyoung's advice - she was ready alright...
The impact and the fact that the air left her lungs meant that Moonyoung was too stunned to do anything for the moment. However, if her opponent would take any longer than that to take advantage of the situation, she would be met with resistance.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Jun managed to send Moonyoung down thanks to her attentiveness and quick-thinking, countering her punch with an arm drag, flipping her over her shoulder and throwing her into the mat back first. Now that the Korean boxer was on her back, Jun decided that there was no point in wasting her time as she would get herself down onto the mat, bringing both her legs around the arm that she held earlier, clamping it between her thighs so that she could start putting her in a cross armbreaker, another submission hold that she might have learned but never practiced in real fights.
She would make sure to apply pressure around Moonyoung's shoulder as she would wrench that arm of hers in the cross armbreaker, hoping to weaken the Korean woman, or get her to submit.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
After the Korean was dropped down onto the mat, thing only went south from that point on. Just when Lee was about to start getting up, her arm was wrapped around by the Japanese woman's admittedly sexy and strong legs and then locked her in some kind of an armbar, which seemed like a slightly different version of it. Rrrrrghhhrr! Moonyoung grit her teeth, enduring the pain. Moonyoung tried to force herself to turn and face towards Jun, but most of the force keeping Moonyoung down, seemed to be focused on her shoulder, so that area was pretty much immovable, which hindered the boxer's options greatly, who wasn't even that great at escaping submission holds in the first place.
As Jun continued to torture the boxer's arm, Lee was thinking of a way out. She had to get out of this, or this will be bad for her arm, which would hinder her fighting ability considerably, yet Moonyoung had to stay calm to find the best possible solution, given the situation. She knew that she couldn't simply stand up, since she already tried and failed forcing herself up a little, so simply standing up with her opponent was out of the question for now. Moonyoung looked around and started using her other hand to crawl towards the ropes, however that proved very painful, since the Japanese fighter was holding tightly onto her arm, and each time the boxer tried to push herself towards the ropes, that arm felt the full brunt of it, it felt as if that arm would be torn apart from the stress, so Moonyoung gave up on that idea.
While grunting through the pain as her arm was being bent the way it wasn't meant to be bent, Moonyoung decided to do what she does best - punching. She would unleash several punches at Jun's thighs to see just how determined is this woman to keep her in this hold and hopefully make her release the hold or at least weaken it so it wouldn't hurt like a mothertrucker.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Wrenching's Moonyoung's arm hard with the submission hold, Jun planned to particularly target her upper limbs in order to weaken her, considering that her opponent seemed to be relying on punches. She planned to keep her opponent down there, pulling her arm as hard as she could, resisting the Korean's attempt to break free. With Moonyoung's arm trapped between her thighs, and her legs resting over her chest, Jun was confident that she could draw a submission out of her opponent from this hold.
But then, her Korean opponent decided to force her way out of this with a move that was logical for her as a wrestler; punching. Specifically, Moonyoung targeted her thighs, punching them repeatedly, causing Jun to hiss in pain. And it didn't help that those punches were really strong, coming from a boxer, which made the effort to maintain the submission hold more difficult.
Still, Jun held on, her hold on Moonyoung's arm weakening slightly before she attempted to reapply the pressure into her arm, making the hold much tighter. She grunted as she exerted most of her strength in maintaining the cross armbreaker, hoping that her effort would bear fruit.

Re: Jun Saejima vs. Moonyoung Lee - Martial Marvel
Her left arm was getting a rough treatment. Even though Moonyoung's punches lightened up the strain on her arm, Jun reapplied the pressure on it, unleashing a wave of pain on the Korean. Her bones were nearing their limit and felt like her arm would crack. Ghhrrrrr.. AAaarraaahhh! Lee couldn't keep it any longer, she screamed at the pain and desperately punched at the Japanese fighter's thigh, but Jun seemed to be exceptionally determined in this case.
Moonyoung seriously felt how her arm was starting to bend beyond her bending capability. This was bad, real bad. She had to do something right now or this would turn into a serious trauma. Aaaarrrghhh SHIT! Since even punching wasn't getting her anywhere, she thought that she should take her own advice that she gave to Jun.
''CRACK''
Moonyoung's eyes opened as she heard and felt her bone crack slightly. Shit! I give up! I give up!! Lee would shout it out loud as she didn't want her arm to be damaged any further. The ref would rush in to tell Jun to let go immediately. Which means Jun scores a fall against Moonyoung and now they are 1 to 1.
Moonyoung would get up, supporting herself with one hand and walk over to her corner, where some doctors or whatever they are would rush in and perform some first aid on that arm. This was bad, Moonyoung couldn't quite move her left arm, so it meant that she had only one good arm to beat this Japanese woman. Good news was that the doctors said that the arm wasn't broken, but it could've been, if the boxer took longer to surrender. They put some ice on the area and when it was nearly the time to start the next round, they'd quickly roll some bandaged over that arm and advice her to not try and move the arm and even tried to convince the boxer to forfeit the match entirely before this got ugly. No worries, i'm good. Moonyoung would stand up, not a shred of pain on her face, in fact, it was a determined look instead, one that fully believed in victory.
Moonyoung would assume her one-handed boxing stance, where she would raise her right fist, her body turned slightly with her left arm staying on the rear side. It was now important to protect her damaged arm. Let's get this party started.
